The rooms and the bathrooms are so neat and clean. We had requested for a early which they said would provide on availability basis and they did provide it. The staffs are so polite and helpful. The ambience if the room and the common area is also really good. The whole building is not very spacious but within the limited space they have done the interior designing really well. Would love to stay again.Its also very close to Chikpet, Majestic railway station and bus stand.

If you are looking for a safe place to stay for solo or group travelers, this is the best place. I feel very safe here. I strongly recommend it for solo travelers who are concerned about the safety of their belongings. The interior is very good. Food is also available. There is also a working area.

Gostops is in unique hostel type stay. Group of male or female can book online and accomodate room. It's also very good for solo travellers. The price affordable one too. The rooms are clean and good. There are also some Indore games available. Gostop is one stop for your stay.

It is awesome place to stay in the center of Bangalore. You get to meet people from various cities across India. There are 2 thoughtfully designed common areas to sit and relax. You could play games or watch a movie in the theater in there. Never a dull moment. The beds and the bathrooms are maintained very clean. So, if you are single and want to visit Bangalore, this is the place to stay. Anand at the lobby is a really nice and friendly guy to help you out.

Their positive reviews are a fraud and the pictures they have posted of working in scenic views are a fraud as well. It is a concrete dumpster right outside those pretty outdoor workspace pictures they have posted. A big group of guests checks in at three am in the night and their house help does not stop them from gossiping, disturbing the very few hours of sleep anyone can obtain in this place. The bathroom light and room light switches are located right next to one another, ensuring guests frequently turn on the bright room lights at night, ensuring no one in the upper berth of the bunk bed can obtain any sleep. The bathroom flush did not work. Emailing them for any concerns did not yield any response. The email was done on the first night of my three night stay. They like to show themselves as hip and cool, but it is a horrid, lifeless place. Never ever coming here again.

What I liked: - The beds are nice and wide. - The location is awesome. What I didn't like: - Receptionist is snobby - they force you to install some invasive app just to get access to the room (door won't unlock without the app). This is basically a SCAM. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Restroom is neat and clean but they're cleaning it once a day only. This is not enough for a room of 8 members. 2. Their wifi limit is 2 GB alone. 3. Bike parking is limited. 4. Food is very expensive and outside food is not allowed. Verdict I highly recommend this hostel if you travel alone or with friends. You'll feel a cozy stay there.

My Fav hostel in Bangalore located very close to Majestic Bus Stand. Affordable and clean stay this hostel offers. You will find all kind of eateries nearby and easy to commute everywhere since Majestic and metro station is also walkable. Common area and facilities are really good. BEN28470 February 16th Morning 4:30 reached Bengalore GoSTOPS and requested for early check-in on behalf of early check-in fees but receptionist has refused the request because they haven’t any SOP (Standard Operations Procedure) for early check- in. Which very annoying I have experienced in goSTOPS. I requested that morning 9AM I will have to leave the hostel for presentation so I have only few hours to take rest kindly provide me early access so I can take rest but they denied and offer me to sleep at common area But they haven’t access for turn of music in common area so the reception light is hitting me and mosquito are just kissing me while dancing on common area music. Thanks goSTOPS to experienced wonderful on 16th February 2024. Suggestion to make SOP for early check-in. There is more things I supposed to write but this is enough to explain all.

5 stars if you're a deep sleeper on a budget. The team and facility are great. Clean for a hostel. Even comfortable I feel. You meet nice people. It's just very noisy in this neighborhood, which I didn't know, so can be hard to sleep.

Worst hostel experience ever. Called them before booking to confirm if they’d let the six of us stay in a single dorm. Made the payment since they confirmed they would. But after we got here, they gave us excuses and we had to be put into 3 different rooms. We would have opted for other better options if this were the case. The reception wasn’t very friendly either. Disappointed.

Whats bad : Below average. 6 people in each room works out to be around 3500-4000 per room and with such a high ROI, you would expect atleast hygienic if not luxurious room accommodation. The bathrooms do not have sanitizers. The toilet paper is not there. They do not provide toiletries nor do they provide enough space to keep toliteries if there are six different people living. The commode area and the bath area are pretty close to one another. The bathrooms are supposed to be cleaned by either guests or staff regularly. They aren't. The AC in my room was leaking and it soaked my shoes and socks which were kept below it. Since I was staying for more than one day, Apparently the issue was noticed by the cleaning staff who had mopped the floor everyday but didn't care to fix the AC until I brought it to their notice. What's good : The beds seem clean and comfy. The AC works in all the rooms.

Loved my stay over here! Property is well maintained. Dorms are hygienic and spacious. The common rooms are quite fun, many games available. Location of the property is exactly in city centre with easy access to bus, train and metro.

Hi @gostops management team, My Booking ID - BEN25980. I am writing to the higher management of Gostops about the recent incident during my stay at Bengaluru Gostops on 3rd January 2024 at 9:45 am. On 1st January 2024, my partner and I(which you see through the given booking ID) checked in at Gostops Bengaluru. We had a comfortable stay from 1st to 2nd January as we were traveling the whole day and just came back to the room to sleep. Thinking that our private room was safe for a couple or for anyone who booked it for privacy. The next morning, which was the 3rd of January, around 6 am I went out(luckily) to drop off my partner at the metro station, and after dropping her off I came back to the room(room no.206) around 8 am and locked the door. After that, I went to bed and slept. My check-out time was 10 am and I set the alarm for 9:55 am to wake up and leave the room. But between 9:40 am to 9:945am, THE GOSTOPS STAFF ENTERED MY ROOM AND WOKE ME UP SAYING -"SIR AAPKA CHECK-OUT TIME HONE WALA HAI" and after saying this much he left without even realizing what he had done. Things where Bengaluru lacks under management:-1. I didn't receive a single call from reception. 2. There was no safety latch from inside for the guest's safety. Anyone in gostops with a door passcode can enter the room(like he entered my room) 3. If check-out time is 10 am, then the first reminder should be over the call and if guests are not responding then don't you think you could wait for 30 minutes and try to contact the guests by all means before breaking inside the room. 4. When I went down to let the manager know about this incident, THE RESPONSE FROM THEM MADE TERRIFIED, The response WAS -"Arey sir ye FIRST TIME(with a SMILE ON HIS FACE) nhi hai ''. That means this wasn't the first incident and management is least bothered to take action over this serious issue. 5. The problem is not the staff, the problem is the training(not properly given) and lack of communication between the manager and the staff. If the manager had given proper instructions to the staff, then this incident wouldn't have happened. 6. Upgrading to a digital lock is great, but not giving a precautionary lock from inside to the guest is a big safety factor, especially for a private room. This incident has made me terrified by imagining what if my partner(female) had been in the room(changing dress, using the washroom, etc) or worse case what if SHE had been alone in the room while I was out. This incident makes a really bad impression on your stay. When I told this incident to my partner, she was scared by listening to the manager's response. I expected you to take serious action against this.

I've been here for some time, and every time, I avoid talking about how bad the management is, but now it's like super bad. Gostosp messed up big time by getting rid of stuff like a fridge and microwave, making my stay all messed up and uncomfortable. It's so annoying when they take away important things without saying anything or giving any other options. I wouldn't tell anyone to stay at this hotel if they want a good and comfy place.

Had been staying here for a while and every time I just refrained from reviewing the inapt decision by the management but this time it's terrible. Gostosp has disappointed me greatly by removing basic amenities like a refrigerator and microwave, making my stay inconvenient and uncomfortable. It's frustrating when essential conveniences are taken away without any explanation or alternative provided. I would not recommend this hotel to others seeking a comfortable and well-equipped stay.

The room was small but good. You should go into the room for sleeping only. The bathroom is below average. It is just like a college hostel bathroom. The common room is good. Idli was very poor.

The property is fine located with in a market area. Alot South Indian restaurant available nearby. The cafe is good for only those who like ready to eat food at high price as they don't make anything fresh. The common areas are good and enjoyable if you get a like minded company.

My sister and I stayed here for 3 nights during June. It was our first time staying in a hostel kind of place, and it definitely exceeded our expectations!! The rooms are super clean and well maintained, the overall vibe of the place indeed deserves 5 stars!! The only con we felt is that the hostel is not that known to auto drivers in Bengaluru, so it was hard to navigate to and from the place. Probably a good landmark could be Gandhi Nagar Chicken County restaurant.

Good stay for people who travel alone or with a group of people. I stayed there for my work trip. I got a bed in a ladies AC dormitory of 6people. The bunk bed are provided which is kept neat. Charging points and fan, reading lights are available for each bed. Have a toilet which is also kept neat. Their security key to open dormitory doors find interesting. Have 24hrs food at their cafeteria. Common places also seems good.

I stay here for 4 days last week, everything is ok but one thing is very worst that the receptionist and room cleaner guys don't even have proper coordination, actually i had a plan for late check-out and i even pay for that already,after that i went outside for some time, then those cleaning guys came and they collected my luggage(even opened my locker) without informing me in advance and once i return back and i questioned them, they are blaming each other. So if you are having any precious things in your luggage then it will be at high risk.

Good hotel with a great concept! As I've mentioned before, bangalore never misses to surprise me! Cheap stay like dorm where you don't need to stay in a room for a longer period of time and just need it for rest, having a common area where all people can be together and create some memories (who are complete strangers) in hotel food facilities which is also not very expensive though the quality can be increased! Very good concept of door key Operating with phone after downloading an app but then again at the same time it should be more quick, it almost took half an hour for me to just check in! Though the experience was great!

I strongly recommend this place to try once. Pretty decent and unique ambience. One of the awesome things here is they have a movie theatre room. And stay feels like u r in an old-fashioned hotel with wooden work everywhere. As they started pretty recently still few things need to improve.
