Had a worst experience with cloudnine, wherein the staff doesn't understand the current situation of covid, wherein a child patient who was continuously coughing and sneezing was shifted to newly born ward, which raises an alarm on the process this hospital has during covid times. Though not following the procedure, the staff has audacity to argue with the parents who raised an issue. There was no hygiene in the wards , pest such as cockroaches roaming , ants , beds and blankets provided were of not properly cleaned they stink even now. It's a shame for us to select this hospital for our newly born child, so much for an multi-speciality hospital chain run with no proper management and adamant staff who can only argue.

Good maternity hospital in Jayangar 4th block. Valet parking available (without which it will be a mess as its on the main road and no dedicated space for parking as well). Too crowded on weekends; prior appointment is highly recommended. They provide complimentary juice and coffee if you have appointment sheet which is a nice gesture from the hospital side.

This hospital has become a Money mongering! they will rip of the patients in the name of treatment, in my case I have recently discharged after child birth they have charged 900Rs as PPE kit expenses in the operation theatre but the fact is not even single person is wearing it and its not just the case with me they charge it by default , and they even charge 50% more with inpatient consultation and lab's which is not fair like example Dr consultation fees is 850 for outpatient and 1200 for inpatient. Only reason I went this hospital is because of good Doctor's and management use it as there baits to rip patients. I don't recommend this hospital for the people who genuine value their hard earned money .

This place is not like it used to be. They are money making org now. Even if you take the maternity package well ahead which is marketed by their team, they not allocate you bed when required even if there are rooms. They will give shared room until you deliver a baby. Also now they have started new policy of holding your advance money until your insurance provider pays them, which is almost 2 months. Even after insurance clears all the settlement they will not auto process the advance given by us. We need to follow up with them and fill a form to take the advance money back. And from there they will take 15 working days to process. So your money is stuck for 3-4 months without any interest for the delay caused by them. Now this org is purely money making institutions with no service oriented mindset. People who have gone here will get to know what I’m trying to explain in this review. Also if you’re a patient here then you shall get to know that no outside blood or scan investigations are obliged here, and they will make you repeat the investigation in their labs for double the cost. On the whole management is not that great anymore. 2 star is given only for the few reputed doctors here else I would say skip this hospital.

Cloudnine is an exceptional maternity hospital that sets the standard for cleanliness and care. The spotless environment is matched only by the warmth and friendliness of the staff, who go above and beyond to make every patient feel comfortable and supported. With their premium rooms, the hospital ensures a luxurious and soothing experience for expectant mothers. The presence of highly experienced doctors further adds to the trustworthiness of Cloudnine, making it an ideal choice for those seeking top-tier maternity care. However, it's worth noting that the quality comes at a price, making it a bit costly compared to other options.

It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Not only were we fortunate to have Dr. Aruna Muralidhar to guide us, the effort of the in-house staff demands special mention. Not for a moment did we feel their engagement to be low. Be it any hour of the day, their behaviour and professionalism was right on spot. Thank you for making this journey memorable for us.

Well, i consciously took over 15 days to form my opinion objectively and i didn't want this to be influenced by my emotions. It gave me heartsick that i always have considered this life saving profession to be noble have now become money grubbing corporates driven by profit at any cost. Its my first experience with a situation i needed an emergency care for my wife. Since we all stuck in pandemic and trusting the digital review (how deceiving) i stepped into this place. The suggestions and options were not problem solving neither what is rightfully good for the patient. They are pretty prompt in figuring what is more rather lucrative. i didn't see any heart nor genuine care! Though it was a sad conclusion for me and my wife! this whole experience made us hate! these places. We all want the best for our family and thats the crux of this business but do we get the best? what is best is up to us to figure! My experience, i don't know where to buy care and right with my money.

This is a completely commercial hospital franchise which loots huge money for the same treatment done compared to other hospitals. Had few appointments for my wife with Dr. Padmini Isaac seeing that she has around 40 years of experience. Her consultation is too costly.. 950 per consultation even without a single day follow up. Never seen this anywhere. For this charge, she doesn’t even spend at least 5min talking to the patient. Even the lab tests and diagnostic tests are too costly. Only the food was reasonable and decent. Can’t explain in some cases how commercial these people are..!! This is not to defame them, but a sad reality. They have less service motto and more commercial motto. Was able to get a good consultation and tests done at almost half the price at a nearby specialist hospital. We could’ve gone there initially, but mistaken by the cloudnine brand.

Worst possible experience. They are severely understaffed so you won't get proper care. The nursing staff is neither sensitive nor attentive. The administration is also very poor. Even if you plan things and book in advance , still the room may be denied stating some reasons for unavailability when you reach the premises. They will not even bother informing you in advance. They would put very high maintenance charges which will not be covered in insurance. And you will never see staff wearing the PPE kit which is the major driver for these so call maintenance/miscellaneous charges. This particular cloudnine facility doesn't do justice to the brand name . Strongly recommend to leverage other hospitals whenever possible

I had Worst experience with cloud nine hospital. There will be more hidden charges on the bill. They will not explain all the details and finally they will ask money to pay. Adding unnecessary charges on the bill. Simply making money. There is no care on the patients. After we discharged from the hospital and we went to home. They asked us to come for baby's checkup and they did jaundice test. It has come up little high. So they asked us to admit immediately. With in one day jaundice has been reduced and baby is doing fine. While billing Initially we didn't tell them we have insurance then they said we will discharge in 1 day. we said we have insurance. immediately doctor told us to stay back 2 more days. Jaundice has been reduced it has come up below 10. Baby is doing fine but for only money sake they extended. Pediatrician Nandini Nagar is worst doctor. I will never recommend this hospital. Simply they will do the drama for money sake. They are making lot of money for everything in this hospital.

My daughter was born here 13 years ago. My wife regularly follows up for the yearly vaccine as per schedule. This time due to pandemic the optional vaccine given to prevent Cervical Cancer - we were asked to consult the doctor .... this could have been advised by the nurse or the receptionist .... for a mere 2-minute consultation I had to shell out 1100+ just to hear from the doctor that this is an optional vaccine

Undoubtedly the best maternity hospital in Bangalore. I had the best experience during my delivery. It is top notch in terms of health and concern. The doctors as well as the staff here is extremely experienced and believe in providing minimum medication. Also, the hospital believes in taking utmost care of their patients. They also arrange various workshops and baby showers events for the expecting mothers and their spouses where they explain about pregnancy as a journey and how to take care of a new born. I am thankful that I chose this hospital even though it was far from my place.

The hospital experience was truly remarkable, bringing immense joy to my life at Cloud9, as I became father. However, I need to share a recent incident, today, I visited the hospital for a follow-up with my wife. However, I encountered an unpleasant situation at the gate where the security personnel insisted that I hand over my car to the valet, or else I couldn't park it on the premises, I didn’t wanted to handover to valet because of mishandling. The valet also joined in and stated that patients were not allowed to park on the hospital premises if I don’t give the car to park by valet. I felt harassed and disheartened by this encounter with the team. I escalated the issue to the higher management, hope no one faces the same issue again.

I am deeply disappointed at the lack of empathy towards the customers and utter disrespect by the extremely rude reception staff and totally clueless customer service staff at cloud nine. After paying exorbitant consultation fees, is this what we expect from a hospital like cloud nine? There is no respect to our time and money. If you are looking for a place where the staff would be empathetic to you, please don't go here, because nobody actually empathizes with you at this hospital. They are so ill prepared to handle the rush on Saturdays and make your whole experience frustrating due to their own frustration. Both my babies were delivered here but this extremely unpleasant experience has made disappointed. Off late they are being very rude to the customers and have no respect to our time and money and Everything is centred around packages and money minting. I had booked a video consultation with the doctor, but since the doctor was busy, the consultation didn't happen on time. The reception staff called me 1.5 hours later and said doctor was available, but by then I was driving to pick my kids, so I told them I won't be able to take the call, they disconnected immediately and within some time I received messages that I had consulted the doctor and they had uploaded empty prescription without even informing me(Till date nobody has bothered to inform or apologize to me why prescription was uploaded when I had not even consulted the doctor.)And hence my struggle to schedule the next appointment began because according to them and the app my consultation was already done and I couldn't reschedule or cancel and get a refund. After countless calls to clueless customer care folks and extremely rude receptionists, I finally decided to visit the hospital personally. The guy at the reception spoke so rudely when I tried to check with him why a blank prescription was uploaded. He spoke to us as if we have gone for a free consultation. He doesn't even have a smile on his face. He was not ready to find out the details or even listen to me in the first place. Why do you hire such people who are so frustrated about the work that they are paid for? Don't they get trained on soft skills? And why are the customer care staff so helpless and clueless? Why is Sunday considered for 2 days follow up when the doctor doesn't even consult on Sundays? Are you taking us for granted?

I would rather give a no star if available for 2 reasons . One is the nursing service where I see care was carelessness w.r.t sterilization of 0 day baby feeding bottle where my baby had developed infection and second is the way blood was drawn by technician in emergency room where the baby hand was blue in colour for almost a week. The care given to mother was bad which is still acceptable but a baby where we trust ourself and you all have a anthem of "your in safe hands " for once felt how unsafe my baby and I was in cloudnine. I understand shortage of staff everywhere during covid times even I manage a hospital but certain things should be kept at high priority which we have all know. It looked more like disciplinary issue amongst staff other than shortage issue. I had worked for cloudnine earlier and had such high regards but now I don't think so I will ever recommend anyone there.

Dr Usha BR could have been more approachable as a gynaecologist doctor. I felt there was lack of interest from her and was not very proactive in checking my reports and talking to me about every aspect even if it doesn’t need much attention now and as it was for future planning. The lab personnel don’t informed you the preps before any tests and the hospital app doesn’t work fine. In the end I didn’t have a pleasant experience with such an esteemed hospital.

Today I had the pathetic experience by visiting Cloudnine Jayanagar with Dr Surekha.I visited for vaginal discharge in my early pregnancy week. I waited for 1 hour to 45 one hour for someone to attend me. Around 11 o'clock after waiting from 9 o'clock she came and then during scanning she was blaming me for forcing her to come at 11 o'clock on a holiday. further while doing the scan she was continuously blaming me that due to me her daughter would have lost his mother her mother. during the scan she was continuously using harsh words and making me feel guilty for calling her for my situation. I don't understand why she has been given a doctor degree if she doesn't know what is the difference between professionalism and personal life for a doctor. as a genuine mother I would never recommend any other mother to visit her for any kind of consultation or scan. further I also request not to refer her for anything. also I am very disappointed today by the Cloudnine Jayanagar branch by letting the people to suffer in emergency for 2 hours they don't know what is the meaning of emergency 24 into 7.

All doctor's n facilities are good but nurse n billing staff behaviours are not good, no correct response.always standing in a group and they will be doing discussion. During COVID situation allowing 2-3 members who r known to them and chichatting with them and not allowing husband n wife inside hospital, they saying any one person is allowed inside, for billing n for other things husband need to come from outside. Atleast allow husband n pregnant wife inside instead of allowing known members of your staff

Doctors and nursing staffs are great. They take great effort for mom and baby. But non medical staff like billing ,payments etc are pathetic and managing post delivery scenarios the hospital lacks a lot. New parents had to struggle a lot if they don’t know many process’s On doctors and medical staff would rate 5 star. And non medical staff would rate 0 star. we struggled to get discharge on last day, it took 7 hours just to get the final bill and the handover was also not complete properly , also after 5 days of discharge hospital management had not handed over the discharge summary of mother to us. Was not expecting these misses in these basic things from cloud nine which is expected to be premium. Still struggling to get discharge summary’s Argument from billing team is that , their too many cases so hard to manage

Now a days Cloudnine is commercialized. Earlier it was genuine. Now a days almost every doctor prescribes long list of test so that the Hospital gets revenue. Also Most doctors try to do surgery where it can be avoided so that hospital gets revenue. The rooms are old and not maintained properly but they charge heavy like 8500/per day. They charge heavy PPE cost on patients . Add to that they do not entertain insurance for some doctors saying open bill where the patients has to bear the cost which is very difficult to get reimbursement. They charge exorbitant prices on everything. The Doctors who built the foundation should address the concern.

Worst experience with the billing section. They attract customers or patient with good offer but if you are an corporate insurance holder you.ll be looted with non medical expenses and billing procedure will be changed. They need money from your end at any cost. We got quoted 80k maternity plan and 20k baby expenses but once they got to know that am corporate insurance holder they changed 95k maternity and 5k baby expenses and they asked us to pay 15k extra. We don't expect such things from a reputed hospital in India. Mainly the first floor billing section people are very rude with common answers. Cloud nine staff has lots of communication gap between each department... Even if they sit next to each other. If you ask any questions related to billing and insurance they give rude and ignoring answer that "sorry sir, go speak to them. We can't support you" and "please go to 3rd floor or 1st floor" Please choose better hospital if you want to save your hard earned money. If you still choose the hospital please get the written statement from insurance pole with all medical, pharmacy, ot charges, maternity charges, lab charges, complimentary charges, non medical expense, etc. Even a single section is missed you are trapped. Kindly note - they will not accept credit card payment in final billing even if they quote 1lakh you need to pay through cash or Google pay... We are in digital world but this people still charge service charges on credit card payment. Cloud nine Jayanagar will never ever visit again. Thanks for your worst experience.

This is going to be a detailed account of our experience with CloudNine Jayanagar. It's a decent place for maternity, but only if you are fortunate enough to consult a good doctor here. We were consulting Dr Jyothsna Madan, and it was only because of her we visited Cloudnine Jayanagar even though it was quite far from our place. We were to visit the hospital after 2 days for a repeat Jaundice test. We decided to conclude the hospital recommendation and that was our big mistake. Here is the sequence of events that followed, 1. At 2 PM we reached hospital and our newborn was taken for blood collection. We were told the report would take about an hour and we had an appointment with a paediatrician at 3:30. 2. We were kept waiting until 3:30 and at 3:30 PM we were told verbally that there was some abnormality with the report and they will not be releasing the report. Instead they wanted to repeat the test. When we questioned the lab technician that if a doctor recommended repeat test, he fumbled and told that they have informed the consulting doctor (later we got to know he was flat out lying) 3. I did speak with their Chief Pathologist, and she agreed that there are times when the test results are erroneous (which I understand) and assured us a 2nd test would be necessary. 3. We had to agree for a repeat test. This time they took 15-20 minutes to collect blood sample and we were told that we will get the report within 30 minutes. And we can see another Doctor with the report. 4. This time we were kept waiting for 2 hours and when we were really impatient, at around 5:30 in the evening the lab technician told us that they are still getting erroneous report and an emergency ward doctor will speak to us. 5. At around 6 PM, Dr Srinivas BM came to us. He told that he can't trust the report. They still didn't give us the Cloudnine report, instead he showed us a report from Prima. Dr Srinivas suggested that we admit our child for Phototherapy immediately because he felt Jaundice is at critical level. When I raised a concern that without seeing the actual report how he is suggesting for Phototherapy, he flat out said "It's your call, you decide what you want to do". 6. At 6 PM, after waiting for 4 hours in hospital, we didn't have much choice for a 2nd opinion. Also without a proper report we could not be sure. We had to get him admitted. Dr Srinivas didn't write any diagnosis, only wrote a cheat mentioning "Admit for phototherapy" for their admission process. 7. Doctor told they will give 4 hours Phototherapy starting at 7, and at 11 PM they will do another SBR test. Surprisingly, right after we got admitted, the SBR test report (at 11 PM) came without any error. It was 17 (for an infant of 5-6 days anything less than 18-20 is normal). The duty doctor suggested that we continue the therapy for the night and we had to agree. 8. Next day one more SBR test was done early morning. The result was 14.9. 9. At around 1 PM another duty doctor told us to continue the therapy for another day as 14.9 is borderline dangerous (an outright lie). By this time we have had enough, and I started asking her questions. She was fumbling when answering and finally told that she will check with another doctor and let us know. 10. I kept the pressure on and kept asking why they can't do another test and based on the latest report decide if we can be discharged. 11. Finally the duty doctor came and informed that there is no need to do another SBR test and we will be discharged at 7 PM. This was my learning from the experience, 1. First they don't give you the proper report and make you wait in the name of repeat test. 2. They will force you to consult with the emergency doctor, who will emotionally blackmail you for unnecessary Phototherapy. 3. Beware of Dr Srinivas, he is hand in glove with the Lab in this. 4. The duty doctors are bunch of liars. 5. Most of the sisters are really helpful. Especially Vallli maam who is the lactation consultant. Draw you own conclusions. P.S. The Car decoration that they gave, was blown away within 5 minutes.

Great experience, the staff is always friendly and approachable. The service is always high quality, responsive and quick. The housekeeping staff is always on point, they are quick efficient and keep the room and hospital very clean. Everything is perfectly clean and up to date! The nurses are responsive and proactive and supportive, all are top tier. The floor duty doctor was a little negligent but the consulting doctor, Dr.Poornima is exactly what you expect from this hospital, the best of the best doctor.

Dr Nandini nagar She’s the worst doctor who lacks not only knowledge but even basic compassion ….because of her I could have lost one of my twin( born very healthy ) …despite husband n I being doctors she had such cold attitude when we questioned the credibility of her diagnosis which could have taken my babies life ….I can only imagine her attitude towards laymen people …..as a doctor first thing we learn is to consider the commonest diseases as diagnosis rather than rare cases …coz rare cases will always be rare …but madam had such horrible poor basic knowledge she missed a simple case of sepsis which could have taken my babies life !!! If u wish not to lose ur child which every parents wish for don’t even think of consulting her because her knowledge about the subject is nil to very minimal and her egoistic and cold attitude only adds on ….she doesn’t even deserve a single star and I really pray for every child who gets treated by her !!! Worst doctor I have ever come across in my life despite me being a doctor myself !!! Thanks to our thinking we could save our baby at the right time otherwise I would have lost my sweet healthy child only because of her medical negligence and arrogance!! Last but not the least not to forget the biggest coward dr Kishore Kumar who ran away from us when we wanted to have a quick chat with respect to my babies case !!! Very unprofessional and inexperienced neonatal staff !! God bless the little innocent souls who get treated by such inexperienced doctors !!

I would recommend Dr Brunda. She is exceptionally good. I have delivered twins and had a complicated pregnancy as one of my baby growth was lagging. On the day of delivery till Discharged everything was excellent. On a Sunday Dr Brunda came To see as I was having pain after surgery. Thanks to doc and almighty. Both my babies are doing well.

Experience at the hospital was very good. I would really suggest this hospital for both mother and child. Also the doctor was very caring. I would definitely recommend to consult Dr. Brunda Channappa. Priority given for safer delivery keeping in mind both mother's and baby's health. Normal delivery is always a first priority here. This is very good quality which we hardly find these days.

  • 1/5 Khushboo D. 2 years ago on Google
I delivered last week at Cloudnine jayanagar branch which is supposed to be a specialty hospital for maternity. I am unsure about other branches but my time at the jayanagar branch was just a very sad experience. I got the topmost package that they had to offer but the treatment was no way near to what they market. For starters they put PPE kit charges on our bill when not even one person was wearing a ppe kit. We had to force them to remove the charges. And pertaining to my delivery I was uninformed about the pain relieving options and at what stage I could take it. There was no professionalism maintained inside the delivery room, the staff is busy chatting away while the patient is lying there in contraction pain the least they could do is maintain some silence. I was literally begging them to provide an extra fan for almost half an hour lying on the Delivery room bed, but they were least bothered to attend to the patients concern first. They dint bother to inform us that we need a rtpcr negative report for the attender to accompany inside the delivery room and denied access to my husband to accompany. I had to literally beg the consulting doctor in the peak of my contractions to let my husband in to which she agreed. Overall pls consider twice before entering this hospital. I really wanted my first childs birth to be an amazing experience but it was rather a depressing one.

Very very Bad experience Dr leela bhagwan asked to take blood test which costs 4200rs and she don't even called us to come back with reports. And they don't allow even husband or mother in law with patient how can they inform everything to patient about their health. I think all staff are freshers and hospital is only *Money making* if you don't want to waste your money please don't go to cloudnine hospital

My wife delivered here few days back and the overall experience was so smooth. It has a very well mannered staff and good coordination with patients. The process from admission to discharge was pretty smooth. the facilities were more than adequate and staff was helpful. The doctor and staff helped us to make it a normal delivery but did C-Section because the kid passed the motion inside the womb. They verified it by the membrane rupture method to see if the baby passed the motion. Their call was really good and quickly took my wife's case in an emergency. Post-delivery preparation and guidance were given by the Doctor and staff. The nursing staff helped us a lot in feeding external milk sources since she was on bed rest because of C-section. I am amused to see such combination of best Doctor's under one roof of Cloud9.They are sympathetic, helpful and they have humanity. It is very hard to find nowadays. I am thankful to Cloud9 Jayanagar family whatever you have given to me it's more than enough. Strongly recommend this hospital to everyone. Some ups and downs will be there because this is not our house to control and expect things to happen all in our way. Be patient and go through the journey of parenting and everything else will go well. Thanks to the higher authority for Maintaining such management.

Services were excellent, but this time during scan husband was not allowed inside. Apparently it's a new rule by PCPNDT that only patients will be allowed inside. Nowhere on PCPNDT website it's mentioned about this new rule. This makes the whole scan experience absolutely unpleasant and disappointing for the couple specially for couples who have conceived the first time. This is absolutely not fair.
