Hospital Maintenance is very good as always. The process in this hospital is very slow, not sure if all Apollo hospitals are following same process. The doctors are very kind and attentive but they stay only for short period of time about 2hrs a day. Took almost 6 appointments to complete follow up and get treatment. Also even if you have an appointment, somebody else would also be in line. I'm definitely not sure how they're handling any emergency but for a regular checkup, had the worst experience ever. For every test reports will show up late no matter the Turn around time because the reports need to be verified by doctor who isn't available. Basically it's just Highly priced clinics within big infrastructure. You can't consult or check with other doctor just in case required, you'll have to pay consultation for every single doctor you visit or you keep taking appointments with same doctor who hardly stays and keep visiting until you're tired and can't anymore.

My brother Mr Gundappa aged 66 years who was admitted at Apollo Specality Hospital Jaynagar with COVID infection who was treated for more than 64 days who had multiple episodes of cardiac arrest which has been successfully reverted and was also on prolonged ventilation and now he has been discharged on Monday in room air and he was able to walk home. I congratulate the Pulmonolgy and critical care team for having faced this challenge in care of my brother and helped him to go back home safe and healthy. I would like to appreciate the efforts of the entire Critical care unit for their hard work and expert care during the course of the patient stay in the hospital and congratulate the Emergency team for having successfully transferred critically ill patinet from other hospital. During admission, we knew only Dr. Venkatesh in the Emergency Dept, who was more than a family and helped us get in touch with Dr. Ravindra M Mehta, Pulmonologist. Dr. Ravindra Mehta and team have been very patient in listening to us and treating my brother and made sure he is recovered well before the discharge. When we had to move him to ICU, HOD Dr. Madhusudhan, Dr. Pradeep Kumar, Dr. Jithendra, Dr. Sudhendra kumar, Dr. Ashwin Kumar, Dr. Vishwas, Dr. Santhosh, Radiologist Dr. Harish and team were cautious, took the right measures, gave all the support/care that’s required, treated us like their family, helped him fight back and win over this virus. Also, the Unit Head & Sr.GM Dr. Govindaiah Yatheesh, a humble, co-operative and down to earth person, supported us in all ways and made sure not just us but every person who walks in gets the best treatment possible. A special thanks to the Nursing staff for being with the patient 24/7 and their timely care/response. Anmol thorbole and team(Respiratory Therapist),Physiotherapists, ICU Receptionists, Security, Lab staff, Dieticians, Housekeeping, Canteen workers, Billing Section and the entire Admin staff were very kind and efficient. With the help of the Hospital and its entire crew, we never lost hope in the fight and got my brother back home healthy. Doctors have been our saviours, please do not disregard their words and ignore your health. I appreciate the team efforts of entire Apollo Jayangar team and thank them for the care of so many patients which I have witnessed during this time.

My Mother is 65 Years old and she had Toxic Multinodular Goiter and lump in the Breast. For almost 30 years she didn’t opt for surgery(Goiter) in a fear, finally she agreed as the size increased abruptly in last 2 years. We then started looking at different hospitals in Bengaluru, after several visits to renowned hospitals my mother felt comfortable and confident after talking to DR. Aashish R Shah , Director- Minimal Access, GI, Bariatric and Robotic Surgery , Apollo Hospitals- Institute of GASTROENTROLOGY, #2, 14th Cross, 3rd Block, Jayanagar, Bengaluru 560011, Karnataka. From there on my mother underwent several tests over a period of 2 weeks. DR. Aashish R Shah and his team( Vijay Kumar, Department manager and Dr. Tejaswini, Dr. Ashok ML, DR. Sudeep P Manohar, DR. Vijay Bhaskar S M, DR. Bhavana), I may have not named all of them but there were many other departments that were consulted before making a decision on surgery. Everything was well organized, planned and each time we were at the Hospital the wait time was very optimal. Each and every department were in close sync. The surgery went for almost 4-5 hrs. Post which she was kept under observation and then shifted to the ward. After moving to ward the team of Nurses took care of my mother , they were very hospitable and the next three days she was taken care with utmost care and affection. The dietician department was good as well, the food was made available as per the schedule without any delays or follow-ups. Myself, my father and my brother were very confident due to the fact that the Doctors gave very elaborate explanation and we could see the confidence on their face. Am writing this to appreciate the entire team of Doctors, Department managers, Nurses, Reception executives, Insurance and billing Staff , Supporting staff, housekeeping , security staff and all others. Got the corporate annual health check done here. Been doing it here from past 3 years, excellent handling of the crowd. All the staff including doctors are very calm and patient especially front desk lady near annual check up counter . Even though I have moved my location, still opting to come here. If you are coming from far make sure come between Monday to Saturday because consultations on the report will not be done on Sunday

Hospital staff specifically Doctors and nursing is excellent! Not happy with the billing and security. Specifically security team should understand the emotions of the people. They treat us like criminals. Absolutely no respect while talking to people. We understand the hospital wants to limit the people mobility but it doesn't mean to object for all. No food allowed to be carried to attendant. People from far distance, it doesn't mean all attendants are healthy to eat in canteen. First thing to stop near hospital entrance is not fair, we understand that more than one attendant not allowed inside room, but how can some one restrict additional attendant of the patient stand outside the hospital. It's really ridiculous and illogical, have the hospital made any arrangements outside the hospital to wait. If people are not allowed to wait in the lobby, means we need not come to this hospital for treatment. I expect hospital to be friendly enough and understand the emotions of people, not to exploit the situation. Second part is the kiosk for registration, during emergency we need someone to assist the patient family. After long wait in the Q for billing, your staff in instructs the person to go get the registration. It means already wasted time in the Q and restart the entire process. Those kiosk doesn't function well, after you fill-in the details the tool closes and we have to again start filling the form from first. Most worst part is after registration we have to again stand in Q for long. It's take hours together in the billing counter though you speak about advanced technologies. Other wise the staff in the wards are responsive and helpful. Apollo Jayanagar has best Doctors and well equipped. Overall the service is good except for few hindrances that demotivates to visit next time or refer to any close associates/family/friends.

Facilities are really good... they have ample number of equipment... they can able to manage large croud... Corporate health-check they have list of test to be conducted as well as plan mentioned from vendor like medibuddy... all testing id good... but for final consulting I can see less experience doctor checking your reports and consulting... better they could have keep some well experienced doctor for final consulting...

Today, it’s my first visit to Apollo Speciality , Jayanagar, for my Annual Health Checkup and I can say it’s well professional managed . All the staffs here well trained and very Polite down to earth and help me at each stage of my various test over 2 and half hours. Deserves zero star. Pathetic billing service. On 15/3/22 stood at 7.45 am in the OP billing counter for some tests to be done for a very long time due to the inefficient lady, Nusrath Rehmani. Inspite of asking neighbouring counter man she missed out two tests in the bill. I had to run around from blood test room and ECG room to make payment again and again for the left out items. All people standing behind me in the billing counter were cursing her. As a senior citizen I got leg pain due to her delay. Why management is recruiting such useless lady for important job? Next day evening I went there to collect the results. But the report delivery counter had no person and I was directed back to billing counter. Now billing counter had different lady and she started taking print out just on my asking. It should have been ready previous day itself. So again I had to stand long to get the report. The counter lady had difficulty even in stapling the papers and took the help of the male person in the next counter who seems to be efficient. The blood test ladies are tight liped and do not answer for any clarification.I will never again visit this hospital. Please avoid this hospital for your owngood.

Vaccination is done on 3rd floor. Reasonably priced and arrangements are very good. Walked in for precaution dose. We can also get a vaccination certificate in a card format, done at an extra charge.

I went here for my annual health check-up sponsored by my organization. This Apollo branch is very good. Service is quick, entire staff from receptionists to the nurses are sharp & polite, special mentions to Rekha - who coordinated entire drive. Place is hygienic. All tasks are carried out systematically. I will prefer this branch over Electronic City branch, which I visited last time.

We went here for a family routine check up. The service is cool. The best service is given to all. Diagnostics is done very well and reports are given on time. It can be viewed in your mobile. Breakfast coupons are given to you. Floors are always clean and tidy. Toilets are so clean. Staff are so kind and they are always there for your service without having their food.

The service provided by the hospital staff is good but the package includes unnecessary and unwanted products which is of no use The billing team is of no use & we had communicate between the insurance company n this billing staff… Though multiple follow ups were done it’s too time consuming Also the express RTPCR test for the patient costed 3.2k n for attendant they charged 640bucks Unnecessary thermometer sanitizer n room services costs were added in bill No matter how long you stand in the billing no one cares about it n these people are least bothered about the patient family…

Had my father’s emergency treatment at this location. The team of doctors were very thorough/clear in explaining us the diagnosis and it helped us make the decision confidently. The treatment plan was comprehensive and was implemented in an effective and timely manner. Never again. We were billed 50000 per night for a mild case of Covid. The Covid isolation icu is dirty and lacks basic hygiene that sick patients need so badly. Upon questioning the charges we were asked “why did you get admitted then?” Doctors and hospitals should be guides. People cannot assess if their family members need admission. It’s the hospital and doctor’s duty to guide people here. We just want our loved ones to be well. Looting.

My mom was here for a month with whole host of things. Dr.Mehta, Dr.Sameer and the whole team at Apollo have been wonderful. They took such good care that we are forever grateful! The Physiotherapy team led by John have helped her immensely through this process and recovering from over 21 days of ICU stay. The nursing team have been supremely helpful, catering to every need. We hope we never have to come back to the hospital but if we have to, we know we are in good hands!

Even the food met our expectations, not only in taste but also in its accommodation of my mother's dietary requirements. Additionally, while my overall experience was excellent, I would like to offer a brief suggestion for improvement. Caregivers of patients admitted to the ICU, often find themselves in need of a place to stay overnight. While I appreciate the round-the-clock care provided by the ICU staff, having a designated lounge area for ICU patients' caregivers would be beneficial. This would ensure that caregivers have a comfortable and private space to rest during their loved one's hospitalization, rather than having to sleep in the reception area. Overall, our week-long stay left us thoroughly satisfied with the hospital's functioning. The dedication of the entire team, from frontline staff to doctors, was commendable and made a challenging time much more manageable. I can't thank them enough for their care and support. I would certainly recommend this hospital to my friends and family.

I had a fever, cough, and cold. Moreover, I was throwing up too. Due to weakness, I was unable to get up from my bed. A friend of mine took me to this hospital. I went to the emergency ward, the doctors and nurses provided speedy diagnosis and treatment. The doctor was empathetic and provided me with an effective solution. The nurses who took my covid test, blood samples and gave me drips were kind and polite. I walked in weak and left the hospital knowing that I was alright. I am grateful to this hospital, and I appreciate the doctors and nurses for their prompt service and support.

This hospital killed my father in March 2018 when he was admitted for simple flu and cold. They admitted him in ICU, moved to semi ICU where the flu turned to pneumonia and moved him back to ICU, all within 2 days. While he was recovering well in the ICU the second time with little breathing problems, instead of continuing to treat him normally they put him on ventilator (by scaring us into signing the form explaining the need for it which didn't save my dad anyway). And my father never came out of ventilator. In the end they wouldn't even handover the body until every last rupee was paid which I did. No empathy to family's feelings who lost their father, only focused on making sure their bills are paid. The most inhuman and cruel hospital.

Went for the Health Check. It was pretty well coordinated and the overall process was quick. The staff was polite and professional. Would like to give a special shout out to the lady coordinating the Health Checks. She was extremely professional and polite. There were a good number of people present for getting the health check done , she was extremely patient in her approach and handled/coordinated the process nicely. Overall a great experience.

I had a annual health check up done here. Overall it was ok.staff and nurse were very cooperative and helpful. It took almost 8 hours to get it done. Need to wait a lot to get the test reports. Physician consultation was not good. Doctor didn't check the report properly and didn't explained anything clearly. We have to ask on each and every test. Not happy about the Physician consultation part.

Dr Aashish R Shah is the best Dr I’ve ever had by a long time. I always leave feeling so much better in every way. I’ll never use anyone else for me and my family. If you need a great Dr to help you with your health and wellness do yourself a favor and meet this doctor. He and his entire team very caring! They explained everything so I could understand. Very flexible and efficient place that I would really recommend for health check up. Price was reasonable as on the website. Sister Amala takes care of patients needs in terms of health as well as emotionally. She is supportive and friendly. Extremely appreciate her support, when had visited for followup with some reports at the last minute of the day in the intial days of covid when all doctors are busy in treating covid patients. She has personally called the incharge doctor to enquire about the medications to be prescribed and informed me about the medication to be taken immediately. We went for gout treatment but nothing went well with Dr Uma karjigi they charged us Rs.1000 just for consultation very pathetic... One has to think before going to Apollo hospital they kill you with your money.

They make senior patients above 80+ wait for hours to see a doctor . Hospital authorities should make a regulations like senior patients should be treated first . Appointment at 11.30 ,doctor seen him at 1.30 pm 😡😡😡 Fortis hospital Bannergatta is best . Due to distance wise i visited Apollo Hosp . In Future will never ever visit again .Will switch back to Fortis .

Do we have negative option? Worst hospital ever. I visited the hospital yesterday. My mom wasn’t well. I gave my car at vallet. I way the team spoke to me and the patient was worst. He started fighting with us with a very harsh voice. This is the worst Apollo I have ever visited. He didn’t care about the patient and was very rude to us. They embarrassed me and my mother. I have been going to seshadripurum Apollo which is the best ever hospital I have visited. The way these people treated us before even entering the hospital was horrible. I didn’t even step inside the damn hospital after this scene was created. They charge money for vallet parking and the staff are not been trained. I have the ID of the person who embarrassed us. I’m going to take serious action against this as these rude staff has troubled the patient vvery badly. We have the treatment going on in seshadripurum from 9 months. Not a single complain. The person name is CHINDANANDA S. along with 3 other staff. Hospitals are meant to take care of patients not to behave in such irresponsible manner. We have been troubled , embarrassed. Hence it’s time either you take action against them or we shall do it.

Haven’t experienced this better service anywhere. Friendly doctors, clearly explained of all procedures and upto date updates of the things happening. Nurses were so helpful, attentive and without showing faces, they did everything good. Hospitality is the best of all. Housekeeping was too efficient, quick and they made sure to clean twice everyday. Overall, a very good experience and thanks for celebrating our anniversary. We are really grateful!!!

In all good experience at Apollo hospitals at Jayanagar. Iam very happy with Radiology department under Mr Ravikumar, who is very polite and helpful. Physio therapy department has young and energetic staff. The staff at desk is excellent. Not to speak of the experience of the Doctor , which is a comfort factor for any patient who visits a hospital.

The administrative staff were very helpful they guided us very well throughout the days from addmission to discharge.The doctors Dr.Sameer, Dr.Kaumudi and the entire pulmonology team were helpful and I was given good treatment and care, their presence boosted my confidence. My thanks to Dr.Pallani and anesthesiology team as well they made sure I was very comfortable before and after the surgery. The nursing staff made sure I was taken good care off throughout my stay at the hospital. My special thanks to Mr.John and the rest of the physiotherapy team,for ensuring that I was kept active after the surgery.

Best place for Emergency situation. They have everyone standby, Specialists arrives immediately in all emergency situations. Thier first priority is getting the patient out of danger. They have almost all hospital facilities, equipments but slightly expensive. However, its worth if patient is in real danger and need immediate surgery, medicine.. etc..

Attend the issues very late… house keeping is very bad…. Nurses takes this very easily… but they have best doctors.. If CEO allows me in definitely I would like to correct the administration system..

Pros:Emergency service and treatment in ICU was very good and helped patient to recover. Cons: Shifting from ICU to ward was very painful. They didn't had beds to shift and they took till late night 9pm to shift after stating that they will be shifted by afternoon. Also after we went to hospital to shift patient to general ward ICU doctor questioned and suggested not to shift as she might come back to ICU next day because of Angiogram thar was scheduled. I am not sure how fan they speculate without even testing that she has to come to ICU this wad very irritating and looked like they wanted to simply keep patient in ICU and not shift to ward. I feel the shifting from ICU to ward and communication regarding that should be corrected I know they deal with lot of patients but they have to think of patient and their kins mentality and communicate in right way.

Right from registration till we visit doctor , they guided us well.. Dr . Sudeep P Manohar went through the reports suggested the measures in the diet and medication and he was very cordial. Dietician yashaswini cordially given diet plan. Totally our experience with Apollo sugar clinic was excellent.

The doctors were extremely good and efficient. The nursing staff a couple of them if they are trained how to behave with the patients, will go a long way.The hospital is doing well because of good and qualified doctors. Baring this everything thing needs to be looked into. Anyway this review will not be taken into account possibly that a thick skinned attitude can neverbe change.

I visited Apollo Cradle for my pregnancy check up and it turned out to be the best decision I ever made. Dr Poornima has taken very good care of me throughout my pregnancy and helped me in successful normal delivery. I am very thankful to her 🙏 and would definitely recommend others to visit her or other doctors of Apollo Cradle. Also all staffs were very cooperative I never had any issues regarding anything. All the processes post baby birth were also smooth and hassle free.

I came with complain of neck pain to meet Dr K N Krishna and was suggested for a surgery.. But i work for a daily wage and didn't have insurance. My mother in law underwent a major surgery in 2020 during the covid tough times …Dr Ashish R shah and team ( Dr Karthik , Dr Roopesh) took good care and assured my mother in law would be fine … we had consulted many doctors for the issue she had but we were never assured that she would get well.. The teams coordination and assurance one can get from this team is remarkable .. Mr Vijay is the most nicest person one can meet during the toughest times and every hospital should have someone like him to coordinate ,help and make us feel better …! We have never waited hours togther unlike other hospitals.. this place never feels like a hospital. Last week my husband underwent a minor surgery and the experience was no different .! Additionally, I am grateful for the hospital's state-of-the-art facilities and the seamless coordination of care between departments. From diagnostic tests to surgical procedures, everything was conducted with the utmost professionalism and efficiency.

We came to this hospital to diagnose the cuase for ILD. The service we had was excellent. The pulmonologists lead by Dr. Ravindra Mehta was superb. The sister at pulmonology department were superb too. We had a little problem with food after admission and later it was well handled and well managed. House keeping was excellent too.
