I happen to walk in with out an appointment at about 2:30 pm on a Sunday. My stylist was very kind and informative. Her name was Gee or Gia. I have had trouble with my shampoos giving me itchy scalp. After my hair cut she walked me through the products and explained to me how it will nourish my hair. I haven’t had a stylist cut my hair in a while, she listened to what I wanted and helped me to clean up some old dead hair. I really appreciate her and I will definitely make a on online appointment to see her again. I’m so glad I stopped in. My hair feels so light and healthy already. 💗

Older short lady with colored hair, rushed my sons haircuts (×2) & decided to do what she wanted. They looked way worse than when we arrived. I told her not too short and yet she was arguing w/me about clip #'s. It took a lot of sweets & love for my boys to like me again. This is why cosmetology licenses should not be obtained online? 😳

Wait was okay. 10-15 minutes after our appointment. The ladies there were kind and great with my twins. Would return 10/10

I scheduled an appointment online and walked in. The lady led me to the haircut chair. It was filthy and still had hair on the chair and floor from the previous cut. I asked the lady if she could clean it. She blew it with the blow dryer for like 2 seconds. Check out the camera footage if the store has it. I asked her if they disinfect and she said she forgot and went some where to get some disinfecfant...she then sprayed it down. The photos are after she blew it.

The stylist Karina provided very nice professional job. The best haircuts and colors. Always recommended best shampoo and other products. Thank you, Karina!🥰

Highly recommend this business. Carina is the BEST! Very professional, her bay is immaculately clean, the tools of her trade are on display in a very organized fashion. She is very skilled at her craft, and she is so cool! Super friendly and easy to talk to. Request her you won’t regret it!

Beware!!! Over the past two years I went there only twice to get a haircut.. When I was there last, I had forgotten what happened to me previously, but when I was at the register paying, she double charged me again and then I remembered that this happened to me before. While I was putting in my credit card, she quickly changed the amount and added the same amount twice to my charge. Luckily I saw it and asked her why I have been charged twice. She then said, that I must have added the double charge on my end while i was putting in my credit card pin. I knew that this in not possible and thought that she must have done it on purpose. She then took a long time trying to fix the problem which she couldn't without calling on the manager. This business has lost my trust and I now found a great hairdresser for the same price at Best Cuts in Benicia. Please always get the receipt and take a look at it and/or check your bank statement to make sure this didn't happen to you.

The person in charge seemed very rushed, she spoke very fast was kind of hard to understand. Then she cut my hair and I kept telling her to take more off but she didn't as there were peoplecwsiting and she was rushing. I ended up having to go back in there 4 times bafore she could fix my hair bybtaking more off. I may go back there again, but I will not want the same stylist; communication was difficult, could have been the masks.

Elaina was very nice and quick. I got a very relaxing shampoo with a hot towel on my face and a quick and clean combover haircut. I walked in without an appointment and was in and out in less than half an hour.

Jeree took care of my hair today while explaining everything clearly. She answered all the questions I had and made sure everything I asked for was taken care of!

I can always count on Elena to do a fantastic job and I love being able to schedule on the app! So convenient!
