Regret staying at this hostel. Very bad staff , uncomfortable stay. 1. They are having some maintenance work at the hostel and which starts at 9 am in the morning to 7 pm in the evening. Drilling goes on very badly throughout the stay , you can't even talk to someone on the phone. Also in the garden area the labour keeps on throwing the dust and it's highly uncomfortable. 2. The guy in reception is very bad . He is non cooperating , doesn't help and is stubborn. 3. They don't have a basic first aid kit , i twisted my ankle there ,they didn't have a basic first aid kit. 4. Lockers don't have keys and are very small The lockers there don't have keys ,plus half of the lockers are broken and the lockers which are okay are very small. 5. Bad staff - no proper cleaning staff and they also say that they clean the washroom once a day , my washroom was dirty. In the end it was my mistake staying here. It's very expensive too. They don't have basic manners of closing the hostel for 2-3 days when the drilling work is going on. Staying there was very uncomfortable. They should employ more professional staff and should thought about the cleanliness of the hostel. Very very very BAD

Before joining I was told the bathroom floor will always be dry and clean. After joining I realized most of the time even bathroom seats were not clean. After asking them to clean a couple of times it was done. Once when there was no water, one person from management team told me to adjust for one night and buy from outside. I told him that its difficult for everyone to do so and it 'll produce too many plastics, and hence he can arrange a water can considering the rent we are paying. After 2 minutes I got a call from another person in the management team and she started yelling at me that I was owed only a cot and bed and everything else are freely arranged and that I can leave the hostel if I cant adjust and that water will be arranged(exactly what I just asked). She made it look as if the mistake was on me and what I asked was unjust. Conclusion: Not good for long term stay like more than a couple of days. Fine if u are gonna stay for a couple of days for travelling. Advice to management: Before shouting at someone make sure you didnt misunderstand the person so that u can avoid shouting at them randomly and affecting their peace.

Had a very pleasant experience. Got a nice private room with a garden view. The garden by itself was very beautiful. The people working there are very easy to talk to. And so are the other guests. The place is located at a very convenient location. You are just 2 mins walk from the metro station. You have different food and coffee outlets and restaurants within a kilometre radius. The hotel also has a kitchen and other amenities. I haven't travelled much but if in Bengaluru, this might be the good stay you are looking for.

A beautiful place to stay for cheap in indiranagar Bangalore. Best location to stay. Well maintained and we can cook our own food. Hosts are welcoming. Beds are cozy and comfortable. Indiranagar metro is in walkable distance. The ambience is lovely. Toilets are well maintained. Over all a good place to stay in Bangalore

Had a good time staying here. Price is slightly higher than other hostels but it's worth it. Hygenic place inside out. Double beds were also properly fixed to the walls to avoid any disturbance due to unlikely movements of other guest. Would like to visit again!!

I didn't stay here. I was here on behalf of my sister. The hospitality is top notch. Kudos to that. I used the common area for work related calls. The internet is super fast. Special thanks for the support provided by the lady at the reception (Sorry! forgot to ask her name). Definitely recommending to all those looking for a stay around Indiranagar.

Nice hostel, staff is really helpful and friendly. Hostel is in good location with almost everything at walking distance and also has high speed internet. I stayed here during their maintenance period, the manager and staff was really helpful with best possible alternatives for any inconveniences caused without causing any major interruptions in the stay. Would definitely recommend.

I booked 1 bed in a female dorm for a night stay. Clean rooms with soft beds/pillows. Separate charging port and lights for each bed. They also provided curtains for each bunker. Overall a good luxury stay.

I travelled solo to Bengaluru and stayed at Woke Indiranagar. It was undoubtedly my best decision to stay here. The hostel is actually little expensive when compared to other hostels like Zostel nearby but this surely has a good vibe. The manager is polite and helpful. The co-travellers were good and overall they have a good ambiance and vibe here.

The location of the hostel is central and safe. But other then that it was a disappointment. We stayed there in the beginning of February and took a private room. The room was clean and there was a fan. Unfortunately it was impossible to sleep in the night because the room was downstairs next to the kitchen and common area and you could not sleep as long as other people didn’t leave the area, because they would keep watching a movie, chat or cook/wash in the kitchen. So sometimes I would be awake until 1-2Am. Same applies for the morning when you wake up of someone’s alarm at 5-6AM. The staff was terrible, there were two guys, who didn’t want to try to communicate with us and they were rather ignoring us completely. At some point you would ask them something and they would start to laugh in an impolite way. You can’t pay there with international card. Each time you pay cash they would not have change to pay you back and this way we completely forgot to ask for the rest of our money on our last day and they didn’t bother to pay us back either. We would not recommend anyone to go there as specially the staff is untrained and rude.

The location and building is very nice...the interior is also good and nice place to hangout and meet with people who work on different filed and are from different place area and country.... overall it's decent place .. Pro- clean room, nice bed, hangout are, location, locality , interior and support staff. Cons- need to little bit improvement in washroom over all is good but need to improve some what interior. Otherwise it's decent place to stay with affordable price ☺️

Good place to stay if you need to go to office. Cleanliness maintained very well but people staying here should not treat this like collage hostel. There are private room as well but that no worth money as you will find cheaper with included breakfast in other hotel. I gave only 3 star only because of attitude of reception guy which I didn't like. Even after asking to extend 1 day but he didn't booked and it was then booked by someone online. He didn't asked me to pay that time and I was under impression that I can pay on same day. So had to checkout from there.

Staying in dorms are my usual go to choice for travel. Woke gave me a waking surprise when I got to know that there's only one washroom for all the rooms (yes, including private rooms). There's another washroom all the way back in the garden that Im pretty sure no one will have the patience or the will to use. One ring to rule them all, one washroom to bathe them all. Location was the biggest high point, literally everything was at a walking distance which was the main reason I chose to stay at Woke. Ive stayed in other dorm-hostels and kinda felt that cleanliness could be better taken care of. The ambience n all is really good. If you're a traveller, then you'll mostly find corporate workforce on their laptops than touristy folks. It wasn't all that bad, I did enjoy my stay there, but the one toilet for all kinda had me thinking about health hazards.

The property and it's location is very good. The property manager, Jeffy, treats every customer very nicely. Deepu sometimes cook really good chicken as well

Didn't like the fact that there were common bathroom for males amd females . Even the staff was using the same washroom. It was a yuck feeling. The property is too small and though it looks pretty on the outside. Inside it feels filthy and very congested. Never gonna stay in a mix pg again. Il just stay woke.Just because western countries do it doesn't mean its right to have common washroom.please have some Indian sensibilities. नमस्ते.

Great place, great location and great team at woke. Would've loved to stay long but their idea of the place was for back packers and short duration travelers. Can't blame them either. A memorable stay indeed.

Lovely and a comfortable place to stay at. Get to meet a lot of new and interesting people and moreover the area has a lot to offer and has a decent connectivity with the metro station being nearby

Situated in Indiranagar, the location gives good vibes. I booked a deluxe double bedroom which was situated outside. The bathroom had a broken knob and there was no hot water. Personally I didn't feel the price was worth it.

I have been to quite a few hostels but I enjoyed here the most. The crowd is really good and the management is also really nice. Overall I got a really homely feeling here. There was no fuss about any basic amenities and I dont have any complaints.

I had a great stay at woke, the staff were great, the dorm rooms were good and the food I purchased was delicious. I forgot some sandals there, the staff were able to help me get them back after I had checked out and staying at another location very greatful 😁

I recently been to this beautiful place but it was fully packed ( unfortunately) Jeffi ( caretaker) is an amazing host with beautiful smile and is very welcoming Place is well decorated, have enough open space and having clean rooms and dorm Would love to visit this place again

Loved the ambience, the hosts are lovely and very welcoming! We can cook our own food also the available food is at affordable price. The place is very clean and neat. Recommend for a long stay in Bangalore.

Can't ask for anything better. Located centrally near shopping street, eateries, and metro station. Bed quality was nice, and I slept like a baby. The common area was open and ventilated. Staff was good and courteous. Bathroom hygiene can be improved. Will definitely stay here again when I visit Bangalore

Clean place with well maintained amenities. Great value for money. The location, although in the middle of Bengaluru City, is very peaceful.

Not for business people. There was no desk table or any table at all in the room. Only one tubelight. Also, the handle of shower was broken. There was no soap or bodywash in the bathroom. At 12 pm you cannot even order breakfast because it's late and you cannot even order lunch as it's too early.
