I didn't have a pleasant experience visiting Narayana sarjapur, staff aren't professional they try to cover there mistakes, my dad is senior citizen and he is eligible for senior citizens concession which they gave last time here (sarjapur branch) and other narayana branches which I visited in past, other narayana outlet has always given without asking when I have visited bommsandra or Langford branch, this time after payment when I asked the receptionist Miss BHUBNESVARI,she insist I need to show senior citizen card which I never got when I went to the main branch narayana bommsandra for 1st time , even though in system it shows he is eligible which she confirmed post payment, she was insisting to have a card which they never gave me in past, what's the point of insisting to show card if it's displayed in there system, I told her every time concession was given and when I showed her last fees receipt where they had given concession, she was clueless, to cover her mistake she said will check with manager. on top of that they call you and disturb you and try to convince since I said I will review , got call from someone called Miss Shalini, she try to cover her colleague (bhubaneswari) mistakes and disturb people, I didn't ask them to return my money, rather they could have been honest and accepted there mistake and could be careful from next time but rather they are unapologetic.Parking lot isn't spacious, one need to careful when coming out. Sanjay mehrotra is one of the top doctor who is available here on call and at other branches of Narayana, he is really good, no complain with doctor. Narayana management should look into the matter and have uniform rule across all branches and train there employee accordingly.

Terrible experience. The clinic has low qualified doctors. Here we went for low BP and we got lecture on Plastic, pollution from Dr. Rekha (Haemetologist). The doctor was very poor in diagnostics and largely pretentious in approach. In course of low BP, she wrote down 14 tests including ECG, VItamin D, thyroid, etc. At the last minute she remembered that Iron test had to be done and said that this is not part of any standard test package at Narayana Clinic... Very poor quality medical care... By the way... icing on cake... Consultation charges Rs 650s for this quality support.

I have visited this clinic first time , neat n clean , very less crowded ,attended promptly. Huge shoutout for Dr VR Sharma , listen our queries properly and prescribed limited medicines . Nursing staff is also very good 👍

We had made an appointment with Dr. Rekha at Narayana hospital. She is one heck of rude lady I have ever met. We made three visits and She is never want to listen to what patients has to say. Whatever concerns we shared she made us look like fools. My husband got Dengue and out of worry whatever questions we asked she would say “ Do not ask so many questions I already told what it is”.I would not recommend Dr. Rekha if you are at Narayana Hospital sarjapur. She is one disturbed old lady.

Worst experience with this hospital. On Saturday I have booked an appointment for my mother without Dr. Nanda and was told that Dr. Will come by 6:30 pm but Dr came around 7 pm. Again on Monday, I booked an appointment with Dr. Nanda for revisit at around 5:55 pm. And I was told that the Dr will come by 6. At 6:05pm. I was called by the reception guys and told why are you not yet reached.The Dr. has already come. I told it will take 15 more mins to reach. By 6:20 pm my old parents reached. By that time Dr. Already left and my parents were told to visit Dr's house. My old and sick parents somehow managed to reach at Dr's house. My parents got surprised when Dr. Asked for visiting fee of 500 RS. The Doctor could not wait for 15 mins at hospital and charged extra money from my parents. It was withing 2 days of first visit so there should not be any fees chargeable for revisit. Have you opened a hospital or a money making business. I will never visit to that hospital and tell everyone not to go there. Pathetic experience.

Such a bad and horrible experience. Went to meet general physician for fever. An old lady Dr Rekha was there who doesn't even care about patient's mindset. She was very rude and impatient to check the patient. If she cannot give justice to her job why she should be taking Dr responsibility just to play with patient's life? Such a bloody old lady was in hurry to go home and f... Idiot lady doesn't deserve to be a doctor. Never visit this money sucking hospital please. They do not have facilities to do general health check ups. They will call you to the clinic for different tests multiple times sometime at odd hours and then consultant doctor or lab technician will be late to arrive.

Not available cardiology doctor and no any treatment and only 2 minute discussion charge 600 rs. So bad.

Today I have been to health checkup package at Narayan Multispeciality clinic, sarjapur road. I took special 1999 health check pkg. Really they took good care throughout the entire process. Highly Appreciated .. .. . the Staff whoever helped me out with excellent care.

All staffs are very supportive. I took corporate Health check up plan and it was done in less time without wasting my much time. Sameday received report as well. Clinic is clean and hygiene is maintained. I would highly recommend this clinic as per my experience.

Never get blood reports on time. Its pathetic to call everytime to call for reports.

Don't ever visit this clinic. All uneducated and inexperienced staff sitting with no knowledge. They don't know what they even talk to patients. All are liars. Sometimes they say they do a certain test and when I am about to go to the clinic, they say they don't do it. My mom needed a pulmonary function test and everyone knows they do it. But they denied conducting the test because she had mild cough. Basically I believe that the test is done to check for such symptoms and other respiratory related issues. I am reporting the clinic to Bellandur police station for denying services to a patient in need during such pandemic. Hope this situation does not happen to any other person in need of medical services!!

I live 50 mtrs away from NH Sarjapur road. Last week I needed nebulisation with oxygen for my son. When I went there, they said that the cylinder was empty and it needs atleast 2 days for the refill. My question is NH as a clinic needs to rethink about the minimum reorder level and atleast early replacement of the cylinder. Very very disappointed with this.

No doctors were available at 7. 30 pm, not even general physicians. Lift was not working.

Please don't go for general health check here. I went there for my parents health check up and i was standing in a queue for more than 1hr. The lady who was sitting in reception and making entry for every patience took longer time than the expected. People were standing in a queue was started shouting at security. Why can't you arrange one more person to make entry when you have long patience queue. Though we took appointments, however no use of it. After all the test they said that you can collect the report after 2pm, then you can meet doctor for consolation with that report. I went there collected report and asked Doctor room. They said you can meet doctor after 3.30pm only as he went to have lunch. We had to wait for 1 HR again. Such a irregular communication they did with patients and wasting patience time.

I used to be regular here for blood test, health checkup, etc. I would not go here anymore. I see a drop in quality these days. one example is the person who draws blood was not experienced. He had to try both hands on my father to be able to draw blood for CBC, LFT test. I dont know how he pricked the needle, my father is having bruise mark (guess blood clots) after 4days of drawing blood.

First time I Have taken Comprehensive health check up Package front office staff are very nicely explained everything.Echo & TMT Technician very polite.Evening after USG I met Dr. Rekha pradeep senior physician finaly I have highlysatified with her consultation and their services.

Bad doctor discipline , waited for 30 mins post appointment time, still doctor did not come and said she is stick in traffic outside but there way no traffic jam at all. Doctor's being late due to emergency I can understand. Well, but they should not lie and give false reason to patients

This was one of the worst experience I had with a corporate hospital chain. I had booked a comprehensive health checkup through Mediassist in NH Clinic Sarjapur Road. Once reached there they dont have Radiologists, Ophthalmologist and don't who else was absent. The team at reception could not eve provide a date in which we will be able to get the check-ups. And the front end staff are so un-professional that they didnt even consider answering basic queries. Complete miss management and we didn't see any senior staff around. Would recommend to avoid this clinic.

Doctors are good. But waiting time was too much. I booked an online appointment and paid before going in. On going there, i was told it was walk in and i was fourth patient in line. After waiting an hour and being in queue for 8 patients (yes i counted), i got to visit the doctor.

I had booked for home blood test for my MIL 1 day back and the test was done without any hassle the next day morning! The booking staff was so cordial and the person who took her blood (Mr. Manikandan) was punctual and very accommodating. He explained whatever doubts we had with patience. Very happy with their service.

I recently visited narayana clinic for cough n cold ...i was to give blood sample and was impressed by the exceptional service provided by Mani, who collected the samples. Mani's professionalism and expertise were evident throughout. His calm demeanor and attention to detail made the process comfortable and efficient. His dedication to patient care is commendable, and I highly recommend this cilinic for their excellent staff like Mani and the nurse as well and his head manager as well ... but the charges are too high ..

Its been always a great experience visiting the Narayana clinic sarjapur road , all the staffs are very much professional and ready to extend help to keep the patients comfortable. Recently I visited the hospital for viral fever and consulted Dr.VK Sharma who examined and provided the nedded medications, Dr was really great in examining my symptoms and advising the medications. And one of senior nurse Mrs.Sheeba was there to support me throughout the day which was really a confidence booster as she kept on checking how I was feeling in regular intervals , and administered all the medications in a highly professional way as per doctor's prescription.

Visited here for general physician and paediatric, regularly, and the experience so far has been great. They won’t recommend unnecessary tests and medicines - unlike many other commercial establishments. Even the reception and the nursing staff has been courteous and welcoming.

I have consulted Dr sharma, the treatment was good, front office team and the staff are very co-operative and friendly.

Visited here multiple times to consult Dr Nanda and Dr Rekha both for my wife and me. I Was happy with the services offered. Nursing care is not the best. Please , bear the following points in mind if you plan a visit: 1) These doctors are busy with other schedules as they work in hospitals and also they have their private practice. Knowing Bangalore traffic, especially in evenings, do not expect the appointment time to be kept perfectly. Expect a lot of wait time. 2) The front desk is not great as I have had issues with them in the past. The gentleman asks what sickness/conditions we suffer from before giving appointment. This is not very professional.

I visited Narayana clinic today for health check-up and they took really good care throughout the process from the appointment confirmation to final consultation the receptionist sending for the test one by one without negligence till the final consultation with the doctor. questions and concerns were handled with great care and professionalism.good and friendly staff extremely clean and well maintained. The only thing is need to improve parking lot but I had a good experience with such care and compassion.

It's a clinic in 2nd floor....and they expect the patients (imagine one with leg injury) to walk all the way through staircase.....lifts don't work most of the time...

I had visited the clinic, clinic is very good. Good support staff and doctors .

Courteous staff. Good experienced doctors. Lab facilities available. Car parking is a problem. Speciality doctors change often, though the system keeps track of treatment, you will see different doctors over a period. When the treatment differs from doctor to doctor, it's not a good feeling.

The technician drawing blood had already changed the needle(that's what she said) before I could go into the room. And usually a poke doesn't hurt as much as it hurt today. Requesting technicians who are gentle and polite.

My 9 year old Daughter had an arm facture and was in excruciating pain. Very bad experience with Sarjapur clinic we went there in emergency situation my mom was suffering from pain and Dr. suggest for a pain killer injection and when I went to pharmacy counter no one was available I wait there for 20mins then one lady came. they don’t have any backup everyone was sitting along at reception and talking it seems like I visit in cafeteria not in hospital. First time I have seen this much low grade facility in any medical clinic so many people already complained about the clinic but they did not change anything no action taken by the management of NH Narayana it’s better to close it if you cannot provide service.

Had corporate health checkup, staff was really good and well trained/equipped. For the 1st time my X-ray was done and Mr Anthony (X-ray Tech) helped understand the procedure too. Same day GP consultation and eye consultation was done in (eye needs clinic ) , was done very well with lots of patience. I give it a 5 🌟.

Extremely satisfied with the health check package. The package includes most of the tests. My Grand Father had a consultation with Dr.Rajendra Reddy senior orthopaedic specialist. Earlier I can't able to walk his age 92 yrs. Now he is walking with walker. Really his treatment is worked out very well. Even clinic ambience is extraordinary. Polite staff and nice co ordination between each other. NH sarjapura clinic is too good for neighborhood people.

We have been visiting this Sarjapur Road clinic for years now. Well equipped with a lab, diagnostic equipment, good nursing staff and doctors. I have consulted a doctor in Psychology department on 14th Oct 23 and the consultation fees is 1500INR and it is written that within 6 days one consultation is free with the same doctor but which is not because the doctor is available only on saturdays in this Sarjapur clinic. This is really disappointment for us and the clinic team says this is special department and not providing any free follow up within 6 days. After 2 weeks, I have revisited again and consulted same doctor on 28th Oct 2023 which the consultation fees in increased almost 500INR more and now it is 1,950INR. In enquiry to the Bommasandra branch which it was still 1450INR. I feel this is a discrepancy in the same hospital in different branches. This is another disappointment which I have experienced with Sarjapur branch.

It was a very good experience and Mr Anthony is too friendly and the way he did the X-ray was superb simple and the way he behaves and the way talks that was very good one of the best doctors I have met so far.
