I got admitted under urology doctor govardhan Reddy and sanjeev. Both are very kind and supportive ,excellent treatment given and mingling with me in a very friendly manner. Aster CMI is One of the best hospital with good facilities and the top consultants in the south India. specifically 3rd floor A sector Nursing renuga and team were excellent service and Patient relations team Dhayanidhi and ishika was very helpful for the needed services and our queries. I was there as a companion for a patient. The hospital is in the heart of the city, just close to Hebbal flyover. The entrance towards the hospital is full of trees, walkways, motor ways and beautiful to look at. It's cool and calm. It's a six storey building offering all kinds of treatments and facilities. They offer package deals for surgeries. It's expensive but you get the best of specialists to treat and nurses to care. The wards are charged according to the facilities offered. Modern equipments, immediate attention by the staff are the main features. We were on the fourth floor, and the view outside was breath taking. There are two different canteens on the first floor for veg and non veg. We ate veg which was nutritious, mild and non oily. Everything is prepared hot right in front. The eating area is neat and clean. There's a cascading water falls on rocks for the view. Unfortunately, the poor can't afford this hospital in my opinion. If you have medical insurance, then it's easy.

My mother was admitted for her gallbladder stone surgery under Dr. Mahesh Chikkachannappa. He is a fabulous and very supportive doctor. My mother had infection in her gallbladder. He understood the case and operated well. The staff of the ASTER CMI is very good and they care alot for the patient. We took the private cabin for my mother. It was nice and clean. They change the bedsheets and covers everyday and cleaned the room two times a day. Just need a Lil improvement in food quality otherwise it's ok for the patient. Admited under Dr Sumalatha for rehabilitation. She and her team Dr Haritha, Shaik Mohammad Imran, Nigin Robert provided at most care and treated patient in a good manner. We are happy that we were in good hands. 3rd floor a sector House keeping service is very excellent by Sarojani and jhon, William, Vijay Lakshmi,Uma, Balakrishna,Nursing head Service is so good they are kind towards patients and they treat in a nice manner.

My Mother Basanti Saha admitted to CCU department under Doctor Venkatasulu for Vein blockage ans stent placement.. overall it was a very good care and everything went good. And nursing Aid Mr prakash was very helping and helped the patient a lot. And also the nursing staff Jincy ane team was very helpful and provided good care.. Rajesh from Canteen department was very helpful and has done a good job. Also to mention security Nethra wa very helping and did a good job

Its more than a hospital having multiple branded cafe, supershop. Of course its neat and clean but design is conjugated. In my experience, I expect more professional attitude from the staffs. We meet two doctors, both are busy and allow less time for us.

Worst hospital. Only because of good doctor we came here except that each and every thing here is worst. We were in the general ward and there was no nurse call option provided. My father was the attendant and he had surgery just 3 days back and he used to go near the nurse desk for help,l. Except a few nurses all others were very rude. The admission process took a long time because of insurance pre approval even if we had shared all documents 3 days before. Such a big hospital but for billing only one person was there which took a long time during discharge, Bought medicines from hospital of nearly 9k and not a single penny discount on medecine. All tests were 10 times more costly then outside. This hospital is just looting patients. If you have enough money then you can choose this hospital. There is no limit on looting patients here.

Very good initiative by patient relations team (dhayanithi & suganthi) to make feel better while discharge time, and great support both of them during my stay. CCU staffs excellent nursing care (gowramma, ashok, lura, chandrakala, jessy, ambika). Fantastic treatment doctor nagamalesh sir, removed two blocks successfully and he made me very comfortable procedure time, awesome support nagamalesh sir and team.

I could easily say Aster CMI is the best hospital for children in entire Bangalore. My daughter was diagnosed with dengue and moving towards severe dengue. Thanks to the Amazing doctors and the nursing the team she came out with a smile. Dealing with a really Ill child is a parents worst nightmare. But knowing they are getting the proper care and it’s not about hospital making money, it’s a great relief. Good service. Doctors seem knowledgeable and good care. Nurses are kind, patience and caring. Good experience with neurologists and paediatricians. However, getting a surgery done here is a pain. Lack of communication between internal departments causing the patient/customer to wait for long hours to get the simplest task done prior to surgery. Also never take their word on rooms. They'll initially promise you to give a single room and make you pay for it prior, but at the last minute just before the surgery they'll tell you it's not available and leave you with no choice but to go for a sharing room. Pure marketing gimmick.

One of the best hospital with good facilities. We had taken full body checkup for both. Really good staff and friendly staff. They have given compliments breakfast. Doctors also good. All are very professional doctors and nurses who work with patients.

Hi all, I had admitted my one year toddler in PICU with complications in his health and was critical during emergency admission. My son treatment was so good by the PICU team with lot of care headed by Dr Naushad and Dr Karthik . Kudos to the whole team for their excellency in their profession. I was admitted here for the delivery of my baby. From admission, all the support staff and nurses took great care and made my initial process wonderful. My heart felt thanks to Dr. Sukanya- my Obgyn doctor, Dr. Sudheer, Dr.Nagraj, Dr. Parimala, and especially Dr. Megha and the whole pediatric team for their timely treatment, care and support with my baby. A greater thanks to the sisters of the NICU and Obgyn care for all the love, patience, care and support towards the baby and me. Some complaints worth mentioning, Elsy chako, a staff of the 2nd floor , seemed rude and irritated with repeated calling. Inspite of staying in luxury deluxe private room, I found a few facilities were not provided from the maintenance team until demanded repeatedly. Like the fridge power. Like there was one switch for oven , fridge and phone charging port. TV remote was taken away after complaining to switch on. The person turned on one channel and took away the remote because of which we didn't get to watch anything during my first 3 days of stay. I was supposed to be expecting a visit from a neurologist before my surgery and get a clearance from him before my surgery, but that didn't happen either. Clearance was given without even looking at my previous reports. Even after that, the consultant neurologist didn't even visit once for the following 7 days of our stay. Apart from all of the above mentioned flaws, all the staff and nurses- lactation nurse Mamta, cleaning department always maintaining hygiene did an excellent job! Exceptional service to the mother and baby. Such a great team, I cannot say enough thanks to you all for everything you have done. Hat's off to such a wonderful pediatrics team and staff for making our stay convenient .

I am retired banker and having asthmematic issues since long back. This is my first visit at Bangalore with my son on 1st August 23 and I felt that asthma started triggering me very badly with in span of 3-4 days after arriving .We started searching a good hospital nearby. We found the name of Aster CMI hospital. We took appointment on 5th evening and after entering here it looks like a world class hospital and treatment started from OPD, Emergency, ICU and in a deluxe room in a very friendly and in a professional approach.The team of doctors, nursing staff, assistants, dietician , physiotherapist team and even cleaning staff all are very supportive and attentive. I am fully satisfied with the treatment given by very experienced team of pulmonologist. Last but not the least I am really thankful to all.💐💐🙏🙏

This is an honest and comprehensive review of the Aster CMI. I was shifted to this hospital on 2nd September 2022 following a road traffic accident in a motorcycle which caused a crush injury in my left foot which had multiple comminuted fractures in my metatarsals.I had to undergo k-wire fixation followed by muscle grafting and skin grafting. Let me describe my experience in this hospital in multiple parts so that I don’t miss out on anything. I was admitted here for 25 days and after getting discharged 2 visits weekly for changing the dressing for 3 months. ▫️Cost This is an extremely expensive hospital which cannot be afforded without insurance. The prices are bumped for every single commodity depending on the type of ward opted. There are semi-private, private, deluxe and suite ward options. There is a significant bump in the price of every single thing starting from a normal saline to consultation charges depending on the type of ward. The bills of OT’s should be cleared well before the procedure and clearance should be sent along with the patient to begin any procedure which is cross verified thrice inside th OT. OT charges are also very high. The pricing is one of the main reason why this place didn’t get 5 stars. Hospital pharmacy has a 20% higher pricing and the billing is extremely slow. This is definitely not recommended for patients visiting the OPD. ▫️Inpatient care In patient care was great during the first few days. Nursing team was very fast to respond and very friendly. Regular visits by the doctors. Excellent house keeping. After a week or so when I was done with all Procedures, the responsiveness of the nursing team reduced drastically but was still above par. But considering the price being paid, this could improve by a small margin atleast. ▫️Food The hospital canteen is a good option for the patient. However the attendants can’t eat here for long. The food takes a very long time to get delivered. Food is again on the expensive side. Attendants can order by Swiggy or Zomato, which is a better VFM and faster delivery speeds. Patient food also had taken over an hour to get delivered to the room. When a complaint was raised, the whole team said they will look into it and yet the very next order took around 45 minutes to get delivered. The speeds should definitely improve. There are other options like Subway, Cafe coffee day, small cafés etc. inside the hospital. ▫️Outpatient department I had to visit the plastic surgery opd twice every week for 3 months. These visits were honestly very less flawed. Starting from getting down from the car there was assistance in the entry gate to help me get on the electric wheelchair. The billing for every visit took time though and I had to reach the opd and wait for the review billing to be done. The dressings were done with nice care and proper advice. Dr.Madhusudan, Dr.Mahesh and Dr.Vikas are very very friendly and gave proper attention and advice on every single visit. Was looking forward to every single visit as this felt like a vacation after not being able to walk staying at home. Overall experience at Aster was good and a lot can improve in this place to make the experience great. One more thing that I noticed here is every single department(Eg- housekeeping etc.)ask us to review mentioning their names. They literally pressurize us into giving them a 5 star review. I somehow dodged all those requests and took my own time so that I could give an honest review. It’s been 7 months since the accident now and I’m back on my feet. Thanks to Aster CMI for their good healthcare.

We had visited Aster for my wife’s delivery, all nurses, staff and doctors were very friendly and helpful. Especially Dr Sapana lulla was there with us throughout the pregnancy and helped in safe delivery even with multiple complications. Also Lactation Nurse Mamatha needs special applause, her counseling helped my wife to tackle the new gen mom’s worries. The hospital services are excellent. Noticeably the semi private rooms and the nursing services are well managed. I truely appreciate the foreign department and strongly recommend this hospital for foreigners. Also, FnB services are very good. Special thanks to Shekar, Jeevan and Krishnapaa. We went there on recommendation for my Father in law's prostrate surgery. Intially felt we were in right place. Doctors were good, duty doctors were ok albeit scarce, BUT Post surgery nursing was below acceptable level. Every day was a dread, Nurse station is usually busy on 4th floor, but even in pain, patient had to beg to be attended to. Could it be lack of trained nurses- it certainly seemed so? RRT were the only silver ligning during the dark period. Did expect this from Aster. Yet , credit where it is due- Cleaning staff were great and helpful, nurses Mahantesh, Mallikarjun on 4th were the best. Thanks to them.

My mother was experiencing severe back & leg pain and I have been suggested to consult Dr. Umesh Srikanta in Aster CMI Hospital. Dr Srikanta and his team are phenomenal. They have performed minimal incision spinal surgery successfully. Nurses took good care of my mother while she was in the hospital. When it comes to security (Sangeetha) and food (Bhyre Gowda , Jeevan) , they are generous and kind hearted. They have guided us properly and followed the instructions which they have been advised which helps patients to not get disturbed and experience a pleasant environment.

Great experience in the hospital. The treatment is the best and they take good care of the patient. Had been here as my son was admitted due to some health conditions. Also, for kid patients the child live service is the best, where doctor come and play with the kids and keep the kids active and happy. Overall great hospital and good service. For companions who accompany the patient there are lot of cafe in the hospital so the companions will not feel bored of eating the same food every time. All staff were good at their work and were very helpful. Some complaints worth mentioning: 1. The discharge process should be systematically done. The doctors gave green signal to discharge at 10:00 am in the morning, however the bill was sent to approval from insurance desk end only at 6 pm. 2. There was no one to tell us regarding the discharge formalities. May be if anyone would have guided us with the discharge formalities we would have gone home early. As I type this review it’s 8 pm in the evening and I am still in the hospital with my son(patient) and my wife. Felt a bit disheartened with the discharge process only.

Kudos to the nursing staff for taking good care of me. They were very helpful and always served with a smile. Both the day and night staff have a positive attitude towards patients and are quick in responding. The rooms are hygienic and spacious. The cleaning staff do a very good job of keeping the place dust and infection free.

My 5-yrs-old grandson broke his left arm by falling.. We got him admitted to this TOP CLASS hospital.. He got surgery for his arm and now recovering .. Honestly speaking, the whole experience of ours with this hospital is good.. The hospital is spacious, clean n hygienic. The entire staff is very polite and ready to help you at any time.. Pls convey a message to your team to be sensitive towards patient especially who is suffering from Nero syndrome. One of your housekeeper had been stopping my wife who is taking a ASD male kid of 6 yrs to use a lady washroom. Be little sensitive as these kids needs support to day to day activities and mind it these kids are humble. If not advice pls make a wash room for all kids. At Aster CMI Hospital in Hebbal I recently had lot of spine issues, as per my whole spine MRI reports and tremendous pain, in my upper back area including neck and lower back. I had shown spine surgeon Dr Umesh Srikantha and he advised me, to start physiotherapy in Aster and after few sessions, not only pain subsided, but the Physiotherapist at Aster helped me to guide and changed my life style and put in on the disciplined comprehensive exercise regime for my daily routine. I am very satisfied with the complete treatment given to me at Aster. I would like to mention, good and dedicated work done by Physiotherapist Ms Shubhangani and guidance given by Mrs Harita chief physiotherapist. Keep the good work team. Appreciate the excellent work happening at Aster CMI Hospital at Hebbal.

Excellent care and service provided by every individual and i am really thankfull to Dr Somshekher, Dr Kartik, Dr Medha, Physiotherapy doctors, other surgical doctors and every medical staff.

Overall helpful staff and good service. Crowd management can be improved and nursing support staff can be increased in departments like gynaecology so that patients don’t have to run around for trivial things things like TT injection etc. Also see that some of the good doctors who were there in the past have left for good.

Let me share you my experience. My mother was diagnosed under Dr Bindumathi with many complications. She is very humble and treat my mother well. However, I am disappointed with Aster's pathology lab. On 11/09 lab report showed hemoglobin as 6.9..Dr was shocked and we panicked. We were suggested to perform dengue serology test. On 13/09 we did the test along with cbc blood test. Dr requested lab team to perform blood test multiple times since dengue test was negative. The hemoglobin count was 12.1...offcourse we were happy and so is Dr. This lead to untrust their lab reports. I think lab reports has to be perfect as all diagnosis depends on it. May they should have performed few more test when the hameglobin was 6.9

Very good hospitality given by all the hospital staff especially sister JerinMol. She was very caring and very helpful at each and every moment. Cafetaria also provided very good, and hygienic food for the patients. Their service was nice .Cafetaria staff Miss Anindita, Rajesh , Krishna appa , Shashikala and supervisor Jeevan were also very cooperative.

Myself and Wife went to CMI Aster Sahakaranagar location for executive health checkup as fixed by my employer Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. We went to A2 Health Checkup Counter. The Staff were very cordial and very much polite and helpful from the registration stage to final consultation with the Physician. Through out the process they guided and helped us very well. Every department we visited was also very comfortable and cordial. The services were excellent!!!

Doctors: Doctors take very good care of patients with regular visits. Doctors that I have met till date were good natured. Nursing: Nursing staff is aware of their work and are good in responding. Food department: Good food service. Food is customized for patients. Service guys, Rajesh and others, are good.

Good staff, courteous.. but due to covid the staff is working double shifts and hence there are few delays here and there. However they are providing good and satisfactory service. In hospital food service and food service team are good.

I , Amrita Banerjee, feel extremely fortunate to come to Dr Aruna Devi Mam , Dietitian of Aster CMI Hospital , Hebbal, for my weight reduction process . I came 1.5 mths back to Mam when my weight was 84 kg . Then she measured my vital statistics and gave me a diet chart . I followed the diet chart & reduce 4 kg in 12 days . It adds a great motivation in my weight loss process . Then she gave me my 2nd diet chart where i lost another 3 kgs . I lost total 7 kgs in 1.5 mths . I am extremely happy the way she is helping me in my weight loss journey .. Now it’s time to follow her 3rd diet chart and i am confident i will achieve my desired weight very soon under her guidance. Another thing needs to be mentioned here is she gives very easy and affordable recipes which anybody can follow . I am requesting everyone who wants to lead a healthy and fit life must visit to Dr Aruna Mam 😊😊

Aster hospital, Dr. Sukanya madam , sister Anitha Gorge, Sister princy, Nursing head( Amravathi baby and Nagomi) experience was very nice. They were very polite and helpful.

Such pathetic service. This is a perfect example of how a hospital shouldn't be run. Useless staff Highly disorganised What did I do to end up here! I hope they provide a feedback form upon discharge at least. Anyways, I don't have to wait another hour to pay the bill. That was taken much before my admission. Aster service in emergency is very bad the surrounding staff before admitting are not helpful at all. For getting wheelchair assistance it took 15 min. It an emergency for that reason will get patient still behaviour of staffs are so causal. Once you admitted they will take care properly. Doctors and nurses are helpful and prompt. And adding to above their customer service on phone for booking appointment they will never pick call we have to call at least 5-6 time then will get a call back, this we have to do every time when we call for appointment its your luck if it get connected.

Very well maintained hospital. Had to admit my father-in-law for a procedure for a couple of days. Very thorough set of protocols, hygienic room and responsive staff. Bhagya N and Anjanadevi the housekeeping staff took good care of us.

My wife Sangeetha admitted in ldrp for 2nd delivery. We r very great ful to dr.soumyalakshmi for conducting safe delivery. Thanks to all obg doctors. We r very happy with nursing services of ldrp team.when my wife was having fever 🥵 and chills at night sister Bhuvaneshwari and anjali taken care of her very nicely.very happy for there help when we r in crisis.thanks to all sisters Shruthi,juneya and all. Thanks to all nursing aids for helping us baby amaravathi,nagomi. To hanks to all support services and security Also.

Had a wonderful experience in aster CMI hospital. Doctor sumalatha is the God for my Amma (patient narayanamma). We stayed overall 4 months in hospital, on this period we received each and every one in hospital great experience, I would like to mention nurses in 3rd floor A sector (veena,manjari,sathya,shruthi,sona,leena,payal,nippon) provided great nursing care. PRO dayanithi very helpful of this 4 months for the services. Ecstatically leaving from aster, thank you very much each one of you!!

I came to get my knee surgery done and the Orthopedic team did an excellent job specially Dr.Somanna who performed my surgery. All staff at the hospital were very cooperative from the counter staffs , nurses and security staffs. A very specail thanks to Anath, Kiran , mahesh & Saeedha from international desk..Shradha from the ENT department, nurses Veena & Payal ...also Maria from the attendents. Thankyou all for the continuous care & support.

I would like to say thank you to Dr Anoop, Dr Sakina Dr Krishna and nurses Nikita, Tammana,Anagha,Breathy,Adwaith ,Nivetha of 6th floor they are best staffs My one month stay in hospital was good experience because of this team .They provided best care for me.
