Good place but the room charges are very high! Rooms are clean and very hygienic. Doors are with card system so you'll have complete privacy over here. The location of this hotel is excellent. You can explore everything near this hotel, literally like everything is available over there. Location of the hotel is the main criteria to stay over here. Staff is not so good. Reception people are very polite and disciplined. Had good stay over here!

Nice and Ambient hotel for a quick stay. Do not expect a dedicated restaurant or coffee shop. The staff can get you a meal delivered in case you do not wish to go out. The location is excellent with all sort of connectivity available to all corners of the city via multiple modes.

This is the second time we are staying at this hotel. 1st time was good. But today, they are not providing keys to room. No towels. No soaps. The whole room was filled with cigerette smell. Everytime we have to call the reception to enter into our rooms. Not providing access cards or key. Very inconvenient.

Horrible customer service We had pre booked the hotel for 4 people and we canceled it later after it showed on the website that we had refund and when we asked for our money back they refused by postponing the refund and when we called them they blocked us, and the customer service is horrible if u want to reach out to one particular person they’ll keep saying they don’t have him in the office. We reached to 2 people Sanjay and Haresh , and in the end they said we are getting no money back.

This hotel is the worst hotel of my lifetime. The hotel is not cleaned at all . A sudden hygiene inspection has to be conducted. The towels not provided. No soap no toiletries. The lobby not clean the reception fellow was drunk . He gave me master key because the key didn’t go through. I think avoid this hotel.

There was no option for zero stars, thats is why rating it one star. The staff are absolutely unaware of hotel ethics. We were not given drinking water, was said it was chargeable. No water in bathroom , No parking facility. Literally overcharged for suite room, which turned out to be a small room with two beds.

Goodness me, talk about a hotel that doesn't deserve its rating or the outrageous prices being charged for a room. The staff are totally disinterested (that's not overstating it), the management represented by a business card on the reception counter, the room was shocking (see my pictures) - dirty, unkempt, marked, chairs ripped and/or stained, filthy windows, bathroom exhaust fan was taped over because it didn't work, stained (greyish/yellowing sheets), no toilet paper, marked ceiling above the bed, filthy fan above the bed, dangerous access to the hotel (staff showed no interest in helping us across the drain or with our bags - just looked at us blankly). Summary? The hotel is not as they depict nor at the grading they charge - interestingly their rates have dropped dramatically since we stayed, to around 1-1,500INR, where it belongs. Disgraceful in my opinion and to be avoided. Do not expect all the services they list to exist or be available.

Room doesn't hav proper water supply It stinks N more over late services v hav to call 5-6 times N while booking v hav to wait for 20 mins even aftr booking in advance Usually I was regularly n they used to take 1400 for 12 hours n now all of a sudden they are like 1800 which isn't worth playing

Worst experience. Anything you expect a hotel to have, this hotel will not have it. No towels, no water bottles in the room, no glasses, no proper parking….definitely not a good attitude to help solve the customers problem. Their answer is- the world does it, we don’t….so deal with it.

The staff is nkt co operative, there were coakroaches in the washroom. We were assured for early check in priorly but they dint give us room in the morning where our sleep got disturbed. Overall would not recommend anybody to stay. Our rooms were on fourth floor where as the lift was not working at all. Very unprofesional and bad overall

Stayed here for 2 nights/ days. We were 3 adults, so chose a Deluxe room with an extra bed. No problem with hot water, TV, AC. Always available. The Deluxe room is spacious for max 3 people stay. They also have smaller rooms for a couple stay. The ambience is okay, felt safe during the stay. When we asked for water - they did provide us the first bottle which was sealed. Next time they provided us with a bottle of water which was not sealed. We were not comfortable with it and we just ignored it. I suggest the management to keep a Kettle in rooms, as people may need Hot water to drink during the stay.

We have recently stayed in this hotel...i wish there is a option to give less than 1 star....hotel rooms is as big as maruti alto...rooms smell like as someone has recently smoked in the room....rooms are as clean as intentions of politicians....they should change the name of hotel to lodge...zero service zero in everything whichever possible....last but not least point they even don't have any service boy...you have to carry your own luggage

Worst experience ever. I booked the entire hotel for my brother's wedding. Paid him half the price in advance. On the marriage day ..when I am already packed with so much other stress, he called me and demanded the remaining balance before checking in my relatives who already arrived tired after 6 hr bus journey for the marriage. I had the most stressful and worst experience with Harish. I don't recommend trusting this guy for big occasions..
