Loved the space and how they have an open air theater open to all visitors irrespective of people going inside the Opera House. The ambience is really breathtaking. Loved the conservation work. This place is a fine example of adaptive reuse of a heritage space. They have a great collection of gadgets and a tiny cafe as well inside. On the first floor you get to witness the beautiful screens and seating areas. Loved every bit of the space: the lighting, the white and grey aesthetics, the behaviour of staff and the flowy landscaping on the outside. A very welcoming space

Best place to visit for tech enthusiasts. Worlds largest mobile experience center in Bangalore. Spacious and well organized center. We can see and experience all Samsung products under one roof. Great customer experience. The concept is so spectacular, and the outside area is also well organized with great seating area. Starbucks is also located in this building.

Had a very good experience at Samsung opera House. Good staff, very supportive, and engage well as per need. Could experience new models and it was a tech brilliance experience. There is a good place to and a sit out to relax out side the opera house They have also wheel chair access. The decorations according to the season are awesome.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly staff member who gave us a tour of the facility. The first thing that caught our attention was the massive interactive screen that took up an entire wall. It was truly a sight to behold, and we spent a good amount of time exploring all the different features it offered. Next, we moved on to the virtual reality zone, which was equally impressive. We tried out a few different VR experiences and were really impressed by the level of immersion and the high-quality graphics. One of the standout features of the Samsung Opera House, in my opinion, was the dedicated kids' area. Even though we didn't have kids with us, it was fun to see all the interactive games and educational activities on offer. It seemed like a great way for kids to learn and have fun at the same time. Overall, our visit to the Samsung Opera House was a real treat. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the facility itself was top-notch. I would highly recommend checking it out if you're in the Bangalore area.

Best experience store ever seen. We can have mobile like s series, A series, M series, fold series. We can also experience Galaxy watches, curved monitor, phone cases, television, sound bars, all electronic products manufactured by Samsung. Need to visit compulsory. staff are very gentle.

I would call it as “Street of Joy” some great shops, outlets, restaurants, bars and cafe. You can spend some solid time with your friends and loved ones. Small stretch but great place. One of the must visit place in Bangalore. You can have a great time doing shopping. I have been to this place twice especially for the awesomeness!

Samsung Opera House is a blend of heritage and technology coming together,truly one of the biggest mobile store experience you can ever have,not only they have all the gadgets in Samsung but also they have the right people who are really helpful even if it is an enquiry, interiors goes well with the lighting, looks classy, and it is right in the centre of the city, had visited to check on s22 ultra, but fortunately there were no demo phones to display as they had just launched in India with the prices, the representative had sound knowledge on each variant and explained the features,also gave details about the offer, they have a small cafe at the end with seating very well placed. You got to visit once just for the experience and the interiors, truly amazing, no parking space available, you will have to venture out in the next street near Sbi for car park..

Palace-like, has a vast space where Samsung products are displayed. It gets slightly uncomfortable when the helpers don't freely let us touch and see the phone, if we are not interested in buying. But the infrastructure is big and amazing! Felt like, this place is too good to be a showroom of samsung products

Good if you are looking for smart phones. Almost all models are available to touch and feel. I went there for gaming monitors, few models are available. But the staff was very busy, no one was available to guide us through the available monitors and help me decide.

They got all the new launches of mobile phones and gadgets. On the 1st floor latest release TV’s is of the best LED quality 8k, you won’t move your sight out. Loved watching it and it’s my best showroom experience ever. Better than London showrooms.

Place I've visited multiple times but never have reviewed. Its just a heaven for a samsung fan boy. It has basically every mainstream product from samsung that you can name and there are multiple of each too. Like really multiple. For example, when I visited this time, there was Galaxy S22 Ultra everywhere you can imagine. Near the fridge section a cople, near the cafe a couple, and with every monitor and TV it was accompanied. Near the gaming section too. It's a fantastic place to give you a full comprehensive overview of what samsung has to offer and beyond. A place everyone have to visit (even if you are a apple fan boy xd).

Having visited the Samsung Opera House last week with friends, I can tell you it is without a doubt a great place to visit if you're looking for the best experience with Samsung gadgets. This is the most beautiful place on Brigade Road thanks to its amazing display of a wide variety of all Samsung products with opportunities to experience them in a spacious and meticulously organized environment. After walking through the surrounding areas, you may be tired after all that walking, so this store offers beautiful spaces with a Starbucks inside as well as ample seating outside for you to unwind. The supportive staff are friendly and ready to explain only after requesting them to do so. However, we couldn't find staff to know details of bluetooth speakers. In addition, the model kitchen room was locked and failed to visit in spite of informing a staff nearby. Overall, it is a must visit place for people who appreciate good electronic gadgets and prospective buyers as well. I would like to visit again.

One of the best center in India.. The staff are really good here.. especially jibin who helped me out in every aspect, he helped with my father's scattered phone where they tranfered all the contacts and everything.actually the tab was broken and we couldn't transfer the data from my old tab to the new phone.. he also tried with service centre team and later tried with spen . unfortunately athat didn't help..then this smart boy got an otg cable and mouse and it worked .as a buisnessman ,my contacts are really important..he helped me with data transfer . Thankyou so much .. highly recommend place for purchase and experience.. and Jibin is the right person to go with.. thankyou so much .. we also went to normal cafe.. they get irritated after asking few questions itself..he was very kind and was happy to help me.. kudoos !!

Excellent Sales and service experience.. What impresses me is the fact that the Staff attend to your questions doubts even when approaching closing hours as well. Various sections and gaming experiences will enamour you, though currently restricted due to the pandemic. Parking is an issue around this establishment and I wonder why they haven't provided that facility to the public yet.

This is an amazing place i went there to see the wide-ranging samsung collection. The staff was very helpful. There is also a gaming section to your right soon as u enter the Opera House. They even have sets in the Opera House which shows u where samsung products can be used (like the kitchen, living room,etc.)

Situated on a prime location with many diverse products to choose from, this official Samsung store has helpful and empathetic staff/ sale reps. It also houses service centre and one can also shop premium brand products like JBL, Harman, etc. Unfortunately the store does not provide parking facility to its customers and one would have to find a public parking space in the vicinity.

Great place as it’s one of the biggest experience center for Samsung. It has all sorts of devices from phone to headsets, laptops, desktops, gaming setups with really great monitor. If you’re a Samsung fanatic you’ll find everything here at one place. The outside part is good as well as it’s has a garden sort of sitting area something similar to amphitheater and it’s kinda soothing in evening to sit there and have a peaceful time.

The store is one of a kind. Previously it was an old theatre which is now rented by Samsung. More interesting is its history of how the place was under litigation before being rented out to Samsung. It is two storeyed. Mainly displays screen devices like phones, tabs, TVs and monitors. And little bit of fridge washing machine etc. I was astonished to hear its whopping rent which amounts to about 3 to 4 crores per year😲.

It was 4/6/23 Sunday evening live music concert was going on . I joined the crowd then after just a few minutes there the band took audience to sky they were so energetic The singer had a beautiful voice.enjoyed the show
