Small but very beautiful and well maintained lake. With a good walking track, and a canopy of trees, it serves as a great spot for morning and evening walks. There is a children's play area, outdoor gym and a small amphitheatre as well. Water quality looks pretty good. Little Grebes, Purple Heron, Egrets and pond Herons etc can be spotted in the lake.

It's a place I love to be... Serene, quiet and beautiful. Akshay nagar Lake is one of very few fresh water Lake in bangalore . Lake is close to 6 acres with lots of different varieties of trees. There are two entrances to the lake one from kalabhavan and other from subramanya mutt. Most of the sewage entering into the lake is stopped and Lake maintained well - Thanks to volunteers and Residents of Akshay Nagar are very active here and have taken care of lake well. There is a small kids play area and some benches for people sit. There is an Open Air Theatre as well. This lake is becoming hot spot and lot of people throng here for morning and evening walks. Strictly no littering at this place...

The park is very good it, it's very calm and beautiful. It's very well maintained, there are ample amount work is remaining which will lead its to beautiful place. There are places for children to play and enjoy and also for elders to do exercise

Very good walking path. I see the fallen leaves and sticks were cleaned up implying there is a cleaning system in place. BBMP please keep it up.

Oh whatta place in the city! When I read abt this lake my heart went out to the residents nearby who worked at building the sewage system and establishing this lake❤️ we spotted exotic birds and there's an island in the midst of the lake where the birds rest and thrive! Place around the lake has a walking track, play area for kids and gym as well!

Very Beautiful Place

One of the most well maintained lake in the area or in Bangalore with proper park and walking trails. There is lots and lots of greenery around the lake it is absolutely beautiful lake with all the investment done on the lake rejuvenation.

Although clear instructions are displayed at 3 points in English, Kannada and symbols - not to bring pets and bicycles inside, learned people still continue to violate. Adults with pet dogs and encouraging their child to ride bicycle on walking track has become common.

Lake in the natural essence, well maintained with the community participation in upkeep. Good place for walking and bird watching.

Good development from government to fix the boundaries and developing the lakes.. There is park, walking tracks...children play area, amphitheater, etc, Need regular maintenance...

It is clean and the park walking path is good too but the road l ading to it is in horrible condition.

If u can find heaven amidst hectic B'luru croud then this is the place. On the bank of small lake in between cool trees a walk & house next road isn't heaven?? But unfortunately BBMP has not made any developments

Many people visit this place for morning and evening walk. Poorly maintained. If rain, half of walking path won't be usable and slippery. Pets but allowed, however, you can see street ? roaming around.

Peaceful beautiful and blessed we have a place like this still in the city midsty growing concrete jungle. This place is not for people who expect we'll mowed lawns. It's real rustic and pure nature
