Bad place to stay. If you go through all the 5 star reviews, you'll find that they're by older people (the staff of the PG). None of the students here are happy, and I think almost 50% of the building is going to leave as soon as the contract ends. Bear in mind: There's 600 girls stuffed in one building. We're being caged like chickens here :) If you want to live in a decent place, look for an apartment, or perhaps a better ventilated PG. No point staying this place ~ I regret it everyday.

A good gated secure hostels for girls situated just behind the back gate of Christ University / college. The place offers food and lodging on twin sharing, single triple sharing. They have a central kitchen supplying many of their properties and individual kitchen too. The place has a theater, a gymnaesium and a small swimming pool on the top floor. They have wardens and curfew time of 9.30 and 10 pm for all girl inmates .A safe secure environment for children to stay and study, especially convenient for Christ students .

The food is pathetic. The lift doesn't work. There is no salon - that is a lie. Go through the "highest rated reviews" and check how many of them are actually students, and how many are bot names. Upto you if you want to stay here. You are inviting hell.

Its a jail not a pg, every student leaves after 1 year. No one is satisfied here. The food is not good. The room has no ventilation. A lot of money is spent on laundry as they dont even allow you to hang clothes on terrace. It seems a good pg in the initial months as they try to flatter the parents nd students coming and once they are full it becomes a jail! No Maintenance, food becomes worse overtime. I remember in the last few months of my tenure they stopped the lift as no one could leave due to their one year agreement and it was like a torture! Dont go there

Serenity is in a very convenient location for Christ students. Lot of small restaurants near by. Hostel wise it is good and well managed. Only I had 2 minor issues. My daughter lost 2 couriers ordered and delivered to the hostel. When asked the management about the missing courier they are asking not to get it delivered in hostel address. Instead asking the students to collect the delivery from couriers. How this is possible for students who are in college attending classes they can’t even answer the phones, how they come out of the college to collect the courier. Second when we decided to vacate the hostel at the time of final settlement they didn’t refunded the security deposit amount. In my case the last instalment was less than regular monthly rent and I paid by mistake regular amount. So I paid 4.5k extra when I asked them to return the amount plus the security deposit amount they gave all kind of excuses and after a 1.5 month long chats with the management I got my cheque. My question is why they cannot keep a cheque ready so that at the time of people vacate the final settlement and the security deposit can be returned then and there. When the serenity is accepting online payment why they are not returning the amount also online?

Not a single penny worth it . At times there are no electricity, drinking water. Apparently the only hostel here to hve biometric but workers are roaming and making other girls uncomfortable near the swimming area. One night there was no drinking water. Food is not edible. Food plates are not cleaned well and are always oily and too disgusting to eat in. They want fees on time but can’t give facilities. Please refers to students who hve stayed in serenity ask for their opinions. I am sure you will reconsider your decision

basic things like the wifi SUCKS, there is NO network in the room. There is a lot of thievery. MY CASH (2-3k) GOT STOLEN FROM MY OWN ROOM, and let me tell you, only the housekeeping has the spare keys, the management has done nothing about it. no humanity or compassion whatsoever. the fancy things which they offer like a never in use swimming pool and a theatre room without a working projector, etc are just to build on the overrated brand image. SO DISAPPOINTING, my cash got stolen and i had to write this today because its too much now

My daughter stays here and I am desperate to move her out. It is highly overpriced, provides extremely unhygienic food( cockroaches), and there is no forum to address issues like putting the residents through 1.5 days without power at a time when most of them had mid term exams. They always claim that it's somebody else's fault but all the establishments nearby had power but them. The only thing going for them is the proximity to the back gate of Christ and the security which I will admit is very good.

My neice staying there has got severe stomach pain and was admitted for 3 days in nearby sagar hospital due to infection caused by microbes. Docs told that probably the water used in drinking and cooking at the PG needs to be checked. Request the administration to immediately check on this and save other kids. Safe and hygenic water is key source to health. Even my neice told that water coming from dispensers get a foul smell very soon and she has reported multiple times.

My son stayed here for 3 years and he just passed out from christ last year from christ university. Trust me the best service any hostel can provide in the area. Initially there were some issues during the lockdown time like everyone have gone through. But i recommend this for christ students for that matter

Pathetic arrangements, money minded, poor rooms and ventilation. Zero safety as anyone can enter hostel. Security gates are dummy's, lifts don't work, students have to climb 6 floors for food, pool and gym. Highly Claustrophobic place - Parents pls don't get fooled, there are many in the area cheaper, simple but much better..

A very good stay here for 3 yrs. an accommodation and food is good here. Overall a great experience for me. After the renovation the rooms look beautiful. A good pg.

All this bad reviews which you saw here is because they are taking care of there students like there kids only, they have few restrictions in all way but i personally prefer this, coz thats what safety and security means to parents. Absolute lousy ignorant staff with no secure lodging for girls having the boys hostel door to door with the girls, food is stale and the entire system is mismanaged. They lack basic hygiene with bunch of hair piled up in the corners and plastic trays to eat on, the only 'selling point' they claim to have is another lousy unkept swimming pool and gym centre whereas which contains unsafe rusted equipment. The owner is a complete cheat and fraud promising to provide with a refund of 10k if we opt out from the hostel against a payment of 15k but will cheat you and not refund the money. It is impossible for a payment to keep track of their kids at this hostel as no one is available at the reception whenever we call. Save yourself the trouble and spend your money on better pgs in a walking distance.

Serenity is the best managed hostel in Bangalore. When I was studying for My masters in Human Resource Management from CHRIST University bangalore, i came to this place looking for an accommodation and this was one of the best decision i have taken. The management, how they interacted with u, the way they treat every students is different. They addresses every issues of the students living there with love. And the opportunity they gave me to be a part of the decision making in the management as a part of the serenity family, i have gained so much to my career. All those negative comments stay away. Serenity is the best!

I'm a student of Christ University. Batch of 2022-25. Haters are there for every hostel here but the way serenity is managing cannot be compared to anyone else. Serenity the best hostel in SG palya for Christ University in terms of food and safety.

I am staying at SERENITY EMPIRE, I have never seen such amazing accommodation in Bangalore or I can say in KARNATAKA. So much cleanliness is maintained by the number of staff, the quality of the food is great for all areas of Indian students, there is no compromise in the testing of the food. Canteen area is like hotel food court, swimming pool maintenance, hence clean theater and care of precaution. Gym and well trained gym trainers, everything is available here. SERENITY EMPIRE has been lovingly designed keeping in mind the students and executives alike. Safety and security are being taken care of a lot. If I'm going to rate, I rate five*****. It would not be wrong to say that this is a 3 star hotel. Last but not the least, I am very happy to stay here and I recommend everyone to try once I am sure you will have an amazing experience. This is the best hostel you can stay in if you are a christite! The staff is extremely co-operative! By mistake I had made an extra deposit of 15,000! And then due to some reasons I had to leave Christ University and therefore leave Serenity hostels as well! The accounts dept. returned my extra amount back! There help was much appreciated!

Serenity hostels as far as I know is simply different from other hostels. The amenities and food they provide is so different from others. I am living here for more than a year and I love this place so much. It's really a home away from home.

My sister's studying B Com in Christ University and she's currently residing there in the hostel and it's been a few months. Honestly she has always had good reviews about the facilities and management. I have recommended the hostel for my cousin too.

Serenity is one of the best hostel near Christ university kormangla area . Owner and director of this hostel takes good care of students and is always there to help as and when required. Serenity is safest hostel in this area. Wardens are well trained and humble . Finest vegetarian food is cooked and served to students. 4 times meal. My daughter stayed 5 years in this hostel. Bad reviews are there for all hostels in the area because students are managing business now and they can write how they want but think about the safety of your child and the food they eat. My girl friend stays here and at any day when we are late, I have seen wardens waiting for students and calling them continuously asking where student is. Its just that, they are concerned. Nothing bad I felt in that. Definitely a best management team and staffs. Good to see them grow over the years.

I just want to say it's an awesome hostels I have imagined before yes I lived in hostels before but after I came to know about serenity. Omg let me tell you guys it is an amazing hostel I have come across with. Starting with food, food is amazing and their staffs also if you want your food to be serve hot then they will serve you the way you want. From morning to till night you will not get the repeated food. Once you taste it you don't feel like you are living outside your home. Also about the facilities they provide like gym, swimming pool and all and room are pretty big. Must check this hostel for living.

The construction work during exams or cias is such a nuisance and above all the WiFi doesn’t work at all ….i do not even get proper range in my phone ….even a normal call from parents is so difficult to manage …they can’t hear my voice and most of the times it shows call failed …..and then these guys have water issues like every month ….No one looks into the matter and if I put a msg in the group then these guys have a problem …..last time also the admin deleted it ….why because ppl were supporting because they faced the same issues huh ….There are a lot of issues which are not brought up yet ….there is so much humidity in my room and before going home I had to empty my cupboard because everything had fungus on it ….even the specs I am wearing has started to develop fungus ….because every single time I complain to these guys …these guys blame it on me ….and if parents complain ….the first thing they are asked is the child’s name and room number ….why so because complaining about common issues faced by everyone is not their concern ….these guys want to hold some personal grudges as if ….sorry to say their staff is so uncooperative…..Needed to share all this because it’s really overhyped ……they claim to have the largest kitchen ……and end up serving cockroaches in food ….the food quality is really bad and as per my personal experience I end up being at the hospital most of the times when I have the hostel food …it’s such a mess here and rooms are not properly ventilated ….there was so much humidity in my room and I was getting nearly choked everyday and I was told it’s due to the rain ….wow it didn’t even rain for a long time and above all there’s another building next to my bathroom window and there are room upstairs and the issue too was blamed on me ….i don’t open room for cleaning so there’s humidity ….my room is open most of the times and at times during cleaning it happens that I maybe sleeping because I slept late last night due to exams ……I would say heights !!!!!literally the worst services provided and sheer money waste ………..they don’t accept their mistakes at all ….only plus point is that it’s near the university that’s it and people are forced sort of to stay here just because of the location but it’s really the worst pg I would rather say …..they try to trap the students by just overhyping the facilities ….the lift doesn’t work ….and one of the student got a panic attack they didn’t open the lift and regarding the cleanliness they say they clean the rooms but it really feels that the room is more dirty after their so called cleaning !!!!!!!!!! At times you get to see water coming out of your facewash and body wash bottles ….what sort of cleaning is this ….ewwww……And even basic facilities like water electricity are not provided ……The staff is so rude and also laundry and gym facilities are not included in rent itself and they charge so high . They compel you to get on their heads to get the work done and most of the times it seems to be unheard of till the time u don’t act firmly . I have got a severe breathing problem because of them and twice I have been advised by the doc to get admitted and they really think it’s a joke ….As of today ….i literally I had to raise my voice and engage with them in a verbal fight ….thats when they did take some action ….they just can’t act calmly and I have to shift for a week and they didn’t even provide me with a single room ….why am I supposed to suffer on account of them I don’t understand……

Completed my Bcom Finance and accounts from christ university. Stayed here for 2 years and the best in the area. I have faced many issues with area people when i was with my friends. Thats is when i realised how the management will protect there serenity students from all this. Sridhar sir and melbin sir was there for me when i was in trouble with the locals here. I think for people who are coming out from there home for first time. This is what you required and the parents too. Thats the reason they say it is the safest hostel in the area not becuase of there swimming pool or gym. Ofcourse people will write negtives. Everyone cannot be satisfied with everything. Personally i prefer the hostel. Talk to the students and get a proper feedback and go for it.

It’s been common nowadays in serenity hostel without water,electricity,Wi-Fi facilities. It’s totally waste paying 18000 monthly. Everyday we r facing any one of these problems. Why is the management like this??Even if we r asking them about this their ans is only about the population of the hostel. The management doesnt wait for a day to come and ask for fees and tell us that u will charge fines and all and can't even provide us with basic facilities regularly. Please look into your work and management properly it's literally the only reason our parents have even sent us here!
