Will give them a ZERO if possible. Extremely dirty unhygienic place where you might go for one thing and they might give you something else. The nurse didn't seem experienced, needed multiple requests for them to even wear gloves. Gloves itself weren't worn the right way and touched every place including a stain that looked like blood on the bed itself. AVOID this place at all costs. The head nurse seemed like she least cared about your worries and was not at all helpful. Who uses their gloved hand to stop the blood after an injection instead of a fresh piece of cotton? Absolutely NO concern for another person's health or safety. They lack basic training. Please go elsewhere.

Terrible. Booked a slot for covishield 2nd dose, and was turned away because "there weren't enough people". Didn't even bother informing beforehand. The receptionist showed zero empathy. Complete disregard for people's time and effort .. not sure how it can call itself a hospital

Pathetic management and incompetent staff & doctors. Check ups are just for time pass, getting the tests like TMT, Echo, ultrasound in seconds. Literally seconds because of the crowd. It’s just a tick mark. Dental check up completed in 3 seconds saying you need to spend 3k for cleaning. Is this a joke? Pathetic service. Would not recommend

This is the worst branch of Apollo...looks like the reviews are put here are a matter of courtesy. The billing department is worse when it comes to refund.. the doctor and billing department say just one sentence...we are not running away with your money. In that case refund why are you holding back. The doctor is more worse...he insults you by calling out your disease when you ask refund for the service not awailed. They look at patients like money banks.. literal gold diggers... person from billing department gives fake reasons to cover up the fact why refund is not done and shows disrespect/anger.

The staff is pathetic. They take prior appointments, do no follow up and then when the patient turns up they simply say sorry doctor is not coming today. Happened to me TWICE in 6 months. Their orthopedic doctor Shankar M was supposed to visit on the basis of prior appointment, then simply said 'no' after we arrived and waited there. Ramya, the lady at the reception never picked up my calls, checked with the doctor after I urged her to, 15 minutes past scheduled time, and plainly informed that he'll not come. All this despite taking appointment and confirming the same just a few hours earlier. In a week day, with some discomfort in the body, that was too much to handle. And on top of everything, their attitude towards patients is the worst. They have some decent doctors who are available elsewhere too. So, AVOID THIS PLACE.

Worst Management. I went for full body health check up in the morning by 8. They waited me till 1 only for ultra sound. And later they asked me to come by evening 06:30 to collect reports and doctor a appointment. After going there they say still some reports are pending and asking me come next day for reports. My whole day is wasted because of their worst mangement. Reception people are the worst.

Firstly they must improve their telecommunications system. To contact the clinic its a mamoth effort required. The IVR and their direct number is such a time waste. It just dials and then after taking all the inputs disconnects the call. Secondly, i took the corporate health checkup. The ultrasound scan doctor was in such rush to leave for the day that he didnt care even when i said my bladder is not full and was shouting at the nurse constantly. It looked like he was doing a favor. He just wanted to leave and he was just rushing through the entire process. The bottom line is if the report that he generated in such haste is it worthy at all? What should i do with such a report? Thirdly, the dental check as part of the health check was such a waste. The dentist just took 2 seconds ( i am not exaggerating) to just check and sent me off. For this kind of fake checks, every specialist collects my data with phone number. God knows what they do with that data. In the name of Corporate health checks these guys are minting money and providing such sub standard quality of service.

Looks like this centre is for corporate health checkups to mint the money. I had an appointment with General Physician and i was made to wait for one hour in the AC even though I was having a fever. My appointment was delayed because dr was busy in the corporate health checkups. What is the point of booking the appointment if it is delayed by 1 hour ? When I started shouting at the staff to refund my fees, that time they called the Dr. The staff was so careless that they didn't even do basic vital checks like bp and fever before actual consultation. Dr did listen to my queries thoroughly and explained very well about the symptoms. There is utter chaos from the management side here. This centre doesn't deserve even a single star.

The annual health check up was scheduled for me and my wife here. The staffs were quite helpful to guide us when it comes to making sure we go through tests smoothly. Easy tip is, come back to the front desk after each test and enquire for the next one and they will guide you based on the free slots. Just a quick thought, because there are few tests which should be taken after food, and especially when people start the day at 8AM, it could be a wise idea to have a tie up with some restaurant to provide some breakfast (which could be part of the package upon paying for it). This could save time, as there are not may quick bf places. I would certainly recommend this place if there is a need for an Annual Check up

Absolute waste. Being in digital age this clinic is at stone age. 1) Booking confusion of giving some other location on email, than the one opted. 2) They don't have details of what tests included in corporate package and asking us to provide details of tests included 3) Nurse/Staffs come at their own time , but they provide appointment at 8 am. 4) No online reports facility , when asked answer given is sometime that works and sometime it doesn't 5) Data entry mistake of typing wrong date of birth. It shows absolute carelessness and now because of this I doubt whether testing ranges are entered accurately or there is mistake on that also Don't waste your time here for the amount they charge, find a better place.

Worst experience, badly organized health checkup plan. They disregard general customers for their corporate clients. No regard for Customers visiting with time limitations. Call center reads policy from script is just such a slighting way of sifting funds from customers. Now informed that after reports the cardiac consultation can be done over phone, let's see tomorrow. Apparently if it can't be done then no refund for that consultation as one item refund can be done. Truly a gaming con situation on the public's health! Disgusting for a brand that aims to gain our money rather than trust!

I went for annual health examination. Pros: Nursing staff at TMT was very professional and experienced. Cons: dirty washrooms, long waiting time - actually too long, more than 6 hours , rude and unhelpful front office staff and extremely bad blood sample collection centre. My blood sample experience: initially she pricked and tried to take blood from my one arm and said seems you have some lipid problem so blood is not coming, then she pricked second arm. However, when I was waiting outside I observed she is saying same for many clients the same thing and people started getting frustrated with her Also no X ray file are given, they ask extra charge for everything.

Could do with much better crowd, queue, and file management. At 7.30 am only one housekeeping employee was giving out the forms and one Phlebotomist was present, everyone else came 7.45 or post 8. Some folks were constantly on the phone while performing tests. They do not have adequate info about all the tests included in a corporate package. The disposable sheets etc., was dirty could be changed often and maintained better. Only one washroom each for male & female makes it difficult for the old ones who have to wait quite a bit in queue.

The specialists themselves are competent and helpful; however, there is no regard for timeliness or punctuality. Expect to be delayed at least for 45 minutes past your scheduled appointment time. Complete disregard for patients’ time, and a cavalier air through every stage of management.

Had my annual check up from the clinic - the process was smooth and timely- Olen and the rest of the nursing staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Got my dental check up and scaling done as well - again, a pretty smooth process with ample instructions given by the doctor on dental care and preventive measures to be taken. Now coming to the main issue, if you are going here for your or family member 's health checkup then keep in mind that they will unnecessarily make you wait. And postpone some tests for the next day saying that the doctor has left or hasn't come. Now diagnosis, the doctor whom my parents consulted said that your reports are fine and you are. The Dr. never asked for previous health conditions or do you have any existing issues. When my parents questioned the Dr. the person said that everyone comes mostly for annual health checkup so we don't do any diagnosis here. This is pathetic

Please don't visit here for vaccine. I had taken the first dose in apollo jaya Nagar branch and was through the entire process in 15 mins Max. Here they make you wait for an hour even after booking your slot and reaching on time. pathetic service!!

If you need to get headache and hypertension visit this clinic. Staff are illiterate by medical norms. No one knows what is procedure to follow. Go there ..go there... finally no where. Ultimately it is not their fault you are fool. Don't know about doctor's.

This is the worst experience i ever had in my life. They don't respond at all... They miss some of the reports to put in file. You have to check and ask one by one to them... Then they will give... And anyone of you please try to contact their clinic number. They won't pick up and if they will pick up... They will just put in side and you'll just hear their internal conversations... No one will respond. No proper management... You have to wait for hours for every single scan and report. I personally suggest don't visit this clinic if you don't want the worst experience in your life.

I have been here for my health check. It was a good experience overall. As this is a diagnostic center, the earliest slot in the morning is always packed with health checkups appointments. So, you will find it crowded. Selective tests and diagnostics are possible with any doctor's prescription. You can book the appointment online or call them over phone prior to visiting the clinic as the doctor visiting hours and availability are dynamic.

Pathetic experience in this clinic. Been there yesterday for availing my corporate full body checkup. the appointment time mentioned was 9 AM and i reached proactively at around 8 AM.. There was insane crowd at even 8AM and there was no place to even seat. Apollo should accept booking with the number of sitting arrangements. People go their for health checkup and full body test which requires 12 hour fasting.. It should take time on weekends but atleast sitting capacity shoild be there so that we dont faint while waiting for our turn. I almost lost my sense because it was too much crowd and suffocating. If you are going for an full body or any test in particular keep in mind that management in this clinic is THE WORST. Reception guys are too rude and doesn’t even bother botjer to answer your query. They just takes the bookings for money but there is no place to accommodate people and we need to wait standing for hours for our turn. Please opt for other clinic not this one

Nursing department in Apllo clinic in Indiranagar is too good , Especially Dr. Meyang is super experienced she is very professional to guide the things , It is as great experience.

- Always overcrowded. - Booking an appointment has no value. You wud still have to wait for hours. - Rates are inflated. They overcharge for everything I wonder if Dr. Prathima M is even capable enough to work as a doctor. She had no idea what was in the full body medical report. Just gave diet related info and asked nothing to worry. We got the right diagnosis from the report and about a condition only when we consulted a general physician in a different hospital. Would recommend staying away from this centre

I visited there for a whole body checkup on Saturday. The process was completely mis-managed. I called them twice before visiting just to make sure that the whole process will be done within 3 hours. Instead, I had to spend almost one full day and I'm still not done with the tests. The staffs were polite and helpful but the whole process can be managed in a much better way.

Worst clinic as we went for corporate Annual Health Check up but they don't check thoroughly and simply for the sake of checking they do scans and tests. Too much crowded and proper planning at all. Patients has to wait a lot and they don't take care of the concerns.

Very bad time management. Worst ultrasound test. Doc was trying to close test as fast as possible. Came late & finished fast. It took more than 3.5 hrs for a 2 hr corporate health check. Went for a corporate health check up. Understaffed and was left alone when I was doing my tmt test. The same person asked me to give a good review about her. I paid extra for vitamin b12 and d test, but my blood sample was untouched when I went and asked them about the missing results.

Nursing staff is very good and courteous as well as the TMT team. Its 5 star for them but for rest of the staff it is -5 star. Reception and rest of the stuff is absolutely pathetic in terms of queue management and other things. There is no order for health checkup. Reception and the person managing the queue allows people to go according to his personal preference. If you are someone who can barge in for various tests without waiting in queue or something you can successfully get the tests done in 3 hrs. Else you would finish health check by only 3pm. They have also lost couple of my reports also post test. Would never suggest anyone to visit this branch atleast.

Had a 9-10 am appointment. Only samples were collected in the morning and was asked to come again in the afternoon at 12:30 pm because of the doctor not being available. Had to drink plenty of water for ultrasound and hold it in. While everything went smoothly, the communication of time commitment isn't good at all. Would be a far better experience with clear expectations. Also a breakup of what tests will be conducted wasn't shared by Niva Bupa or Apollo despite several requests. Seems like they aren't listening to customers and would rather just do things their own way even if it means a suboptimal customer experience

Did not like the experience. Had a checkup which included Chest x ray and ultrasound. They only shared the report but not the films or images of it. So cannot refer this to other doctors. So a person has to get xray again and get exposed to radiation again. Also they took 4-5 times in order to get blood. Was painful. Wouldn't recommend for checkup. Maybe visit a doctor is fine.

Worst possible place for a health check up. The people at reception seem totally uninterested and irritated to do their work! Even after a pre appointment for health check up, I had to wait one hour to even register myself! "Pathetic' would be an understatement! After raising a concern, all they say is "OK"!!! I wonder if they are even paid salary for their work! It is nothing less than an ordeal if you go there!

I wanted to express my deep gratitude to the Apollo staff, especially Ramya mam for ensuring that my wallet is safe and sound. To put some perspective, I am flying out to USA soon and my passport is in Delhi with my family while the rest of my identity cards were in my wallet. I had visited Apollo for my covid booster vaccination and left my wallet there. Losing my wallet would have meant losing my opportunity to go to Delhi on time which would have hampered my education travel to USA. The next day when I was desperately searching for my wallet and traced my steps back. I was attended to right away and my wallet had been kept carefully. They had tried calling me as well. There is nothing that can define how grateful I am to the entire staff! The Appllo staff is not only friendly, patient and welcoming but also ensures that all the visitors are taken care of in the best possible manner! Thank you so much!

Never seen worst management here. The staff doesn’t know which order they are following when seeing the patients in different departments. Big mess, looks like no training or no conscience. I waited for 3 hours still they didn’t call my name at door number 6. We had to literally argue to understand what is the process followed in calling patients.Never book appointment in this clinic.

These guys misplaced my blood samples and had to give blood again. Even for the new samples, I couldn't get the reports on time they promised. I had to call them, explain the whole situation patiently to get the reports. Such things are not expected from Apollo.

My wife got medical checkup here and we are Happy we did Here. They were very responsive and attends to our queries. Physicians are very good and helpful. Doctors are motivative and give positive replies to patients. It’s in first floor and so elder people might find it difficult to climb. Other than that everything else is good. Location is in Center.

There are so many people waiting for diagnostics and testing. But this facility has only one rest room for men and one for women. Everyone has to collect their urine sample also in that one rest room only. If patient want to use rest room during their waiting time no option. Should be improved.

I visited this clinic first time and I had a great experience. I was feeling very weak . The receptionist saw my condition and did registration process fast and also sent me to doctor on priority. Rude nurse in room 6, who takes the height and weight, beware. She will scold and bully you. No queue system in room 6, this scary nurse will take people as she wishes to and scold and bully you if you say anything. In my case, she deliberately wrote incorrect height which was thankfully picked up by the TMT nurse and corrected. When I asked for a redo, she was terribly rude yet again and I had to walk in with my husband so she wouldn't scold me again. Scary human being. Beware. Front office staff are clueless and offer zero help or support. Perhaps they are afraid of the room 6 horror as well. Apollo, you need to be careful how your nurses treat people and are not on some power trip.
