It’s been a great experience at Takishq Yelahanka. We have been assisted by Reji and Roopa and they both are so nice and awesome. They have explained the jewels very nicely and got us good discounts. We visited for our anniversary purchase and to our surprise they did a cake cutting as well which is so nice of their gesture. Tanishq will be our go to store for our jewelry purchases in future.

Tanishq has always been my go-to place. It's the gold I trust and the staff welcome us with a delightful smile. Love the collections and as a South Indian Tamil I prefer the chettinad style but with tanishq amazing designers I started loving their North Indian style wedding jewellery too. Kudos to Mr.Raghu the karigar for resizing my wedding band which needed 5 sizes higher, it was a critical technique and had to be careful to avoid breaks and cuts. Luckily my ring was thick and it was resized smoothly. I have to thanks Ms.Nagarani too for her courteous care whilst my time today.

Very worst! I bought mangalsutra I asked so many times I want to wear regularly, that person said it’s regular wear and heavy but within 3 months it’s cut, really very upset with Tanishq. In future I’ll never ever buy anything from there’d

It's well stocked Gold and Jewellery Showroom, backed by the most trusted Tata Brand infusing confidence in the customers. Although certain Jewellery charges like making, wastage etc are a little extra than the other Showrooms, but the blind trust of the Tata Brand makes that worth bearing. Over all it's a fine Showroom in the comfort of Galleria Mall adding the value and comfort of Shopping.

The Tanishq shop in Yelahanka is our go to place for any kind of stones. Rajeshwari, in particular is extremely polite, helpful and the whole staff is wonderful. The team made my mother’s birthday even better by doing a small celebration in the store.

Been a regular at Tanishq. However it was our first time at the Yelahanka outlet and it was by far one of my best jewellery shopping experience! They had a wonderful array of designs to choose from. Ajaz, the retail sales executive who attended to us was very attentive and patient - both in helping us with the selection and with the purchase formalities that followed. Tanishq, and by extension Tata’s standards of design and customer service continue to be superlative - unmatched.

Was our first visit to this outlet . Warm atmosphere and the staff and store manager are extremely courteous and patient . The store has basement parking probably for one or two cars , but comfortable for two wheelers . The billing was very smooth , they accept gift vouchers , you can also redeem your Tataneu points to pay ! We will visit again an sure !

Customers are judged here based on dress. The staff literally chased us out of the showroom. We asked for kerala design mangalsutra to the staff present near entrance. The answer was no. We asked for other design and staff hesitatingly took us to a counter and shows us one single dollar design and said this is the only one We have. The lady was not even bothered to show us any other design or understand our requirement. We had already purchased an item here a year ago and went with a lot of expectations. But it was a disappointment and pathetic service. We have family members who have joined in tanishq annual gold schemes. We have asked the same people to withdraw the idea of continuing and purchasing here.

You will get fantastic collection but no guarantee or warranty for damages. Even platinum also. It's my personal experience. My platinum chain got cut within 4 years We can get warranty and guarantee for all branded items for 5 to 10 yrs. Even electronic items, but here they won't. So be careful before buying.
