    The entire staff except branch manager Bhavana is highly unprofessional. The response time is very slow and they do not treat the customers properly. Please never go to this branch for any services especially loan and account opening. They take weeks to process and do not have any checklist in place. They call umpteen times for the documents which you might have submitted 2 weeks back. No one takes the ownership of the customers. Highly disappointed.

    Directly connect with branch manager for any work. Or else your work won't get done. Two people who sit at the counter are useless. they are too lazy to check balance in your a/c or to write a/c bal on a piece of paper. My need was to change my branch a/c, though it can be done the lady behind the counter didn't take my application. Finally I met BM and got it done. Because of such undeserved people getting jobs in public banks is one of the main reason why private banks are doing better business.

    I am regular customer of this branch. The Branch manager here is wonderful, very polite and helpful. She explained the process in detail and communicated clearly what is possible and what is not. The staff is also amazing. I was able to get my new SBI account in couple of hours with the staff help. During corona times, I did not travel to this branch but still I was able to complete many important activities over email. Thanks to the branch manager. It means a lot. Thanks for all the help and support. Keep up the good work and Thanks for a great customer service.

    Very good experience for all the interactions I have had in the branch. I was surprised with the swift work done. Special mention to the branch manager Bhavna, she ensures work is done efficiently and is very approachable. I have been visiting the branch from 2019 and never had to face any challenge with any request.

    "ONE OF THE BEST BRANCHES AMONG SBI" and in general as well. Have been using their facilities related to almost every service a financial institution provides. From having SB accounts for me and family members to availing a Home Loan. I have been using their services from last ~10 Years. Started with transferring my a/c from other state to here with them when shifted to Bangalore. I would like to mention that it was seamless. :) Have had to open accounts for kids as well in last years and every time i visited them with the request, it was done at the earliest possible time frame. Which was in the tune of Hours and never was in days. Coming to the staff at this Branch, have seen 4 Branch Managers and glad to say that all of them were very helpful on the guidance front and everything was completed very seamlessly. Of course with the right documents availability. I have interacted with everyone in this branch from the housekeeping to the Clerk and the Branch Manager and all of them are have been very cooperative and helpful, whether its about giving you the right form with right guidance to enabling me to update the a/c details (Multiple Times). Talking about the current scenario, the Branch Manager Mrs. Bhavana Chabra, She is one of the nice persons i have seen who is very professional with complete focus on the customer satisfaction to the fullest. She even goes a few miles to suggest what is right for you and gives all the available options. "WHY SUCH A LONG REVIEW" : I see many people taking effort to put the feedback (specially negative ones) and not giving the justification/s reasons for the same and "I DO NOT AGREE WITH THE SAME" : As i mentioned earlier as well that i have been using this Branch's facilities for ~10 Years. I believe, i am the better (if not the best) person(Customer) to give the right Feedback. :)

    @Manager is a one woman army. No matter how busy she is, I have never seen her returning the client without attending their requirements. Very hard working, I'm seeing her from the day one she has joined this branch. Please stay here for another 10 years. Keep it up!! Thanks.

    I am dealing with this branch from last more than 1 year. This branch changed my perception about SBI aka government bank. Not only branch manager but also staff are very professional and ready to listen your purpose of visit. They always give me the feeling that they are working for me. They have proper seating arrangement and serve in FIFO manner. Phenomenal experience with Branch manager, Bhavana. She is always approachable and helped me to solve my concern irrespective it belongs to her branch or not. During Corona, I released that in SBI via email only, I can do so many things (Correction, change OD account interest rate, get interest certificate, get product knowledge from reliable source, account transfer etc.) in a defined timeline. There is no need to step-in inside branch.

    Worst Experience , seen this multiple times at this branch . They will make hell out of you.. Customer service is last in their list of things to know. I donā€™t know how they can pretend to be busy , High level to security shown with similar attitude, even stated ā€œif things to be done ,then come during morning hoursā€. Runaway to another branch (if you can find any better branch in SBI )

    Worst experience. Just to update my mobile number they made me run here and there for 1 hour and finally they said it cannot be done there. I opened my account at this branch and I have no idea why they asking to visit some other branch to update phone number. Worst ever service.

    First of no parking facility even for two wheelers. There's no sign board of the people handling. You need to ask desk by desk. I have gone to close my car loan. It took 3 hours. I had to run around between 3 desks just to speed up the process. They don't give priority to customers. Even after spending 3 hours to close the loan and getting NOC, I realized there haven't provided the Form 35 which seem to required for HP cancellation in RTO. Have to run again to the branch. Waste of my time. These people doesn't know that they have to provide Form 35. They don't even know their own system for each and every process they need to check with someone on the phone. Pathetic service at the branch.

    I have taken Loan from SBI and kind of service i got from Loan approval process till loan closure from SBI Manyata Branch is "Just Awesome" .     The worst banking services from SBI bank branch's. They think they are the owners and most of the staffs are from north India N don't learn and respect local languages. I got mail to update my KYC today at home brach Manyata tech park, so, I met brach manager to submit the required documents. The branch manager was arguing with one of the customer already with her red face and without respect to him regarding mismatch signature. The customer keep on requesting, but this manager called security to send him away. This branch manager should understand basic that she is there to give service to the customer's and she is getting remuneration because of that. I went inside to submit my doc's with start's communicating in Kannada, but she regret to speak n said that she don't know Kannada's with worst tune, why the hell this silly guy's has to work if they don't know the customer's conversation language. She asked me to speak in English since I'm working in corporate company. And she is very arrogant to the branch attender's, she was shouting like anything at them for didn't inform her about got over application form. All the staffs and customer's was seeing her stunningly. I felt private banks services are better compare to SBI. This is the only bank calls customer's to update the KYC docs at home branch where other banks are offered it in online.

    There people given me incorrect information about mutual fund returns. Need to educate them. Because of false commitment SBI loosing there client.even there branch manager is not aware how mutual fund cycle work. And what is the difference in growth and dividend mutual fund investment. I went to HDFC there they gave me clear picture.

    As expected all government banks are useless, service is extremely poor, they don't have any knowledge, I visited this branch for DD of Rs 100,and a lady (aunty ji) said like they can't make DD from branch, since it is complicated online, once I create a DD online, I will get a journal number and then I have to come branch to collect the DD. Next day other branch said we can still make DD directly by visiting branch. Shame on these sarkari daamaad. Private banks are 1000 times better.

    These people dont work as per the protocols.. I have submitted my kyc docs in july2019, and now i am getting a call saying submit again since their system says last updated was in 2009. Most of all very rude and commanding language used by them over phone.. this is not acceptable by India's biggest bank... For their information I have an email proof that I submitted kyc docs

    Best Experience. I went to apply Personal loan in the evening and it got done on the same day. The Branch Manager and the team are really very helpful and the interaction and the respect to the customers provided a lasting experience.
