A huge facility that offers items for most all sports! Camping, hiking. Swimming. Cycling, golf, badminton,yoga, and so much more! Some interesting items can be found. The bathrooms are on the parking level and are clean. The dressing rooms ( trial rooms) are at the front and are tiny! Decathalon is every shopper's moist memory. I have bought multiple jackets, clothing, camping accessories and even a hammock from here. All products are absolutely top quality and you will find that even the economically priced products are of excellent quality. Plus they have a phenomenal returns policy. All in all, please go here and shop.

Spacious, spread over 3 floors and covers all sports and outdoor activities... Good collection and helpful staff... Overall a happy place to visit... I wish they could specialise in a particular genre of outdoor activity and go deep in the products they display and sell... For example, people that are attempting a base camp expedition or serious Arctic Circle expedition cannot find all the equipment they require... Maybe one store in Bangalore can specialise in this...

The place is quite easy to reachable as it is beside a Mysore main road. The place is huge, well organized and neatly maintained. We can get a big parking area which is again well organized for entry and exit. We can find most of the things from this store on various sports. The staff is good at assisting and they keep the store properly. Displaying the rate of the product is very adaptable, even on small items. Some sports or game we can try out there in the store in a limited manner. A wide variety of products are available from kids to adults. I feel the products are overpriced as compared to other popular brands.

They have a great range of sports equipment, sports wear, sports accessories (such as bottles, torches, duffel bags etc). They also have trials so you can test out the product before you buy it. A very good sports store. It has several floors, it's spacious and well maintained. There are lots of staff members and they are ready to assist you. Don't miss out on the play area on the top floor and the small coffee snacks cafe when you visit this store. There are washrooms in the basement and a good parking space. If you go with children, you will easily spend 2 hours here. You could self check out your billing by scanning over the apps, taking the codes from the products you shortlist in your physical basket. The quality of the products is very good. There is something for everyone. A few products for senior citizens are also available. Weekends would be crowded.

Please can the concerned authorities have people in place who can vibe, understand, relate and connect to a customer. My repeat visit to resolve an issue turned out to be such a disappointing affair. A feeling of unsatisfied and helplessness for not being understood by the Decathlon personnel. My visit today 29th December 2020, was utterly disastrous. Floor manager Sommanna, needs a freshener course on customer service etiquette. I, as a Customer had to wait for this Gentleman, who is in charge, to finish his discussion with the personnel patiently to address my concern to the personnel. Please Mr.Sommanna, the Customer is to be given due importance. First and foremost law from the service point of view. You lacked this basic knowledge. In the entire 5 rows/bays of the store, there was no personnel to attend to the customer, that's me, as I required some professional guidance . After quite some time one of the personnel came towards the bay, however he was on the phone and asked me to wait. Imagine ,the customer is asked to wait, till the personnel finished his call. Absolute callous attitude! The shelves are practically empty.( Pics attached). Looks like a place to stock old and discarded merchandise. The merchandise have gathered dust, irony is that they have damaged merchandise on display on the shelf( pic attached) It's beyond logic for Decathlon to take the customer for granted. If the store has no stocks, they need to pull down the shutter and lock the store. Customers come from far distance in such dense traffic and Decathlon does not have enough merchandise to cater to the customer's needs, no personnel to attend to the customer, Manager is on his own trip.... Every visit has been making the experience more worse. In fact it is deteriorating..... Sad !!!! 05-05-2023 Improvement in some areas are necessary On the 05th of May 2023 happened to visit this outlet. Satisfied till I reached the Cash Counter and also expressed my Satisfaction too. However this was short lived as the Security while doing the customary checking at the exit door, made a mess of the items, T-shirts, shirts etc., purchased. He was just crumpling and kind of throwing the items into the Decathlon paper bag. It was such a shock to see this happening right in front of you. Seriously, I, for one was appalled. The most annoying thing was when I happened to see a Decathlon Personnel who happened to be close to the area where this drama was going on, and bring this to his notice, he said that's how we do it. This was absolutely unacceptable. This gentlemen, whose name I got from himself was, Jeet, and very audaciously and arrogantly he gave it to me. Mr. Jeet's attitude was that, I don't care what you can do taking my name. True, I as a customer, am at your mercy, cuz Decathlon did not coerce me to come to this outlet, I had come on my own will. But, Mr.Jeet should know that it is the customer who are the mainstay of any business to flourish or decline. Mr.Jeet or Decathlon is not doing a favor to the customer. The Customer pays for whatever he is purchasing. Not that it is being given free of cost. The security has to at least fold the apparel or clothing purchased in a appropriate manner. Mr.Jeet needs to be advised on the basics of keeping the customer satisfied from the service point of view. My purchase details: Decathlon Bill No.701047103/2304191. Cashier :Tulasi. Date 05-05-2023. Time 19:32. 25-05-2023 Cargo shorts purchased under the same above mentioned had some serious problem. Buttons have loosened, the button hole have started tearing off, the metal part on the belt is coming off, etc. No help from the customer service, the mobile number on the website is not answered , once had the luck when somebody picked up the call and then disconnected it, whatsapp messages are not answered, SMS messages are not answered, the mysore road email id is wrong, .... Nothing works... The SOP is that if you buy it from the store, it comes under a different procedure to make a complaint, if it is online it is different.

Visited Decathlon Mysore Road a week back , the store experience was Exquisite!!! I purchased a FOLDABLE BIKE , thanks to the staff ‘Achal’ who helped me select the right bike for my usage, I’m able to commute with bike seamlessly to office via METRO! Finally , the billing was super easy as they had SELF CHECK OUT and I did a billing myself in just under 1 minute!! :) Also, I rode with their cycling group last weekend, It’s FUN. Will visit again soon!!!

It lives with its slogan - All for Sports and Sports for all. A new three floor store in the Mysore Road near Metro Pillar Number 703 and 704 just before Nice Road, is quite awesome if not spacious enough like earlier store in the same Mysore Road. The first floor and 2nd floor have all the sport products displayed and the 3rd floor is completely dedicated for playing and practice. 3rd floor has one eatery also where you can have juices and snacks.

I had brought myself a good badminton perfly brand but there is no other brands like Li-ning, Yonex, etc Self payment, means the items are dropped into cashier counter which it recognises and payment is done. Mode of payment is cash or UPI or Net banking is also available

Good service, all the staff are very helpful. The only problem is some there won't be stock which we like to purchase, like our preferred size will not available and colors etc . Even stocks are not available some times we can come store to see the product how it will be. Last i went to purchase rain coat but my size was not there . I waited around 10days the product not yet come , so that decided buy an umbrella buty desire color was not there . Like this i faced the situation. The staff suggested me to order online by choosing product then they will deliver to home when product will be available. After that i ordered hiking shoes , the shoes were good and comfortable. My suggestion is just visit store once if your desire product was not there or your size , take bar code or product and order it online . And staff was very helpful during exchange of defect product, i am happy for that.

Had booked a football ground at decathlon mysore road for my kids and their friends. The place and experience was simply amazing. Very well maintained and kids enjoyed playing on turf (artificial though). Would definitely recommend in case you have a group of kids looking for a place to play.

You can’t even imagine how big can a store could be for sports. you can find anything that is related to sports and you can also trail all kind of stuffs from shoes to bicycle and even a lot daily essentials and cost of the items are cheap with some great quality. a well supporting staff. Great place to buy everything sports. Won't have any other brands except theirs which is decent. Prices are competitive and the second floor has a few indoor courts to play cricket TT and football. Staff are courteous and there's ample parking space

There's no enough quality products at your store location. The ones available are highly priced and not worthy or durable. I have bought most sporting goods which did not last for a year! The personnel assisting customers are trained enough to convince for purchases. Choices are less, brands are limited and needs improvement overall.

It has 2 floors n you'll get almost everything related to sports n outdoor activities like camping n stuffs in here. They have price ranges from low to high on each product. I went on a weekend n it was overly crowded. The staff were courteous but I felt there should be more helping hands on weekends! As we had to wait for the helper to ask something for about 15mins.

I'm a newbie to bicycling and bought a bicycle a few days back. Assuming it will be properly fitted, I went back happily to home. But the gear was not shifting properly and in the first gear, the bicycle was not moving freely in parking. I took it to a nearby shop where I had to spend a couple of hundred rupees for proper gear and brake adjustment. The first impression from the nearby shop mechanic is bicycle has to be refitted again. I still have an issue while shifting the front gear from 1 o 2. I never expected this from Decathlon.

The store is spacious and well maintained. Spl mention to the cycle section, the staff is very good and give right inputs to make correct decisions. Took my daughter to attend cycling class, the coach Mr. Ratan is very good and professional. We can clearly make out his zeal guide young kids in the right direction 😀 👍👍 Just a feedback that on weekends there should be additional attendants to adhere to large number of customers and visitors

Decathlon Mysore Road has an enormous collection of sports gear, outfits, accessories and much more and even the excercising equipments. It's a well cleanly maintained showroom. The staffs are good enough and kind to help us to find the right things.

This review is for the Mysore road outlet. Smaller store compared to other Decathlons I have visited. So, the selections are limited. Store employees don't seem interested in helping. Again, a distinct feature of this store. We had an argument with store security as we had bought about 12k worth of items and security did a count of items. This when the billing counter is right next to security point. Bad and embarassing experience to say the least. Better off shopping online or some place else when you are treated like a thief.
