Dr. Poojitha is the worst doctor I have ever seen. She is not bothered about patients problem, she just starts writing lots of ointments as soon as she see us just like experienced doctors which I don’t think so. She even didn’t look in to our previously given prescription and was not caring at all. They are just behind money nothing else. Better go to some government hospital rather than this

Dr. Kusuma M R is a great and wonderful doctor ! She is very friendly understanding doctor & sweet polite and caring and listens to your concerns. It’s been more than one and half year I’m visiting cutis, they have completely ruined my skin. In the beginning I had very little acne but now it all looks scary. Also they don’t have time for their patients there will be two of them the person I took appointments with will have another one to assist who do major part of work, the senior doctors I took appointment with give no time but run from one room to another. They charge 700 and won’t spend 5 minutes explaining you and give you details about the condition. I got acne n scars all over my face which I didn’t have in the beginning. It’s all commercial there they give expensive medicines and it’s okay if it cures but the medicines they give is useless because I have used it for almost 20 months now, if you complain all they say is go for that treatment and this treatment which they cost so much. Highly disappointed and such waste of time and money. I don’t suggest this to anyone I lost huge some of money n I don’t want anyone else do experience the same.

kindly do not visit this place and waste your money. They might make your skin worse. At least in my case that's what happened. I visited here for treating my birthmark now it's 3 shades darker than before. I mentioned that I see it got darker jus after my first session of laser but they did nothing and said it's not possible. after 4 sessions again when I mentioned the same they said it's expected to get darker. If that was the case then why did they not inform me at first or at least when I mentioned about it getting darker after first session. Doctors might be good but you won't be dealing with them directly so, better go for place where doctors actually treat you and give consultation. Definitely not here. PS: I did take good care after treatment. never went out in the morning in sun for 1 week minimum and used sunscreen indoors as well. Did reapply sunscreen if I was out in sun and used physical sun protection like hat, umbrella and mask.

I have been visiting cutis since 2 years. Dr Kusuma is very good doctor, she listens our concerns and guides you the best solution. It's a very good hospital for Acne treatment and also best for Lasers. Staff and doctors are cooperative to the patients and also guide to the best way for the treatment. I would love to refer this hospital for skin, laser and hair treatment.

The hospital is very patient friendly. They suggest real interventions that help and not too expensive on the pocket. Unlike others that suggest expensive treatments. Dr Madhura and her team are incredible for all things hair. They’re very patient and kind and explain things in incredible detail. The staff in general is amazing. We saw excellent results following the regimen.

The doctors, and treatment is good. But every single time even with prior appointment booked you’ve to wait for more than an hour to see the doctor. I have been here multiple times and it’s the same scene EVERY SINGLE TIME. If CUTIS can’t honour a prior appointment, they should not take any to begin with. The management doesn’t take responsibility at all. Being a private entity at least CUTIS can improve this.

I have visited for my vitiligo problem which i was suffering from many years. Initially Dr Chaitra Shenoy mam have given guidance for the treatment and The treatment happened in 2 stages and Dr Shruthi mam and Dr Madhura mam did the surgery on white patches and the outcome is outstanding and I’m very much satisfied with the outcome of my white patches. They have treated with all precaution’s and the support staff were also helpful in my visits. The overall cost was also affordable for the treatment received. Thank you cutis.

Never go here for acne problems. He keeps changing the ointments (each one costs min 700INR) for every visit. and even after 1 year of continuous treatment, acne problem was not reduced and that is the reason he did not give the maintenance cream as well. I got hyperpigmentation post my vas Q laser session which I got it 9 months ago and my hyperpigmentation still didn’t recover I never had hyperpigmentation my skin had literally burnt post laser and never recovered it’s disheartening when you spend so-much money on your skin and you get bad results it’s bad please be mindful when comes to lasers once it’s spoilt its never gonna be same

Today I visited welknown dermatology Institute in Vijaynagar Bangalore, Cuti Academy where I am happy to see the patient social distance arrangements with full safty in this covis-19 period. I find that patient safety was in priority in Cutis Academy. It's much encouraging and congratulate the cutis staff for such wel management.

Had worst experience ever... I don’t understand one thing that why they have colour categories for waiting patients?...Green is for first visiting appointments, Red is for clarifications after few days of visiting (This category patients no need to pay if they come back for clarification within 15 days of last visit i.e any allergy or other problems due to given medicine usage at last visit), Yellow is for follow up... basically Green and yellow ones are paid... First visiting people(Green) are treated with high importance, Followup patients(Yellow) are treated normal but red category patients who came for clarification don’t get importance at all... though Red category patients have appointments that’s never considered and make them to wait for longer time by considering others who came for first visit or follow up ... this clinic is just for making money...

Very bad behaviour from the staff, they charge so much but it doesn't make any difference, they do not respond to any emergency calls they keep ignoring the matter. I have had the worst experience here . I went on March 12th for a minor allergy on my forehead to which Dr. Abhishek suggested a bunch of tablets, ointment, face cream and even some scalp lotion ,which was unnecessary at that time . It so happened that after I took those medicines my body reacted very badly to the drug and I had developed severe drug allergy . I got rashes all over my body including my face ,it was very painful and itchy. I got admitted in Columbia asia and had to take a few injections and fluids. Without even asking if iam allergic to any medicine they prescribed the medicine and dint even suggest for any patch test . Even later when I asked the doctor why am I getting these rashes the doctor never told its drug allergy , he kept saying it can be due to anything .. so I continued to use the hair lotion and again the allergy became more and later a physician near by Dr.Dinesh told me that I had developed allergy for the medication prescribed and told me to stop all the medicines . So the money I spent in the pharmacy to purchase all of these was a lot . And everything was a waste . It's been 4 days and iam still not completely out of that drug allergy. Would never suggest anyone to go here . This was just such a waste of money and time .

I visited Cutis for pigmentation caused by a TCA chemical peel I had at another hospital. After my consultation, dr Apoorva recommended me for some medication and she was really good listener and in was happy for it later she suggested a pico carbon peel. I agreed and paid Rs 750 for the consultation and Rs 5310 for the pico carbon peel, which I later found out was essentially a basic Hollywood peel. I felt misled as they didn't clarify this. Additionally, I encountered a male doctor on the 4th floor who was very rude and disrespectful. He didn't answer my questions calmly, leaving me feeling unsatisfied and disappointed with the overall experience."

I got a mole removed via surgery in Cutis. Dr.Madura and the entire team were polite and helpful. Dr.Chethan R.H. in particular answered all my questions and ensured a painless procedure. I was told about the different methods available and why this specific method would be better for me. Appointment times were respected. Never had to wait too long. Post care is quite good too.

Everything is perfect except front desk, they won't pick the call or they won't revert back calling, if at all they receive they keep chatting with fellow colleagues and on top of that they give lame reasons telling they were on other call. My 1st check up bill was 4300 including medicine and 2 nd visit was more than 5k, so thought I shud stop Bec they advised me to go for chemical peel off tht was 35k, something is not right thr.

I told them i want the Abscess to be removed in a soft and gentle way. Then they did minor surgical procedure after explaining everything. They took almost half an hour to do that cause whenever i got pain i told them to stop. Those people have lot of patience they also provided ice cubes which the nurse used to rub on my feet while the doctor operating. Overall i made it half an hour which usually took just 5 minutes for surgery. I spent 750 consulting fee, 1500 for surgery, 600 for testing and 800 for powerful medicines. Totally 4650rs but I'll say it's totally worth. Instead of getting killed by pain in local clinics(they do charge around 2.5 to 3k bucks) just visit here.

Staff is friendly, Doctors know their job well. We visited Dr. Nisha Prakash, she guide patients to tackle specific issues and work on them closely to remediate them first before proceeding to other areas.
