Hi i m dividing review in few categories because few things were good few were normal & few were bad so i can't be biased due to any type of experience. SAFETY- Not following complete covid norms, No temperature checks at entrance, No sanitization of luggage, No hand sanitizer at any public places. No sanitization activities. Very poor experience in terms of safety. FOOD- We taken complete meal pakage but this people not mentioned timings anywhere even staff also not aware properly. These people closed the buffet lunch & dinner before one hour on the name of guidelines, If you following covid guidelines its good but at least inform to your guests. Only following covid guidelines at restaurants timings apart from nothing. You supposed to long wait for food because everything is over and they are saying to guest we are closed now. AMBIENCE & AMENITIES- Property & location both are amazing. Definately five star for these. So much greenery & open space in the property with so many activities like archery, table tennis, bad minton, carrom, chess & many more. OTHER- We booked family room and we received totally different room. Because they will not consider your pre booked requirements. They served first come basis. Mattress & blankets also smelling badly.

If there were a possibility to give them 0 stars I would. After entering our room me and my family could smell the gutter, I opened the fridge to keep my doughnuts in but the refrigerator was warmer than the room. I went in the bathroom for a shower and when I looked at the dispenser for some shower gel I found 2 similar looking dispenser with similar fluid without any labels. We were a family of 4 so we had taken 2 rooms in total. After them “cleaning the room for us” we tried to enter but the door won’t open, it was scanning the door alright but it wasn’t opening. After 9-10 tried it finally opened. I went on to keep my bag on the study table when I found that some weird feather like substance was sticking on the all over. I went in the washroom to wash my hands and then I saw a little baby cockroach on the basin having a good stroll. There is too much to complain so I’ll just summarise it below Problem in the first room: 1. Smelled like gutter 2. Fridge doesn’t work 3. Cockroach in the side table 4. Water boiler and a bad smell and wasn’t clean 4. The shower gel and shampoo weren’t labelled Problems in the second room: 1. Gate doesn’t open 2. Cockroach in washroom 3. No handle in the shower area to turn the knob 4. The fridge won’t open 5. Table is filthy 6. Warm water didn’t come until we asked them to fix it 7. The corridor were filled with spiders 8. No TV remote, we couldn’t turn the TV off Wheel missing from chair 9. No dustbin cover

This Dhaba doesn't Deserve even single Star, They don't have respect for Customers...in complete Staffs ( Order taking boy, Manager). Such idiotic staffs before serving a glass of water ask such details are you people really family, do they think I need to show my Adhar card to eat food their????? They don't have basic manners to speak with Women. This is not Place for Family... The staffs only prefer Customers who pay high tips, and make dislocate the hut for those Customers immediately.... Never ever experienced this before.. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 In front of our eyes only they were serving some team with 1 girl n 2 to 3 boys.in a hut...As we Family they told to dislocate to more worst place....Really can't understand what's really going Very Fishy place. Worst place

Comfort food. Comfort surroundings. If you are in the mood to try good hygienic food in a familiar location, try this place. We have been visiting this property for the last 12 years and don't get tired of it. Of course the attrition rate is high, but there is always a welcoming attitude by the staff, they actually remember you. Food is decent, not the best, but it's okay. And the chefs try their best to prepare as per your preference. Both the Ala carte and buffet options are decent. The pricing is reasonable. If you are a regular, they give you a discount as well. Overall, a friendly staff and a welcoming attitude brings you over several times. You don't get tired of coming here. Must visit, when you can and if you haven't.

Place is nice, rooms need renovation. Doors are old and everything that's wood needs a new polish. Bathroom fittings needs an upgrade too. Otherwise the overall quality isn't bad. I just have an eye for little things and they matter to me as a guest and it also show how interested the management is in keeping the place clean and well maintained.

Do NOT go there for a business conference! Food is very good, 5 of 5 stars. Waiters, cooks, all working people are very friendly and competent. Go there for a party or for dinner or wedding. NOT for work. The managers in their grey suits ruined the whole stay. When we arrived none of our requirements was fulfilled. Then we got some of the ordered conference rooms by one manager. After preparing our rooms another manager arrived and we had to move. In the evening they wanted us to move again to another room. Coffee, tea was ordered for 60 people. Did not arrive. I asked one of the grey suit managers. Yes sir, 5 minutes. Nothing happend. He kept talking to his employees. They very not able to put a correct note for our conference visitors but sent them to a wrong room with another conference. We also got an ordered gazebo with chairs. In the evening they started watering the grass. under. the gazebo, next day they started to lay stones there. So where should we stay? Environment: They served very small plastic bottles instead of giving us the ordered big bottles with OS purified water. Lots of plastic waste! Good: in the rooms you have OS purified water. You wake every morning from the voice of a manager shouting at the employees. Rooms look very good on pictures. If you go closer to AC buttons, curtains, floor you see that everything is worn and a lot does not work anymore. Wifi is gone when you need it. The IT guy were very helpful but the hardware was horrible. 3rd projector worked.

We had our wedding celebrations here (Jan 2022) and had booked ~30 odd rooms and lawns/banquet hall for 2 night. The rooms were sub standard. The mattress was poor and the staff was not very thoughtful while allotting rooms, e.g married couple given twin room. A couple of my relatives fell off the bed because the mattress was poor and not the right fit for the bed. The key card stopping working frequently and required constant visit to the reception to fix. The exhaust fans in the washroom don’t work at night since it’s a common fan and one of the staff was ridiculous enough to say that we should call the reception at night if we want the exhaust turned on when we go the toilet. The lockers provided in the rooms were sub standard. We had even complained about the lockers to the staff multiple times. During our function when we required things from the locker, it jammed. After multiple arguments and an hour long delay the hotel had to get the locker cut open. During this time out proceedings were stalled. The security measures were inadequate. The first night during the wedding ceremony a stranger from outside came onto stage when our articles part of the ceremony were in use and refusing to leave till we paid them some amount. Despite the complaints to the management the same person showed up to our venue the second day as well. Additionally, on the second night, one of our guests purse (valuable worth 20k) was stolen and the hotel refused to take any responsibility for the same. We had a huge fight with the management before the final settlement and they were unapologetic about any of the happenings in the resort. The security head was arrogant and said what can they do if random strangers sneak into our function. The hotel also told us that we should understand as they’re understaffed. But is that our problem? They knew more than 2 months in advance about our function and footfall, so it was their job to be prepared for it. The food was average. The actual food on the event nights was well below par compared to what we were served during tasting. The staff on the ground was quite good and friendly. Tapsai who was our manager was mostly very helpful with all our requests.

Food is good we tried the chicken maharaja and pepper chill chicken it was excellent, only minus is in the evening it’s hot and too many mosquitoes 😅

I went there for a wedding. It has a huge banquet hall. It has an adjoining food area. It can accommodate more than 1000 people. Haven't stayed as yet. The food was catered from outside, so may be the resort couldn't accommodate cooking for so many people. May be. Not sure. Can be checked with the management. But the place is neat and clean. Parking can be a slight problem if its a large wedding. But it's manageable. All in all its alright. Would love to stay with them to understand the services better.

Royal orchids hotel where I attended a wedding left a generally positive impression. The cleanliness of the venue was notable, creating a pleasant environment for the celebration. The spacious ambiance added a sense of comfort, allowing guests to move around freely and enjoy the festivities. While it had an ambience luxury as well as corporate touch to it, it fulfilled its purpose well and offered a decent backdrop for the marriage ceremony. The overall experience was satisfactory, making it a reasonable choice for events.

Good, my office has conducted an award ceremony there. Arrangements were good, enough parking available for 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler. Many MNCs go there for team outings.

This is a very pretty property, managed less well than it could be. We hosted a part for a few friends here. The negotiations with the hotel staff, leading up to the event were not very pleasant, with price-gouging and lack of timely response to requests or queries being the norm. Since, once we committed to the property, we needed support to get things set up properly, this was very frustrating. And it was clear that the prices they charged us were unreasonably high. The actual event went off well, but that was mainly the result of the guests' enthusiasm, rather than the hotel's efforts. The hotel staff did make efforts to set up the place as planned, The food, supposed to be live-counter barbecue, was served cold and was certainly not as tasty as we had hoped for. Overall, be prepared to bargain hard, repeatedly push for results and encounter a lack of responsiveness. That is not a good set of attributes for an aspiring hospitality place.

Royal orchid is located near Hebbal flyover. We stayed over the weekend with family. Rooms: spacious , luxurious. Bed is old. Bathroom was big with Jacuzzi Lunch buffet: decent variety of non veg but lacking starters and desert options Dinner buffet: was served same as lunch buffet Breakfast: Too good. All options available. Ambience: decent with live music during lunch and dinner Games: board games, badminton, archery, rock climbing but swimming pool wasn't operational Price: value for money. Got a good deal from Agoda

It's good and a spacious place, can also have gathering of around 400-600 easily, good ambience, well maintained , and a lot of greenery around!! The location is easy to get and also have good space for car parking!! Over all it was neat and clean property

Had been here to attend a wedding. Firstly, there are so many locations within the hotel to host any wedding or function. Open air options are available so that's great for evening events. One thing was, there is no information displayed on what function is hosted where across the property. So we will need to reach out to someone or walk around too find out. It would be helpful to have that displayed near the reception or entrance. Coming to the place and food it was very well organised and the food was very delicious. Wonderful service.

What an absolutely wonderful experience I had here, this is the go to place to host weddings/reception events as the staff are so well versed with the whole agenda that everything goes like clockwork. The have many halls of varying seating capacity and the food that they cater is delicious. We had also opted for the superior rooms which are very well maintained and tucked into a serene location within the property. Special thanks to Tapsi for stepping up and ensuring our event was a grand success. 100% will recommend this place !!

The service was horrible. The rooms weren't cleaned and we were given room with broken appliances and stained mirrors. One of the receptionist was very rude, she cut the call midway while I was expressing my concern and she didn't do the needful. The over all service was really bad. The resort looks very old broken. The only good thing about it was the food, tho there were very less options but manageable. We paid around 8k plus tax for one night and it was honestly a waste of our money and time

Went for a office get-together and had meeting in conventional center. Place is located in good place and they have huge space. Unfortunately observed multiple flaws. 1. No backup in meeting hall. Lost audio in-between meeting. 2. Food was below average. Didn't expect it from a such a big Resort. It's not about the variety. Just taste. F &B Team need to concentrate. We are forced to provide negative feedback to our Admin team for check other alternatives next time.

The place is not for family. Although they have saperate cabins u stil can hear boys shouting using vulgar language. Plus the food is also not great. After reading reviews about food I took my daughter there. Felt embarrassed as my daughter was getting scared cz of the shouting. So my sincere advice please don't take your family here

Went here after exactly 10 years and was not very happy with the rooms. Took up a superior room but it was not as per what is expected from Royal Orchid hotels. Thought there was buffet dinner but due to low occupancy they did not display buffet but had to order through a fixed menu. Breakfast was good though with good variety.

Was visiting family staying there. The place is run down & poorly maintained especially given what one expects from Royal Orchid. The rooms have old furniture, drains get clogged etc. I was sitting outside & we found a table not too far from the pool that had a disastrous green color (to be fair, don't think it was algae but more to do with the recent rain changing the pH - this BTW can be managed easily). The table itself hadn't been cleaned after lunch is my guess (was there in the evening). Mosquitoes were starting to come out, so watch out & take necessary precautions outdoors. Also saw one guest smoking in the lobby! All in all, will not recommend. Hope to see royal orchid get their act together on this property.

A good resort to hangout, mainly for business conferences. They have very good rooms and lots of open spaces to hang out. The conference rooms are also spacious. They have a good indoor and outdoor cafeteria. The food was decent. The parking space is also good although it is all open to sky.

The buffet spread was awesome. No doubt about the taste and quality of food. Very satisfied. The room and washroom was very clean. The staffs are professional and well-behaved. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this resort.

Good place for relaxation. A bit old, about 20 years,. 25 years. Not much modern equipment / fancy gadgets. Rooms are spacious, but basic amenities. Vast area for walking, jogging, exercising. Staff is very good. The food becomes a bit boring if you stay for long periods.

Good rooms, dates but clean n well provided. Started in the family rooms n found them spacious. The food in their coffee shop was good enough for us, both in terms of choice n taste. We also have a dhaba style option, which has live band n popular. The resort is reasonably spread for walks n some indoor activities. They have a good pool.

We went for Team Outing. Great space, facilities and a great assortment of Indian and Continental food. The staff is very accommodating and flexible to serve to different needs of our team mates. Great experience and has good proximity for corporate offices in and around Manyata Tech Park.

A pocket friendly dhaba which is also a bar! This place is usually crowded during weekends, specially evening time! Food is average and service is good. They arrange for a big screen during important cricket matches but since it's placed outdoor, only evening matches can be watched! Update: Big screen is removed temporarily!!

The hotel has potential if it was maintained properly. The rooms aren’t maintained properly like there is a fridge but it is not operational the AC is dropping water inside the room the fittings in the washroom are leaking the bells aren’t working

We visited for a team outing and the place and service was good. Food and options were really good and didn't feel like waiting in the queue for long even though the crowd was more.. they arranged multiple counters and really managed well. Didn't explore much since we booked only the indoor and not sure on outdoor options.

My parents had gone for their anniversary celebration and were very happy and satisfied with their service. We d called them up last minute to do a small surprise setup of candle light dinner and celebration and MR. LALIT was so prompt and readily agreed to do it within the next 20 minutes. thank you for making our parents' anniversary a memorable one.

Had been here for the office event, the location of the resort is best and also the even hall is good, only I felt is the AC of the hall was too cold 🥶, not sure why there was no one to even check that, apart from that, the food provided was also not upto the mark especially veg, most people were waiting for roti to be ready in veg section, I can clearly see an improvement needed here, when u r hosting so many people, there cannot be any delay in serving, items were good whichever was placed.

Great location, great food, clean and spacious room. They also provide separate kid friendly menu which helped to keep our 3 yr old kid fed. The best part is that this resort is literally just few minutes walk from the beach. But I feel what makes this place stand out is their staff , all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Horrible place to have a vacation let it be eating or customer service. Over priced, exceptionally low quality food. We ordered coffee & sandwich that cost us ₹2.5k and all the foods were cold, veg sandwiches comprised of soggy cucumber and tomatoes ONLY! Chicken sandwich had a terrible smell

Great property, with lot of greenery & open space. The restaurant served nice food and would like to specially mention about Sunday brunch which is very Popular. When we booked our stay Ms. Jayashri was very helpful and she answered all our concerns and she reassured us about the Covid safety measures at the property. She was extremely helpful during our stay and whatever small issues were there it was resolved in no time. Mr. Abdul at reception was friendly, welcoming and was very efficient. He was always helpful. Executive chef Mr. Tarkesh deserves huge credit for his mouth watering food and he was always happy to serve customized food even at short notice. He made us feel at home. Some of the special dishes ( Off the menu ), he sent us through room service were Excellent. Special credit to house keeping team Especially Mr. Krishna, Mr. Tapan & Mr. Kamalesh for making our stay very pleasant.

It's a good place to be away from the city's hustle-bustle. The ambience is pleasant and the food is assortively lavish and delicious. Overall the service is very satisfying. A must visit place..!!!

The property ha very good ambience and a lot of green around. It's a great place to spend quality time with friends and family. The food quality is also good though there were not plenty of options in the buffet menu. I would have rated it 4/5 star but the checking in is a bit of trouble. We got our room ready only after 3:30pm while the check in time was 2pm. There were others as well who were waiting for checkin.

Wonderful location. Excellent infrastructure. Yet very poor maintenance and service. On 25th morning to get fresh air we kept the window open for a few minutes. Astonishingly, a swam of honey bees invaded us and I had honey bee bites. In a 3 beds room there was only one coffee cup and one towel. When I asked for a cup I got some coffee sachet 40 mins later and after 2 reminders!

Huge convention hall for big events with huge crowd. Well maintained premises with ample parking space. They have connected resort with rooms and recreational activities.

The resort is mostly used for weddings and cinventions. The wedding venue is good but the rooms are not very well maintained. The bathrooms are too small and toilets are dirty. The maintenance needs serious upgrade.

Towels provided are old. Receiving staff for registration not courteous and unprofessional. Food taste is average.

Best food dhaba around Jakkur and yelahanka. They server good food with decent price range. Must try Maharaja, Guntur, Amaravati, Tandoori chicken and Biryani rice. Every time we order these items without miss.

Have been here two times. For two receptions. Place is good, location is fantastic, easy to reach from highway, parking is also good, and if it gets filled, they ask to park outside just beside the hall. Food was good. Lot of lush green lawns around. Open air is the best here. Food serving staff regularly filled the empty food containers. It was buffet sustem. All in all great place for a Reception, and considering open air it is safe during COVID times.

Typical place with basic and good food. Pandemic may have forced them to pick wedding party orders, which they don't seem to be capable of handling. Right from parking shortage to service,, all drop to lower levels. Not suggesting to avoid but go with patience if you land up with such situation here

Worst food I have ever eaten. They just think that with chillies only food can be prepared. Too much spicy. If you love chillies go there and waist your money and health. I would rate below one Star if possible.

Ambience of the hotel is very good. Food is very tasty. However, service is very slow, all bathroom fittings are not working, it takes 5 to 6 mins to get hot water, rooms not so clean, location is odd.

We went to 9th mile Dhabha for lunch. Previous charm is gone. Menu is limited in quantity and quality. All veg curries are based on Tomato gravy only. Don't even go near buffet. It's pathetic in terms of choice.

Beautiful place with well balanced lighting to make one feel relaxed. The food is also good but I found chicken gravy to be very plain and not tasty. However the starters were good. The place also has live music which adds a charm to it. I would be going back just to listen to the music and enjoy the ambience.

Worst experience ever. it's not at all 4 star hotel. Not enough hygiene.. Not at all worth the money you pay for. NO pros only cons. here are the few: 1) AC was working just like fan. 2) water used to get stuck in wash basin 3) washroom is not good. No instant hot water. Have to waste lot of water before you get hot water. 4) Bed and cot not good at all. it's not soft and got back pain and it makes sound even if you just sit on it. 5) Breakfast not included. Had to pay extra (1200 for 2). Food was not hot. no enough fruits. Tea was empty and I had to wait for 15 minutes but still didn't get it. In short, book this hotel only if you want to have bad memories. Worst hotel I ever visited..

Had been here to attend a marriage.. premises is awesome. Good for family functions.. However there is neither fan nor AC was working when we visited...

Food is good. Service is little slow. Ambience is very good. Limited Menu Options for Veg. Prior table booking is preferred. This review applies only for a la carte dining option.

Had a wedding planned. An hours rain and there was water leaking in the dining hall rooms and corridors. Kitchen that was allocated for the caterers was with zero facilities. No lights or shelter or exhaust

Very very poor maintenance and service... all house-keeping people have to be paid for any basic cleanliness that you want... of the 2 days we stayed there, nobody attended the room services in less than an hour. Rain would be an added boon as each & every area will be water clogged. I would not suggest this to anybody...

Dear All Last week I had no pleasure to stay in Royal Orchid Bangalore. Hotels in india being rated 5 stars, very often are much below EU standard but that one is a way from good ratings. Staff was good , smiling and carrying, food ok 4.2 , restaurant so so , but rooms ! My God , it was a joke of designer . My room was old , dirty , full of mood , scary even , windows look like rusty glass . And the the end the ceiling has fallen down in last day in to my bathroom:( and staff offered me 20% for food in restaurant. It’s some kind of joke ???? No recommendation! KEEP AWAY FROM THIS NIGHTMARE!

Within the crowded congested metropolis of Bangalore , this convention centre sprouts like a luxurious flower - green, well manicured and laid out like a garden with large parking facility. Even casual dining is a pleasant experience amongst greenery, the cuisine itself being quite delicious. A great place to hold medium and large functions in open air and indoor facilities. Every visit feels like a green getaway but it is so approachable right on the main Bellary road!

We went there for buffet dinner. The food was below average with very less options. Ambience is okay not that great. For buffet sitting area it was very dull! Would not recommend at all for buffet here. A la carte looked better, though we didn’t taste the food but the chef and counter was separate and there were better options for food items. One good thing, staff was very polite so 5 star for them. Overall, I didn’t like the place and would not like to visit here again. Thanks

Its a good resort hotel in terms of activities and food menu, but need measures for upkeeping. We had to remind 2/3 times for any room service, even for water. Towels are not fresh looking (though washed). Bathroom tiles and partitions are not clean. Some food items were very average on taste and quantity. Indoor games available are foosball, Billiards, Carrom, Chess, Table tennis, Badminton. Others are Archery (very basic), rock climbing, swimming pool.

Good Resort & excellent hospitality. Went with family including kids. All were occupied with the amenities offered by the resort. Special mention to Abdul & Rupesh for taking such good care of us

The resort is decent. Facilities are good. Food is average. Not many activities. Ground is small for cricket or football. However convention halls are good enough for medium to small weddings and celebrations

Simply perfect! Overall, I had a great experience. The reception staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect.Courteous Hospitality & Sumptuous food...Will Visit again Soon

Location: Good Room service: Good Food taste: Good Children play area: broken and jammed. Not at all maintained. Room quality: not maintsined well, damaged walls and mirrors, loose doors, electric jar not working. Not much games in indoor play area. Over all it was a costly stay. It does not deserve more than 3-4K including all food per night.

Good place to organise any events in the family. Very spacious. Parking is a bit tight here. Never stayed there. Bar is bad. We had the buffet. Good food at right price.

The room AC was not functional. There was no cooling effect. It was so suffocating that we complained the front desk at night who then sent the maintenance guy but in vain. Requested for pedestal fan and then we were able to sleep calmly. We had buffet dinner which was good. The restaurant ambience was nice. The garden was well maintained. One sincere request to the owner of the hotel, please install AC based on the room size. There is no ceiling fan in the room so if ac doesn't work it suffocates a lot.

It’s a beautiful resort with a nice spacious banquet hall. We recently visited this place to attend a marriage. They have accommodations on-site just across the hall. The rooms were spacious and the facilities were really convenient. They also a beautiful lawn by the side of the hall. There is also a spacious hall which served as a dining area as well. The restrooms were clean. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Place looks awesome with plenty of green cover. However rooms are very old. My room AC was making a lot of noise and was not cooling the room even when it was set to 16 degrees Celsius. Maintenance staff was prompt to attend to the issue but could not resolve it. The hot water kettle to make hot water for coffee was also in bad condition as the heating coil was rusted and metal was seeping into the water. Staff replaced it promptly though. Broken chair in the room, TV remote brown and not working, was stuck together with tape, no soap in the shower. All this is disappointing considering I checked in at lunch time so that they could clean my room and make it ready... Ample time to do so but many things overlooked.

The Dhaba is located just opposite to Jakkur airstrip. Many dhabas in the said strip. This Dhaba allows you to carry your own alcohol. The food is good and the service is quick. The famous dish is Chilly chicken (Andra style)

One of the best places for Dhaba style non veg dishes. Make sure you order the right portion. Lemon Chicken is amazing.

Great food. Decent pricing. Ample Motorcycle parking inside the Dhabi but you'll have to park cars outside on the main road without any security. Provides liquor too. Small huts and large halls with tables. The food is very good compared to other dabha's nearby. The toilets/restroom doesn't look tidy always and the Handwash is common for toilets and dining. Lost 2 stars coz of parking, toilet and Handwash.

Calm, neat and good delivery speed. Never get out of space, have separate huts for ladies groups. May be a little old fashioned. Rohini Kabab & Maharaja chicken are the highlights..never miss it..

Very cozy place good for decent gathering not more than 100 members in a group. The resort can handle multiple groups with indoor and outdoor games including a swimming pool. A multi cuisine restaurant which also serves drinks too. We had been for a day event and activity ended with high tea. You would love the ambience. In my opinion, its located in a very decent place and it would be a right place for families during weekends. Im not too sure if it is economical.

Been here many times for conferences. It's at a good accessible location, clean and well maintained. The ambience inside the premises is somewhat commendable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good is good. A good menu for a gathering. (Might be different for diners).

Wait time is little high, private space available with closed huts. Not recommended for family. Cost is high aswell food quality and quantity is good.

I went to attend a birthday party. Have tried the lunch buffet and the spread was good. Though the service was not upto the mark, seems like less staff...spoons where not available and had to asked .. water was not getting refilled. The resort is good .. liked the place. The live counter was not upto the mark.. according to me. I mean I liked the fish & chicken satay..

Less activities and food menu is very simple and charges are high. We went a group of 24, only 1 veg starter and no choice too. Served the potato cutlet. It may be suitable for marriage events not for corporate event.

Stayed for almost a week in one of the Luxury cottages and quite honestly nothing Luxurious about it. Dirty rooms, toilet and the kitchenette. When I questioned about the hygiene standards, one of the house keeping staff mentioned that due to back to back selling of the rooms, they don't get time to clean the rooms properly. I hope the management is listening to this. Overall it's a beautiful property but just not maintained well. Maybe the focus is more on convention / banquet business perhaps. Front line staff are very curteous, friendly and helpful.

Property is big with nice ambience, but rooms are old and need renovation, we stayed in a luxury cottage, it had a fridge, microwave, hot plate and kitchen sink in second room, all in good condition, but sofas were old and dirty, door bell was not working and they couldn't fix it during our stay, room lock had issues but it worked everytime after 5-10 mins of dedicated efforts. Coming to food- the buffet and breakfast spread was very limited and taste was pretty average. Service staff and room service was good and responsive.

Had a kitty party here. Good spread of food. Mr Vasim, Restaurant manager, customised the menu according to our needs. Lush green lawn, so much greenery all around..clean washroom.. courteous staff. All my guests had a great time there. Highly recommended for a buffet !

From Outside, and website/review status it is nice resort with lot of amenities. How ever overall experience is low and customer service need quite a ton of improvement. This place used to (pre covid) treat/serve customers (had many corporate visits) better which seems no longer the case. we did one day stay with Family on luxury cottage with Breakfast and one meal offer. What Found not Great? 1. Check-in experience is pathetic. We requested for early check-in 12:30 (with prior intimation); since rooms were not ready, chose to take the lunch buffet of the hotel. Post the Lunch, at 230 PM as well, the rooms were not ready . Front Desk experience can improve a ton, such as (a) No Explanation on how the resort is operated (b) No welcome drink or taking care of customers (c) It was not Mentioned anywhere about how to access Wi-Fi,(d) Timings for amenities were not mentioned anywhere etc.. 2. Swimming Pool - Its not mentioned (neither at website/while booking or at front desk while check-in) that Morning 06:00-10:30 and Evening 15:00-18:30 Pool is used for coaching swimming for the outsiders and pool is fully occupied by kids and trainers at this time and not accessible for the resort inmates unless we chose to use the pool at mid noon at this hot weather. 3. Room Tidiness - Room looks neat at beginning; but as you start observing - Things are just not right, such as (1) Bed linen is not new (all filled with small hair); (2) AC is not working had to call technician to fix; Complex TV/inhouse mechanism to watch. (Remote is faulty too) Lots of mosquitoes to deal with as well 4. Volleyball Area - It’s not cleaned and tons of mosquitos. 5. Overall resort Cleanliness - Its bit mess around - Lot garbage laying around and folks has lethargic attitude to clean those. (Especially Behind road access which luxury cottage has to Amenities or sports room place. Front Space Looks Clean- Backside and other areas not so great. What Found Good / OK. 1. Food Quality/Taste (less spicey, oily and salty) is good for Lunch and next day breakfast. 2. Badminton Court (indoor is decent) Overall Summary Do not Recommend This Resort for Family / Overnight stay. Not Worth the price they are charging.

We had our company's event here.. a very nice place. We got a good auditorium opp to the green lawn...so we had a great private time... Too many mosquitos, can't help but yea... The food was good. Overall good place.

Spacious venue with sprawling lawns and loads of activities both indoor and outdoor games. A great place to visit with your family or even with your team mates from work for a day outing. Very nice pool with zorbing activity. Food is delicious and staff are warm and helpful. Enjoyed our work get-together!

We went there for day outing Pros - Place is neatly maintained - Good food - Well behaved staffs - clean swimming pool Cons - Never go for paint ball , they tell 25 shots but don’t even provide 10(it’s third party managed) I even over heard one of the paintball managing talking to someone on phone on how he fooled guests by giving 10 shots in paintball - swimming pool they don’t provide towels, even after requesting or offering to pay they still won’t - billing software is poor , took almost 45 mins to generate the bill

A good resort to hangout, mainly for business conference. They have very good rooms and lots of open spaces to hang out. the conference rooms are also spacious. They have a good indoor and outdoor cafeteria. The food was descent. The parking space is also good although it is all open to sky.

We had a large company gathering here in this resort and had high hopes on the event. This Royal Orchid Resort & Convention Centre; has completly spoiled the mood. 1) The service was pathetic from this resort in every thiing. 2) Food/drinks supplies - They could not provide any item, which we ask for and says, already finished. 3) Hospitality - They could not answer any requests of the guests. For hot Tea, we have to ask 10 times to bring. For snacks, they say its finished. 4) Games - They could not organize any team events at all. The guy who was holding the mic was so lazy to conduct the events and they were treating the guests like small kids events. Paintball game guns and dresses were worst. Carrom boards were pathetic in condition. Shuttle court was all damaged. 5) DJ - The worst DJ I have ever seen. The DJ guy was so reluctant to play any good music and was repeating the same 10 songs. They say they cannot play other music due to piracy. Don't know, why cannot they procure license for the music albums? The list is long and long... No point of explaining everything. Woud strongly suggest not to opt this resort anytime in future.

They was lot of musquitos , the restaurant put some smoke and gave coils , Smoke ineffective and coils were scary near legs.. Food was good and tasty, other than this inconvenience, rest all were good. Cost wise it's on the higher side.. Live music was ok..

It was our outing from Office.It was very crowded with school and college kids.With 2 to 3 weddings.And 3 companies planned their outing same day.The place is pretty small and it was filled with more than 1K PPL.Washrooms were in real bad state.Arrangements for Breakfast and lunch was real bad. No seating arrangements were taken care of. Food was good both breakfast and lunch.

My family booked this resort for my marriage ceremonies from 7th Dec-10th December, 2023. My wife and her guests are from United States and we had guests traveling from different parts of India as well. The wedding was hosted at Royal Orchid and events were managed by Meragi. Please do not use both services for your special occasions. To begin with, the check in process on 7th morning was the worst experience. Rooms were not ready, and the staff had no answers. They messed up the guest lists given to them well in advance. We had guests including bride’s parents standing at the reception for couple of hours waiting for their rooms. Those guests who got their rooms, were asked to switch rooms again and again. People were being given already occupied rooms by someone else not from our guest list. My family and myself, being the groom had to step in to move luggage around for the guests. Their staff was extremely incompetent during the overall process. The first impression upon check in was chaotic, unprofessional, disorganized, and extremely stressful for all critical people involved with the wedding. Secondly, the room itself was average. My sink had stains and some of the rooms had electrical issues. Overall, average at best. Third, their own staff at front desk had no idea which of their rooms were occupied and even sent a complete stranger to my brother’s room while he was in there. At the food service, some of the items did not have labels and we had to remind them over and over to put a name tag. Fourth, and the list gets long. The wi-fi in this hotel will work only if you have luck on your side. By the end of our events, I am happy that we are all out of this unprofessionally run circus which they call a Resort. Please don’t waste your money for your big occasions.

Love this place. The service is best of its kind. My partner and I came five o'clock in the morning without reserversation. Unfortunately all rooms were full but the people tried everthing to make arrangements. It is a beautiful experience there, love it ❤️😍 Except Sunday, Sunday is Funday and can become a bit loud.
