If you think about Ford then don't think much, it's PPS-Ford. First thing first, About PPS : From my experience and research they are not just deal with Ford, they deal WW, Skoda etc. So well experienced versatile player in the market. So as a customer you may benefitted with quality staffs, customer experience and prompt service. How was my experience(s) : I was little skeptical about Ford initially, it was not even in my final list of car when I visited their showroom and it was a warm welcome. Well I had very bad experience from some other dealers (not wish to mention here) PPS was an exception, so I started some research and I found Ford cars are the best but not marketed properly in India. Here PPS is great because their staffs are extremely well trained, friendly. So after a multiple visits , discussions, negotiations I decided to go ahead and joined Family of Ford "The Family Wala feeling" on 15th April 2021 Here onwards the gems of legend people come in picture I would like to mention Mr. Peter my Sales consultant, a perfect professional with outstanding product knowledge, great attitude, customer centric nature. He helped me from the planning to booking to Finance to Delivery , post delivery assurance etc made possible extremely seamless. Small delay of delivery happened due to current tough conditions - COVID 19 (not anyone's mistake though) however Peter expedited the whole process and on 7th July 2021 I became a proud Ecosport owner. Would like to mention the finance options here : PPS has tie up with almost all Banks I found transparency, easy processing and the person was Mr. Ram, he just did everything SWIFT manner without any hassle. Finally got bunch of offers on Product, accessories, Corp discounts etc. Highly recommended. The entire team made delivery day memorable. So thanks to PPS, Ford India Peter & Team..!!!!

Awesome experience right from the very start. From booking to delivery everything was updated on time from the team. Mudasir who was assigned was very helpful to us right from selecting the model, test drive, booking and loan to the car. Everything was taken care by them. Mr. Pramod who was the branch manager held up high standards of ethic and gave the delivery of the car before the expected date. Wonderful experience overall.

I had very good experience at PPS ford Yelahanka. I bought Ecosport Titanium+ AT here. Peter was very helpful during entire the process (Booking, Registration, Insurance, delivery, etc.). And, Finance processing was super fast, before this I had been in some other showrooms as well. I got my car before the promised time. I would recommend this showroom.

Had a very good experience during the purchase of the car from ops Ford Yelahanka branch . The staff were very corporate from the beginning.especially our sales consultant mr.Peter was very helpful during the entire process they explained all the pros and cons which helped me to analysis and choose the right car. I wasn’t big fan of Ford I always prefer Toyota vehicle but first time convinced to buy Ford endeavour really appreciate the effort of your sales consultant.
