Health checkup - The doctor doing ultra sound is so awesome. He finished scanning in 10seconds and declared everything is fine. And he ran out of the room before I could even ask anything. Doctor visit- No value for appointment timing. But thats ok if they are maintaining first come first. If your booking app promising any commitment in wait timming that is not applicable in this clinic

Staff’s behaviour was not that appropriate. Even now a days, they don’t have experienced physician. Person sitting on reception doesn’t know meaning for different type of scans… and their pre criteria…. They called us at 8.45 am for scan and their doctor and other members shown up after 9.30 in clinic… pure example of unprofessional treatment…. Better to check in some other clinic instead of this

This is a money guzzling clinic, There is no coordination between the doctors time and lab timing plz do not go here if you have an emergency. They will make you wait a min 45 min to just look at you, and the doctor are never on time, we pay a premium at this private clinic to get on time medicine assistance, but they make you wait like govt hospital. I had to wait 1.5 hr to see the doctor and almost 2 hrs to get a scanning performed, I'm angry that I paid more than 14k for a consultation with blood report and scanning. I will not recommend this Apollo clinic.

-No parking, I came early in the morning and my car got stuck with 10 bikes blocking my exit. -No process at all, randomly people are going without any line. -Doctors do not show up in time -I regret choosing this clinic for health checkup. -one of the worst I have seen from a process standpoint -looks like a warehouse ( see pic) and not a clinic -the Kiosk machine does not work. Laying around a piece of junk. -Hoardings ( ex: Apollo Mitr etc ) are lying around , Big empty water bottles are lying around . -Toilet is dirty ( where you have to collect urine sample ) -looks like a fish market out here -Able to write a long review as my car is stuck in the parking and unfortunately I have to wait until all the 10 bike and another car goes .. what a pathetic situation

Updated review a year later: The place has only gotten worse per my experience. Fasting blood test started at 9 am, after around an hour's wait. And two people got ahead of me out of turn, just because they were loud enough. The nurse had no answer to how she could let it happen. Staff including one of the receptionists, and the overall amenities give the place a feel of a government hospital. The final blow is the doctor visit: he'll give you non medical suggestions and even ask you to take meds without even a blood report to diagnose. My honest suggestion is: at least those on a corporate medical plan best avoid this center. **** I had gone for a general health check up for myself and later for dependants. While most services existed, I found the level of coordination and facilities lacking. Firstly there are no parking facilities which is a huge turn off on Sarjapura road where cops are always waiting to clamp your car wheels until you pay a fine if you do curb side parking. Then you can't do an eye check-up in this clinic. You have to go to a spectacles shop at the opposite end of the street and they do a shoddy job at it moreover. Washrooms while hygienic are average and limited (for sample collection). There is a lot of goof up and crowding around blood checkup. Eventually some of the help staff come over. Sample analysis happens elsewhere so your results will come late. Their software also has issues in how the report gets published. Most doctors for example the dentist seem to prescribe more than what's needed. There was a good Dr Raveendran who would go conservative, but he too has left The Physio Dr Aseel is excellent. So while the center has good doctors their facilities need a big upgrade! I would recommend Manipal or Sakra if these are in your insurance network instead.

Excellent Doctors and treatment. However, the phone numbers given for the clinic are not working. Connecting to call centre IVR is pathetic. It is useful only for booking an appointment. There is no way to connect to required clinic directly. The call centre personnel have no idea about Doctors availability, lab facility etc for specific clinics. We sometimes need prior information before we can book an appointment. I asked for clinic's number in my last visit, but was not provided. Will not be able to visit Apollo ever again if this is the case

This is the trusted clinic which is very near to our apt. This is one stop for all health issues. The doctors are good and the system for attending patient is very nice. There is vaccination drive on and the clinic has maintained all the measures for safe vaccination. The process is smooth and hurdle free. Not too many people at one time and slots are managed very effectively. The staff is very helpful and clinic cleanliness is very well maintained.receptionist shrusti treating good with us. NEVER COME HERE EVER!!! Terrible experience at the registration counter, we came at 8 am with a prior appointment for a corporate health check package and had to wait in the queue at the registration desk for 1.5 hours. They need to have a token system or pre-registration to make the process seamless or till such time make the customer sit instead of making everyone stand for 2 hours, It is difficult to stand when we go there in fasting condition and not getting attended as per the appointment time. We will never choose or recommend this place. Only place where ultrasound and Echo are done in under 30 seconds, it's a HUGE SCAM. Additionally medical equipment used is also suspicious if really it's been sterilised. You run into risk of contracting infectuons. Hygiene is questionable. Management is only concerned about making money instead of taking care of improving the process.

Went for corporate sponsored full check up. And my experience was really bad. Staff does not care about helping customers with where to go, what to do, etc. Everytime I had to go the reception to ask, and the whole process took 5-6 hrs. Staff does not care about communicating once the reports are ready. When I called for booking an appointment for consultation, they were very rude and just told come at 12:30pm on Monday, without even checking any schedules/ calendar!

Very successful enterprise, very profitable, it has to be. If you visit with your wife who is having a cough/cold/fever. Vitamin panel tests will be forced, indiscriminately, and the doctors even ask the accompanying person, which was me in this case, healthy with no complaints to get these tests done. The doctor does not seem convinced that I already had these tests done as an annual checkup, therefore started questioning about the date when it was done, he started asking me values for these tests. BTW my wife's annual test was overdue, so we complied. BTW do visit here and get all the random tests done, do not forget to get your friends and family members as well. Maybe they are running some combo offer.

Ultrasound doctor sheshadri was unprofessional. He set a limit of only 5 ultrasound he could do and left. Nurse assisting him was equally u professional. I kept calling get to ask when my turn will come. She shut the door and walked off. Later said that doctor took a call that I’m female and my bladder will not be full for test. Receptionist was not ready to give escalation contact. After talking to manger I’m informed that doctor has lung problem, chest infection. That’s why he left early treating only male patients. No one in X-ray department. Waste of time and money in this place.

Customer care is too worst.. They dont pickup and respond properly.. People go to hospital due to urgency.. In such cases if they can't respond what is the point of having these facilities.. They should improve a lot.. Advertising is not the solution.. Make your system proper...

Recently got health check up. I feel package is Costly and we can get same even in good and better Hospitals. As part of package they say Dental, ENT, Dietitian but no one will be available. Even they will not mention and when we ask them, they will ask us to go to other Apollo clinic. ENT was bad experience. Even he will not give time to sit. Just see ear and say that it as part of package. ENT is Ear Nose Throat. If just Ear better remove from package. Very difficult to hear general Physician Dr Jagadeesh. Very low voice. No lady doctor for Ultrasound scanning. It will be embrasing for women. Sometimes I feel, if we say part of Master Health check up, doctors feel as if they are doing free service even though we pay lot of money. No proper communication. After each test we need to follow for next test. Only good part is with the person (Joseph) who comes to collect blood samples and Cardiac doctor Dibyendu sir for detailed explanation.

Covid-19 vaccination center. Very easy process. Enough seating arrangement. Vaccination room was spacious and well lit.

I visited Apollo for General Physician Dr Shilpa Singhi. They maintained timings and Dr was also very nice. Was trying to Understand the root cause of the disease . Not in a Hurry to just prescribe medicine.

Had gone today to get my booster shot. Very easy registration process at the Reception. A spl. thanks to the nurse - Ms. Rekha. Through her soothing voice and actions, she put me at peace. She showed me the Covishield bottle to ensure that I knew which vaccine I was taking. She also showed the expiry date....so that I didn't hv any apprehensions about the vaccine that was being injected. It was all over in a minute. The dose wasn't too costly. Very customer-focussed , polite & friendly staff. Everything is hassle free and quick. Definitely worth visiting for one's medical requirements. 👌👍

Very good clinic. The doctors are good, they don't write unnecessary tests or medicines. I saw Dr. Ravindra M for my liver issue and he was very helpful. This clinic is right on the Sarjapur main road and the package worth Rs 699 gives 4 free consultations in 3 months. So it is affordable and very approachable.

Worst service. Don't opt this clinic for health checkup. Echo doctor will not be available many times. He will be on and off. Physio will take her own sweet time. Need to wait infront of the door. No system in place to collect the case sheet. They don't have their own eye consultant. They plugged the services with Idrisri. There also we need stand in que. Dermatologist require reports. God knows when they will release report. X Ray machine was not working. Totally They kill all your time. God sake don't opt this clinic.No parking place. NO SYSTEM IN PLACE. TOTALLY WORST SERVICE.

I would give them a zero if it was possible. They take appointment and then when you go at the mentioned time the doctor isn't available or even if the doctor is available they will deny doing any kind of test for you without a reason. It's better to know the doctor and see if they sit somewhere else and go there. These people also charge very high fee for very simple tests

Dr. Meghana did a fabulous and best treatment that included manual therapy, eletrotherapy and strengthening program for my lower back pain, l earlier was not able to stand straight but in just 10 sessions of Physiotherapy and now I am able to play football and go for a Trek

Highly disappointed my the management. I had an appointment with the orthopaedic on Sunday. Doctor suggested some tests, which costed 4000rs. They told me my reports would arrive by Monday night, but there is no mail or message from their side. I have been calling since morning on the number that is mentioned in Google, nobody is picking up the call. There are three numbers mentioned in the prescription, all of them are invalid. I called Apollo clinic helpline twice, both the time my call was disconnected when I raised the issue. Even after booking the appointment through app or website, you have to wait in a long queue in the clinic to get the registration done. There is only lady that does registration. It's a time taking process. Very bad management.

Dr Meghana has been very helpful from the beginning. The diagnosis has been on point and has helped me recover completely from my Neck and upper back pain. I took 12 days sessions of Physiotherapy which included manual therapy, muscle stretching and strengthening, Electrotherapy and Pain management.

I keep visiting Apollo clinic as it one of the best medical care facilities in the vicinity, before Corona times and even during corona pandemic i have visited and always found this place very calm and composed. Recently i visited for a dental checkup since i was having severe pain in lower jaw. Special thanks to Dr. Manasi, as she is very caring and helpful. She has done all that takes to give right treatment and made sure that I return with smile without any pain. Support staff is also very co-operative and decent. Keep it up.

Covid 19 vaccine process very poorly organised. Waited over 45 minutes with crowds increasing and no vaccination being done for covishield. The registration and payment process was quick...but after that there was nothing happening. Assigned time slots not adhered to at all.

A very unorganised clinic, staff is too busy without making any progress in reducing wait time or the coordinations among themselves. There is serious hygiene issue in the clinic. Floors are very dirty, there are fresh stain marks on the chair. Looks like cleaning is not happening.

Pathetic service. The guy sitting at the reception is very rude, arrogant and doesn’t know anything about the hospital. Doctors and staff all are money minded. I went to get my report’s checked which a doctor(Amrutha- general physician) had told me to get it in first place and later doctor refused to check my reports saying you will have to pay the consultation fees again. I don’t see any integrity in the doctors. She fought with me for like more than 10 mins and then she is pointing I don’t have time to see reports for like 2 mins and that she is busy, what an irony !! Don’t recommend ever to go to this hospital for any kind of checkup It’s a scam !!

NEVER EVER go for a health check up in this clinic. When I went to collect my ultrasound report, they simply told me that the staff has forgotten to save your images and the report cant be printed. Hence, the staff is saying sorry and requested me to come again to the clinic to get my ultrasound done. They are running a big circus and completely unprofessional and useless staff. I will never visit this clinic again for any consultation or check up.

HERE IS THE BAD PART. The Price charge by apollo clinic is nearly double for every single cost when i am compared to other path lab near by and with Dr. Lal as well. For example the LFT charges at Lal is 850 where as apollo charged me close to 1600Rs. This difference is there all test i have done including CBC,Lipid and uril test also. This is really not good business model and taking more money just for brand. I will recommand others to choose other lab agencies for any investigation. NEVER EVER DO LAB TEST HERE.

Not a great experience, they don’t honour the appointments taken on apollo application. Even after taking an appointment, we had to wait for 90 mins before getting to consult the doctor. Overall I’d suggest avoiding this & rather going to Manipal or any other local hospital/clinic

Don’t come for health check up here it took more than hour to register with 3 people infront of me at 8 am week days. After registering which took 1 hr 15 mins, came to know that ultrasound doctor comes at 12pm and waiting more 3 hrs I got to know doctor leaves by 1 pm finally left the tests after waiting for 4hrs and cooperate should not tie up with Apollo clinic it wastes lots of time and I am not sure the authenticity of the test as well. Also dental checkup sister said not possible today, not sure are they running a charity hospital. I would highly recommend corporate customer to ask their company to remove them from list. I did the same for my company and they are discussing to remove from list

I have been visiting here regularly for my dental checkups, usually i go for scaling and overall oral hygiene suggestions every three to six months. Dr. Manasi is very supportive and helpful. She listens to the patients very carefully.

Horrible experience. First there is no parking as it is located above Pai Electronics shop it becomes very difficult to find a parking spot. I visited the hospital a few weeks back and it became a lot more of hell for me and my wife to enter itself as an ola cab driver parked the cab exactly in front of the entry gate (anyways no exit gate is there, one gate only for entry and exit). Cab driver parked there to drop some folks in the next building but to surprise i was standing besides his car and waited for a few moments so that he'll move the cab in next few mins but he didn't moved it. Later when i honked to be able to park and meet the doctor on time, the cab driver came out along with one more elderly person and started yelling and abusing me in front of my wife. It was really very embarrassing. Wait more is to come, when i condemned this behavior of theirs it came back with more fire. I and my wife were standing alone and around 20 people from road and Pai shop were just watching them abuse us and harass on a busy road. We tried to leave after the argument but while we were to step to the first floor the elderly person came behind us and tried to beat me, to my surprise a North Indian guy came in and tried to calm the things. But what really disturbed me is that even after seeing that they both were doing wrong abusing us 'people around us just watched it happen'. Strongly oppose this hospital and its authorities as even after mentioning to the hospital authorities nothing helped or improved. It is still the same chaos out there. There is no security guard from the hospital looking after all this mess. Even medical service in the hospital are not very up to the mark. Suggestion - do not visit this hospital. Medical services are not that excellent and you might end up in unnecessary quarrel and if you do no know Kannada then be careful you might hear a few silly things like go back to from where you came and this is Karnataka and all the silly things. Just remember that we are in India, move forward and look for a nice hospital.

Apollo Clinic Sarjapura overcharging patients with 100 INR in the name of Admin Charges. When asked the billing person said this is due to Covid situation. Apollo due to think it's a valid justification, what ala reason to rip off your patients. This is a question on your integrity, shame on you.

Had a very bad experience with Apollo Clinic Sarjapur road..the blood test which we did there costs more than 2x the price which is listed on their app (that too with sample collection at home) and when we asked about that how the price can be so different because it is same Apollo Clinic , they don't have proper answer for that. So if you are planning to do any test, please check their app first because you can do it by saving half the price. They work to complete their target of sales and ultimately customer is the scapegoat in that process. They don't have good intention to serve the customer and only knows how to cheat people to make their livelihood. Jan hit mein jaari.

Worse ever service. Have to wait very long for everything. 1. Fasting for 12 hours and had to wait for 30 minutes standing on the line just to get registered. Could have just given a number or token and ask customers to sit and wait. 2. There is no token number for people to do Ultrasound or TMT. You have to shout at them to get yours done. If not they just ignore you. This is not my 1st time experience here. Came back again to give them a benefit of doubt but decided not to come here again. I was so close of stepping out without completing my test.

They have goofed up in sending samples given for testing and delayed reports, just because their billing systems won't work. I received an sms and cooperated when she did not give the bill. They can't respond responsibily, they realise this only when I called them asking for report after 24 hrs. Very upset. The money, time n effort lost.

We have been doing all our tests from this centre, where Mr. Joel always comes to our home to collect samples. On this specific instance, when we had to get a test report in 12 hours, he himself stayed awake till mid-night to ensure we got the report on time, even with a huge rush. Appreciate it very much!!

Pathetic service and staff. I can't explain to what extent they show unprofessionalism. Lot of miscommunication. Hard to believe but it happened, me and wife approached for tests and suffering from severe headache and they doing cleaning at around 11 am which is purely patient walkin time. Best ENT doctor. Explained the issue without hurry and prescribed meds accordingly. Went for a followup too. We are confident of his methods and treatment. Would highly recommend this doctor for ENT related issues. Dermatologist visit also went smoothly here. Staff are nice and manage the weekend crowd/patients effectively.

Very unprofessional behaviour from the staff. They overcharged me for an emergency situation and when asked for the details they simply denied for the break up. Only said we have provided services what was told by the doctor. They are very arrogant and unprofessional. Would not suggest anyone to visit this clinic. Also they do not have any parking facility and if we park our car in front of their clinic the traffic cops will either toe your vehicle or clamp it and charge ₹1000.00 for parking on "No parking" area. Please go to some other clinics or hospitals.

Went for a full body checkup for my wife with my 4 month old kid. I informed the clinic and they ask to come at 8 AM sharp. On coming, I found that their Doctors coming time is 11:45 AM. So you have to wait 4 hrs for their doctors/technicians to do the test. And when I raised this, the Reception lady became very rude telling here it is like that only. I will totally avoid such clinic in future.

Visited today for regular checkup. The service of the reception is truly amazing and special thanks to Shtusti, the customer care executive. She is so kind and arranged all the things in a nice manner. Though we visted this place by mistake instead of going marthahalli apollo center, she understood and coordinated with those people. Visited the clinic for multiple reasons and everytime the staff has been very polite and helpful. Today for annual Health check I visited and today was very special treatment from them so specially Receptionist shrusti, phelobo Manjula, nursing praveen and radiologist roja thanks Doctors I consulted were understanding and great at their work. Fees budget friendly. Would definitely recommend 👍

Very bad experience. The lady at the reception is very rude and didn't even attend us properly. We had booked an online appointment and had the acknowledgment as well for the slot booked. She refused that she had the booking, while the online support (number provided on Apollo official site) did confirm that we had the booking. Not sure how these large hospitals are run without even proper coordination between the booking centre and the hospital. Instead of trying to resolve the mismatch, the lady at reception decided to look in the other direction, and refused to even speak with my wife. Everyone visits the hospital for a need, and don't want to waste either their own or others time.. these so called compassionate hospitals fail to show even a singe iota of compassion and seem to be just busy, neglectful and rude to people. Never gonna visit or recommend Apollo clinic again..

I recently went to this hospital for a health checkup and had a great experience! The staff was super polite and nice, which made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I would definitely recommend going on a weekday if you can, as it seemed less crowded and more efficient.

Totally not worth it. They skipped some items from the list . The Consultant General physician doesn't even read all reports or even not clearly speak. What everyone is trying to do there is to sell you their other services. Eg dentist . I had to run around to get all the reports. All they are enthusiastic about is swiping your card

I received an oil based injection, and I asked the nurse to administer the injection slowly, as oil injections cause moderate pain. However, instead of administering the injection slowly, she exchanged the provided needle for a smaller needle, as she believed the size of the needle was to blame for the pain, but this is not the case. I have now spoken to a doctor and been advised that the needles provided with medical equipment should not be exchanged for smaller or bigger needles. The size of the needles which are given along with injections have been given for medical reasons. Exchanging needles means that the injection may localise to the incorrect place, and in my case, this has caused immense pain. I will not come back, as the nurses are not equipped to do this work. I have had this injection 5 times previously and it has never hurt even 1/10th of this amount. 7 hours have passed and I am still in immense pain. Company needs to check its protocols and ensure that the nurses receive proper training. This clinic seems to be good for simple blood test services. For anything else, I will be strongly discouraging friends and family from using Apollo Clinics in future.

Poor dental treatment. I spent around 55k for my molar tooth treatment and crowning in November 2022. But still food gets stuck in that tooth and it needs to be cleaned immediately. It’s a totally waste of time and money. The filling in other teeth also started coming out within two weeks and by June all filling came out. Each filling costs Rs2000/-. Request the management to keep more experienced dentists. If your brand is premium and wants to maintain brand value pls don’t keep less experienced dentists.

Taking appointment is of no use. Travelled 180+ km to reach this place on time, only to be told that the appointment was not registered in their system and doctor isn’t available for today. They don’t even bother to update the patients in advance if the doctor doesn’t show up that day. No parking available either.

Went here for a comprehensive health check up in Oct 2023 as part of corporate annual health check up. What was good: Dental services and staff doing TMT and XRay. They also have a Niramai thermal scan machine for screening breast cancer. What I didn't like: 1. There is no coordination between staff and doctors. 2. They were not sticking to the queue and order of patients. The radiologist and his team wanted all male patients for ultrasound to be prioritised as they don't need a full bladder. All female patients were made to wait in full bladder which was uncomfortable. 3. The ultrasound was done in 30 seconds. Not sure on how authentic the reports will be. Overall: Better to skip this centre as you may find other options with value for money.

Don’t visit the clinic, doc go off when ever they want. Even after taking appoint and confirming . After I visit they are like doc gone . This is the second time happing , even radiologists don’t maintain proper timing . They come at 9 and leave by 9.20 for other hospitals

I had a great experience doing my medical check up, all the process where very smooth. Special Mention to Suma for her excellent behaviour and helpfulness she ensured that I was comfortable and everything was smooth.

Came here for health checkup, USG doctor doesn't have patience to wait even for 2 minute. No parking space for 4 wheeler and also long queue for registration which is not efficient

Worst clinic ever. They have charged me ₹800 for a general physician consultation and for CBC and dengue test they took ₹4545. They are just wasting people’s money. ₹800 is extremely costly for a normal general physician. They are thugging people. Don’t go there. I do not recommend at all. My Health did not even get better. I had to go for my checkup to some other hospital.

The Doctors are not at all experienced. I had fever 1 month back and they asked me to do different tests which costs arround 12k. Just 19 days before that fever day I had done my full body checkup and still they asked me to do those tests. They are trying to fetch as much as money from you by showing different reasons.

This appolo clinic is not able to give basic file to put our medical reports , since 4 months they are not getting vendors to get the files . I have informed this issue to sharmila and she promised that she take this to management level and do the needful. And receptionist at the desk should give specific information for our question . She was not clear when we asked when we get all the reports . And have calm and smiley face when your communicating with patients

Pathetic unclean washrooms. No hand wash no tissues not cleaned. Some health checks denied even though part of corporate package , post raising a complaint n after 3 visits checks concluded . No mammogram machine available they did the same via ultrasound machine. Overall not a great experience. Considering Apollo brand this is disappointing
