Three
stars
because
the
massage
therapist
did
fantastic
work.
My
girlfriend
and
I
dropped
in
for
a
90
minute
massage
each
(not
a
couple's
massage).
We
were
put
in
the
same
room,
which
was
no
problem.
After
the
massage,
I
was
still
getting
dressed
in
the
room
while
my
therapist
walked
in
to
change
the
bedding,
so
I
tipped
her
$40
right
then.
My
girlfriend
was
up
front
paying
at
the
time.
The
lady
at
the
front
desk
started
asking
about
how
much
I
tipped
my
therapist
while
my
girlfriend
was
squaring
up.
As
my
girlfriend
was
attempting
to
tip
$25
to
her
therapist,
the
lady
at
the
front
desk
said
something
to
my
girlfriend
to
the
effect
of
"No
you
should
tip
$40
too,
since
he
tipped
$40
and
the
girls
work
together...
"
So
if
you
go
here,
be
prepared
to
get
shaken
down
for
some
extra
money
on
the
way
out.
This
is
so
even
if
you're
attempting
to
tip
25%,
which
was
the
case
with
my
girlfriend
in
this
situation.
The
front
desk
lady
seems
obsessed
with
workers
being
tipped,
but
doesn't
even
seem
to
recognize
them
and
say
hello
or
make
eye
contact
with
the
therapists
as
they
are
walking
back
and
forth.
Of
course
this
could
be
a
cultural
difference,
but
you'd
think
someone
who
was
advocating
so
much
for
her
fellow
workers
would
also
show
kindness
through
body
language
etc.
I
once
asked
for
my
therapist's
name,
so
that
I
can
request
her
again,
and
the
front
desk
lady
said
that
they
don't
share
their
names.
Again...
rather
peculiar
behavior
which
calls
me
to
question
the
business
practices
in
general.
Unfortunately,
I
will
not
be
going
to
Yan's
massage
again,
which
is
a
shame
because
the
therapist
did
fantastic
work,
and
I
appreciated
the
convenience
of
being
able
to
get
a
massage
as
a
drop
in
or
same-day
appointment.
If
you're
OK
with
these
business
practices,
then
you
can
get
a
great
massage
from
fantastic
therapists
there.
