Please
can
the
concerned
authorities
have
people
in
place
who
can
vibe,
understand,
relate
and
connect
to
a
customer.
My
repeat
visit
to
resolve
an
issue
turned
out
to
be
such
a
disappointing
affair.
A
feeling
of
unsatisfied
and
helplessness
for
not
being
understood
by
the
Decathlon
personnel.
My
visit
today
29th
December
2020,
was
utterly
disastrous.
Floor
manager
Sommanna,
needs
a
freshener
course
on
customer
service
etiquette.
I,
as
a
Customer
had
to
wait
for
this
Gentleman,
who
is
in
charge,
to
finish
his
discussion
with
the
personnel
patiently
to
address
my
concern
to
the
personnel.
Please
Mr.Sommanna,
the
Customer
is
to
be
given
due
importance.
First
and
foremost
law
from
the
service
point
of
view.
You
lacked
this
basic
knowledge.
In
the
entire
5
rows/bays
of
the
store,
there
was
no
personnel
to
attend
to
the
customer,
that's
me,
as
I
required
some
professional
guidance
.
After
quite
some
time
one
of
the
personnel
came
towards
the
bay,
however
he
was
on
the
phone
and
asked
me
to
wait.
Imagine
,the
customer
is
asked
to
wait,
till
the
personnel
finished
his
call.
Absolute
callous
attitude!
The
shelves
are
practically
empty.(

Looks
like
a
place
to
stock
old
and
discarded
merchandise.
The
merchandise
have
gathered
dust,
irony
is
that
they
have
damaged
merchandise
on
display
on
the
shelf(
pic
attached)
It's
beyond
logic
for
Decathlon
to
take
the
customer
for
granted.
If
the
store
has
no
stocks,
they
need
to
pull
down
the
shutter
and
lock
the
store.
Customers
come
from
far
distance
in
such
dense
traffic
and
Decathlon
does
not
have
enough
merchandise
to
cater
to
the
customer's
needs,
no
personnel
to
attend
to
the
customer,
Manager
is
on
his
own
trip....
Every
visit
has
been
making
the
experience
more
worse.
In
fact
it
is
deteriorating.....

Improvement
in
some
areas
are
necessary
On
the
05th
of
May
2023
happened
to
visit
this
outlet.
Satisfied
till
I
reached
the
Cash
Counter
and
also
expressed
my
Satisfaction
too.
However
this
was
short
lived
as
the
Security
while
doing
the
customary
checking
at
the
exit
door,
made
a
mess
of
the
items,
T-shirts,
shirts
etc.,
purchased.
He
was
just
crumpling
and
kind
of
throwing
the
items
into
the
Decathlon
paper
bag.
It
was
such
a
shock
to
see
this
happening
right
in
front
of
you.
Seriously,
I,
for
one
was
appalled.
The
most
annoying
thing
was
when
I
happened
to
see
a
Decathlon
Personnel
who
happened
to
be
close
to
the
area
where
this
drama
was
going
on,
and
bring
this
to
his
notice,
he
said
that's
how
we
do
it.
This
was
absolutely
unacceptable.
This
gentlemen,
whose
name
I
got
from
himself
was,
Jeet,
and
very
audaciously
and
arrogantly
he
gave
it
to
me.
Mr.
Jeet's
attitude
was
that,
I
don't
care
what
you
can
do
taking
my
name.
True,
I
as
a
customer,
am
at
your
mercy,
cuz
Decathlon
did
not
coerce
me
to
come
to
this
outlet,
I
had
come
on
my
own
will.
But,
Mr.Jeet
should
know
that
it
is
the
customer
who
are
the
mainstay
of
any
business
to
flourish
or
decline.
Mr.Jeet
or
Decathlon
is
not
doing
a
favor
to
the
customer.
The
Customer
pays
for
whatever
he
is
purchasing.
Not
that
it
is
being
given
free
of
cost.
The
security
has
to
at
least
fold
the
apparel
or
clothing
purchased
in
a
appropriate
manner.
Mr.Jeet
needs
to
be
advised
on
the
basics
of
keeping
the
customer
satisfied
from
the
service
point
of
view.

Cargo
shorts
purchased
under
the
same
above
mentioned
had
some
serious
problem.
Buttons
have
loosened,
the
button
hole
have
started
tearing
off,
the
metal
part
on
the
belt
is
coming
off,
etc.
No
help
from
the
customer
service,
the
mobile
number
on
the
website
is
not
answered
,
once
had
the
luck
when
somebody
picked
up
the
call
and
then
disconnected
it,
whatsapp
messages
are
not
answered,
SMS
messages
are
not
answered,
the
mysore
road
email
id
is
wrong,
....
Nothing
works...
The
SOP
is
that
if
you
buy
it
from
the
store,
it
comes
under
a
different
procedure
to
make
a
complaint,
if
it
is
online
it
is
different.
