First time at a Wing Stop, so not sure if my sandwich was made correctly. I was surprised to see that there was no Mayo or spread on the bun. Just chicken and 4 slices of pickles. The fries were very dark/overcooked. The children was fairly tasty, but boring. I had to ask how much longer for my order, and the employee peeked around the corner and grabbed my bag of food. Not sure how long it was sitting there. The employees might need to be a little more attentive. Also, waited about 5 minutes while he was on the phone before I could place my order. This place could use some help. Not sure I’ll go back.

Ordered luisiana rub, wings barely cooked, , not crispy at all, almost no rub at all and its swimming in oil, wth is this? No rub, extra oil. Never going back this location, should have know benicia would mess up food like this

Order a chicken sando. Got back to the house and notice the bun was hard as a rock and the top one was normal. There no way they didn’t know the bun was no good. If I was the owner I’d definitely be hiring new cooks. Last time I’m going there, i should have read the reviews first.

I placed an order through Doordash for 20 wings with 2 sides of fries and dips. The whole order came out to be over $70 with tip. I was in a big hurry to feed 3 kids after work so didn't mind the price at this point. We waited about 40 minutes when I got a message saying our order had been canceled by the driver. When I called the Benicia store, a young employee told me that he let another driver take our food which was the wrong order! I was very upset because I have my kids to feed and all the employee could do was apologize and then tell me it would be another 20+ minutes if I placed another order because they were very busy. I was in too much of a hurry to get my kids properly fed to complain to a manager. I told the employee that I would never be ordering from them again. I did get a refund as a credit on the Doordash app, but I was disappointed at the lack of customer service by the employee at the Benicia wingstop. I don't like giving negative reviews, but this affected my family getting fed after a very long day. I would not recommend the Wingstop at Benicia and will never order from there again.

I love WingStop and that’s why I’m so disappointed. The Benicia WingStop is the worst location. I’ve been to many others and never had any issues. I’ve been to Benicia 3 times and all three visits were horrible especially this latest one. They don’t like to answer their phones. I called the store on my way home from work and they never picked up the phone. Just as an experiment, I decided to stay on the phone and go to the store and place my order. Finished my order in person and received my order and I was still on hold. Over 50 minutes and I’m in there watching and they had plenty of opportunity to answer the phone. I’m looking up while waiting and there is a sign there that says “Call Ahead”. At one point there were no other customers inside the store and yet they refuse to pick up the phone! What a joke. I even watched 2 other customers come in and leave because nobody came out to take their order. I get in the car and look at my order and to my dismay, my order was wrong. Again, what a joke.

Ordered online.. twice .. and the staff is inattentive to requests. I asked for well done on both occasions and neither order was cooked correctly. I have not attended in person but I will take my business back to the Vallejo franchise..

Went today and had the best Wing Stop meal I've ever had before. I changed it up and went with the Hickory Barbeque sauced Chicken Sandwich and it was the best thing ever! I gotta say you guys killed it today! 👊 👍

Dry frys. This place needs a little metal dinger, it's understaffed, therefore the girl today at least was very inattentive and snappy, to my mother not cool. Had convos with other patient irritated waiting customers. I said veggie sticks too, with no confirmation my combo lost its fries and i had to buy 5$ tasteless over cooked fries, i want soft and flavorful. I said i wasn't going to argue, jeez huh, stand by that empty seasoning. No.
