This our review of our experience with a customer service executive Basavaraj at Lenskart Showroom in RMZ Galleria Mall, Yelahanka: My wife got her eye sight checked and she was prescribed with a reading glass and a riding glass. After few days of use, she was not comfortable using it and we went to the store, explained the issue to Basavaraj who was dealing with us earlier. He raised an issue in their system and got us a replacement glass. During our 3-4 visits to the store, he had enough patience to hear us out and always supported us with a ready smile on his face. He is extremely convincing, very soft spoken and embodiment of patience. We are very happy with his service and support. Any retail outlet that has a customer centric person like Basavaraj will do well and nevertheless to say he is an asset to Lenskart Showroom in RMZ Galleria Mall, Yelahanka. We wish him good luck..!

I have been a Lenskart Customer for more than a decade. Over this period, I find that they have continued to improve, both wrt their Services and Quality of their Products. All this comes at a most cost effective procurement for the Customer. I have little doubt, that if they are not the best, they deserve to be there.

was a regular customer but not anymore! Would never buy here again. i pay for a lens change, but they tell me that incase the lens is damaged in the process of them replacing, i will have to bear that responsibility. Does it make sense? They dont want you to change the lens.. figure out why before stepping here again

I can't track my order. None of the phone numbers are working. Worst customer service. No one called to inform me what happened to my order ? Can I have a direct number for this great store ?? They don't even deliver products to home.

They don’t do eye tests after 8PM on any days. Just looking to push by having 3 Sales Reps roaming around without any work to do. The store manager is Tilak and there is a heavy sales rep woman with arrogance filled in her. Learn to service better.

Collections were good...male staff also assisted well but one lady who is checking eyes her behavior was rude when we spoke in kannada she said arrogantly only english Or hindi she is in karnataka she would have learn basic kannada at least

Service is extremely bad, they had only 2 sales person who were completely inefficient and kept saying we need to wait or else we can go somewhere else. This is the kind of behaviour they have. PATHETIC!!

I have to give a shoutout to thilak raj who was great in helping me when there was an unfortunate oversight in my order, resolved it smooth and efficiently.

Bought a pair of framed specs. Very good collection but little less choices. Used my gold membership to avail the Buy-One-Get-One offer. Although I ended up paying 3.5k for one. Maybe I'll think twice to choose Lenskart from next time. Please have a collection of affordable ones as well.

I would rate 5 star for the service given by Nikhil I had my spec broken & went on store for insurance claim I wanted my same spec to be given as replacement as it suited me very well but unfortunately they had upgraded those spec to different colour after requesting to Nikhil he got me the same spec which I had as replacement all this went in with no time the transaction was very quick & Nikhil had constantly in touch with me for the service required.. thank you

Do not make a mistake of buying any glasses/spectacles from Lenskart. Of course, it’s quite a attractive proposition for people and we compromise our own health at the low cost. When the first time I went to buy a progressive lenses this shop said yes “we can get you anything under the sun” at the time of delivery of my first lenses the quality was very ordinary for the cost paid. I asked for the straight refund and the same was processed after 1 week. Second time I went again looking at their ads on social media, my son forced me to get the frame, ended up ordering the frame. When I started wearing the existing and the so called state-of-the-art lenses from Lenskart my eyes started paining, blurred vision and the lens quality is very poor. I ended up following up the store manager and he again (3rd time) he caged my lenses but couldn’t meet the quality aspect. Bottom line: never compromise your health with these cheap ads, very unprofessional lenses business.

It was a pleasure to visit lenskart rmz mall store. i have been using glasses since 10 years but iam not aware of Rx sunglasses till I visit that store..special thanks to Mr Vaishnav..he has explained all the procedures and iam impressed in eye testing process ..all the store team was very helpful ..it is very appreciatable that they have good patience for listening what is our need and accordingly they are suggesting..overall wow experience 👏will visit soon

The store is not as big as the ones in Newtown. Hence, the collection was very limited. But the staff are very nice and helpful.

Being a loyal customer to Lenskart brand I visited this Yelahanka RMZ branch recently which is One of the worst store in Bangalore.They made me to wait 40minutes and said billing isn’t working.see When you have some problem with your system atleast you Should tell the customer directly and we can understand.But just making the customer wait simply for so long and smile senselessly isn’t professional.They don’t even have courtesy atleast to explain.Unprofessional staff.

All products are from china , & waste material they used ....if you have time check in YouTube, China what waste material used for making plastic.... I faced serious skin allergy issue by using their johnjocorbs frame. Don't go for style....sometimes it gives u regression......and the lens quality very poor. Now a days local shop also provide better lens from them....

Bought a pair of spectacles from RMZ , Galleria Mall and within a week , the lens just fell off...to my horror, the frame had snapped and broken...promptly took it the RMZ Galleria outlet...the staff there( a Ms Vanitha) proudly proclaimed and kept parroting how nothing can be done about it..on further prompting, she sauntered off and took a good 20 mins to speak to 'higher authorities' ..only to return and again parrot ' no warranty..nothing can be done'.. First, a week old purchase deserves a replacement with no questions asked...the customer needs to be given a polite explanation on what happened along with a decent solution. CHEAP COMPANY WITH CHEAP PRODUCTS AND CHEAPER TRICKS TO CON CUSTOMERS! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! PLS KEEP NEGATIVE RATINGS , WILL BE HANDY..NO WAY THIS PRODUCT WILL BE RECOMMENDED BY ME
