I visited this store during Dasara 2023 and was not impressed by their customer service. He was very disinterested to show me shoes. This time my husband wanted to buy shoes and we had a different salesman, Mr. WAJID. He is very committed and patient. He showed my husband 5 to 6 models and was explaining the differences between models beautifully. Very happy with the customer service and the dedication Mr. Wajid shows.

Now the staff is very cooperative and have huge number of variety in their store .... Really appreciate their efforts keep it up team Skechers 😊

Worst staff after waiting for 15 minutes on 15 the June neither the lady nor any other staff were not interested to enquire us about our requirements even though two of them with out customer because I was in traditional attire but I have bought sketchers shoes from brigade road and Orion mall rajajinagar worst treatment
