But due to some medical emergency, we couldn't go with plan, but when contacted the customer care, they are not ready to listen, nor did they know English to communicate to them and are rude and cutting the calls, referring that... I booked tickets to Trek at 4am in the morning for Monday 6 June, 2022. But due to some medical emergency, we couldn't go with plan, but when contacted the customer care, they are not ready to listen, nor did they know English to communicate to them and are rude and cutting the calls, referring that refund can't be initiated after 24 hours of booking. But as per the timings of booking and cancelling we did not book the tickets 24 hours prior to trek l, so how can I cancel the tickets prior 24 hours? I don't understand the concept of cancellation if a person has booked and is cancelling the same day itself. And if it's the 24 hour policy then the trek booking should be closed 24 hours prior.

Today I had been to antharagange and realised they are Looting money in the name of trek. A bunch of trekkers made a scene out of this and called cops where they had to let the entire group for free and they also refunded the money for the group. They are charging way too much 492 per head on a weekend just to climb a mountain and in return a trekker gets nothing instead if I go to PVR i get 3 hours of movie and a pizza in that money. They are making 147600 in just one day of a weekend with 2 slots of just one moutain.... Imagine how much they make in rest 29 days of month from all 10 mountains around Bangalore (in crores). Simply looting hard earned money of people. It's understood if services are provided and investment is done. These looters are using mother nature and making free money out of it. Mountains like kumara parvata and kudremukha also don't charge this much.

I went to Bandaje falls, the owner of durga stores in sunkasale said that the forest department officials will come and issue the tickets only on weekends and in weekdays he will give the tickets.I had gone alone he told the route to reach the falls and said that he will give the ticket once I came back from there. After completing my trek I came back and he asked 250₹, as I am a student I said I will pay 125₹ as mentioned in website to which he said that only students up to class 12th are eligible to claim the student concession. Finally he took 180₹ and he didn’t gave any ticket. I kindly request forest department officials respected rangers and DFO to look into this matter and prevent these kind of activities in future.

Drove down to Antargange, for a leisurely sunday morning with family.. Only to be told by a few plain clothed forest gaurds that there is a online entry ticket of 400 Rs. per Adult and 250 Rs. for kids.. All this to see a couple of rock caves???.. For whose benefit is this loot going on?? To compare, even Taj Mahal, one of the 7 wonders charges Rs. 50 for Indian citizens... Are Karnataka Tourist spots only meant for the filthy rich??.. Even some of our best national parks like Nagarhole and Kudremukha charge far less... what a waste of an entire day

I booked a permit for the Savandurga trek at 7am, and arrived there at 8:30am. On arrive, I was informed that you *must* arrive by 6am to enter, so we were turned away. This was never made clear on the website, and it should have rejected a booking attempt made at 7am. I've contacted Karnataka Eco-Tourism by email to get a refund, but haven't received any response. The person on the phone couldn't do anything either.

Wonderful experience trekking on a Sunday. The rocks and boulders are challenging. Wear good trekking shoes and carry your own food and water. It's moderately difficult terrain but the view at the top is awesome.

Tasty and hygeneic food. Large seating and parking spaces. Reasonably priced. They offer discount too if the group is big in number.

I am Ajay kumar M from Chitradurga, our group of 5 members visited the ballalarayana durga fort which is on the way of bandajje falls on 01/08/2021. The guide he belongs to forest department his name is Mr.Danush collected the amount of 125 rupee per head and he didn't gave the receipt. So we asked for a receipt. He told that the receipt will come to your whatsapp number and he collected my whatsupp number also. But till now I didn't get any receipt for which I paid. On 01/08/2021 including us many tourists were came to ballalarayana durga, but not even a single tourist got the receipt. So authorites related to that place take the action.
