The hospitality in here is very good and there are lot of improvements compared to the previous visit. I was assigned to Dr Poornachandra, the doctor understands the patient problem in ease and provides good suggestions. He doesn't recommend unnecessary test or treatment. He answers all the Questions with patience and also provides the real time examples for patient to understand the current problem of patient. The entire process was taken care by Mr Rahul, inspire of his busy schedule he takes care of patient with a smile and also provides the timeline for attending doctor.

I visited this hospital via ECHS reference,so far the service is great but need to improve in time management because u need to go2 different blocks for different treatment(Block A,B,C),5 star for awesome hospitality by all staff especially medical counselor,every person with narayana nethralaya id card will try to help u n guide u in right direction.....! If ur going via echs please get ur eye drops via ECHS don't pay for it,such information was not given by nurses(which cost me around 1k),well no 1 perfect 👌 😉

Overall quite good experience. Got my Mom treated there for cataract in both eyes .Dr. Hema Malini apart from being a reputed surgeon was very kind & has loads of Patience to listen to the patient & provide guidance. It's a good eye hospital in Bangalore city. The doctors are good and give the best consultation. Staff is helpful and courteous, complete solution for eye problems. They provide valet parking but during peak hours from 11 to 1:30 pm you will face parking issues Waiting area is good. They have canteen also

I have had a wonderful experience at Narayana Nethralaya. All the staff members are polite, helpful, sincere and easily approachable. All the procedures were done smoothly, in a well organized manner. I am also impressed by the team of optometrists. The way in which they (Amblyopia Therapy Clinic) are helping out small children is really amazing. People should know about this Therapy. Dr Susma and Dr Priya are from oculoplasty and retina respectively. Good doctors. Modern equipment is there all from Nikon and Carl Zeiss. Excellent staffs, sisters, wardboys. This eye hospital is right next to the iscon temple. This hospital has been famous for its eye care ever since. If I am not wrong, my grandparents got their cataract done here. I got my lasik done here 5 years ago and I have had a perfect vision ever since. My mother recently got her cataract done here. And as always, they never disappoint. All their staff are very friendly. You can literally walk up to anyone for help and they always help with a smile. The cataract doctor GK. Venkatesh has done a good job with respect to my mothers cataract problem. She has a good vision now. They have a pharmacy and canteen attached to the hospital. Parking is a bit difficult during peak hours. They might end up parking your car someplace nearby. However, they are well organised with it.

Very patiently explained the process as the surgery was on. Also was very helpful and courteous during the review after the surgery too. Got the second eye operated too. The experience hasn't been any different this time. It was as good as the last time.

Consulting fee 600Rs and for senior citizens it is 500Rs and guess special concession for Government staff. Doctors are so friendly and well organized. It is worth visiting this hospital for eye issues as special dedicated people are there and can expect good treatments.

Reviewing fresh of a fight with Dr.Thirumalesh, wow can't even believe I'm referring to him as one, the retina surgeon at Bommasandra who used the "F" word against my mother just because she asked a simple query on the efficacy of surgery done. Absolutely no patient centricity, behaved like a thug and used profranities. And I'm glad I didn't take it lying down, I stood up for my mother, gave him a piece of my mind and my own share of suitable language guys like him understand:). What a terrible experience. We go to a trusted brand like narayana for best service and what we get is to meet rowdy doctors like Thirumalesh. Disappointed and yes, I am happy to have killed his ego in front of all. The best hospital I have ever seen. It changed my view about hospitals and I realised that there are such good hospitals also there in our country. The biggest positive thing here is their management. From entrance only they will start helping in supporting for a smooth process. Every staff is very polite and goes extra miles to help. We went through Dr. Bhanumathi who looked very supportive, kind and helpful and explained everything properly. Everything is well planned and arranged properly. You no need to wander, they are there to assist you throughout your journey there. Cleanliness and maintenance are commendable. Vallet parking and proper cafeteria are available.

Went for Lasik consultation for my wife and the whole process was real smooth particularly when we talk about handling a large number of crowd. All the staff were just really responsive and the system is handled efficiently with automation softwares. We also had a chance to talk to Dr. Rohit Shetty and was suggested the best option for us. Would definitely rate this as one of an experience specially when it comes to visiting a hospital with so much rush. Recommended to take appointment early morning hours beforehand. Opens at 8am from Monday to Saturday and on Sundays opens at 9am.

Narayana Nethralaya is one the top hospitals. Services are imp cable. This is our 3rd day visit for cataract and it was neatly done. Dr Rohita helped did an amazing job with the surgery. Kudos to the Team. Though 3rd day they told us to come at 8am and made us wait for 30min for nothing, just shows how appointment schedule in majority of the hospitals works.
