In all these shops, I find one thing unique – the humble, sincere and dedicated service offered by the staff – just like their boss TATA. If at all I am asked to chose the best Tanishq store, I will invariably choose Tanishq Basaveshwara Nagar, Bengaluru. To begin with, the very ambience is extremely grand - which for the first instance is intimidating, but the reception, service and accommodating nature of the staff make every customer feel at home. The treatment by the staff is of the highest order to all the customers irrespective of their background and buying capacity. This is the hallmark of all Tanishq stores. Two of my recent visits to Tanishq Basaveshwara Nagar were made memorable by two members of staff here. To begin with, Ms. Nethra had been extremely polite throughout the transaction and had showed us all the varieties of ornaments that we asked for giving us complete information about each of them. We also exchanged gold and she with the help of Sri. Mahendra, gave best price for our old jewels. With her extensive knowledge in the line of business, she offered valuable suggestions which were value addition to our own knowledge of gold. She was instrumental in me opting for Golden Harvest scheme last year and buying priceless bangles to my spouse. With her suggestion we opted for Rivaah Gold Advantage scheme this year. Sri. Mahendra, the karigar here, is highly skillful and explained in detail the value of the jewels that we were exchanging. He showed us the process of melting of gold and answered all our queries. Special thanks to Ms. Shilpa too. To sum it up, the total experience left us spellbound.

Special mention can be made of the executive, Ms Ashwini who showed varieties of diamond jewelry and explained very well about various discounts available plus special discount for members of schemes which helped us choose our item with ease.

Maheshwari & Ganashree’s conduct have been good but as they committed the product quality is questionable as I bought a diamond ring for my wife in 6th March’22 and 7th March the stone came off from the ring!! This is ridiculous! As they committed the stone will never come off!! Please take care while buying from them.

The store seemed to be understaffed. If more customers arrive, they need to wait a bit to be served. Need more variety in design for necklaces and chandbali earrings. One plus point is the store is open till 8.30pm making it ideal to visit in the evening.

We went to buy something from the “Pretty in pink” collection, however they did not have it in the store which was a mild disappointment but they did have other collection and we ended up buying something else.
