My recent experience with Zahrat albitnan was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional, and I strongly advise all potential guests to avoid making a reservation at this establishment. Despite being regular customers who have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past, we were met with a complete lack of regard and professionalism from the staff. Upon arrival, despite having a confirmed reservation, we were refused entry with no satisfactory explanation or solution offered. Our attempts to resolve the issue with the hotel were met with further obstruction and an unwillingness to make reasonable adjustments. This behavior was disrespectful and demonstrated a clear lack of consideration for our situation. As a result of our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to others. Potential guests should look elsewhere for a more professional, reliable, and accommodating option. It is simply not worth the risk of dealing with such unprofessional behavior and poor customer service.

Located just near the fort in city(perfect location),the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality.The hotel owner Mr.Mukesh is very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay.The staffs were very helpful.The hotel provides u almost every facilities from good rooms to desert safari,jeep safari,camel safari and tent stay. The rooftop cafeteria of hotel was great.wen i say food was great(i mean it :))Overall experience was awesome.I'll recommend dis hotel to every couple and families:). You wont regret,just be there:)

Hotel was clean , room service wasn’t unfortunately. I kept to see if the clean the room floor for one month, but nothing happened. They don’t know what dose mean customer service. Some one work at the front office was act like in-professional. I have been told he is the owner unfortunately. He make a joke about one guest front of me , he thought I will laugh . But as he done that front of me about someone else, he will do the same about me behind me . I have asked for fridge during my stay and no action or response at all . Food was great , but I guess they need to change the menu every couple of days. I have been there for one month and the food was the same . Ashraf, Atef , those two guys was so friendly. You have to watch your laundry, they lost my T-shirt and the guy who work there keep mentioning “ I didn’t see it “ instead of apologizing. One more un-Professional step .

I made a reservation by phone two days before I come, and I call them the same day of arrival to confirm the reservation and they confirm, but unfortunately when I arrived to the hotel they told me there is no reservations and the hotel full! The person who work at reception at night was very friendly and helpful!

Hotel zahrat Al-batnan is too Good. Staff management is too cooperative... I recommend everyone who want to stay in Benghazi must go to that hotel... thanks for everything management hotel Zahrat Al-batnan😍

Rooms are very poorly furnished, very narrow. No chairs, no drinking water.. So you have only 2 options : sleep or use the WC

It's not five stars it's not great place the stuff is okay but the management is bad very bad
