I
placed
an
order
through
Doordash
for
20
wings
with
2
sides
of
fries
and
dips.
The
whole
order
came
out
to
be
over
$70
with
tip.
I
was
in
a
big
hurry
to
feed
3
kids
after
work
so
didn't
mind
the
price
at
this
point.
We
waited
about
40
minutes
when
I
got
a
message
saying
our
order
had
been
canceled
by
the
driver.
When
I
called
the
Benicia
store,
a
young
employee
told
me
that
he
let
another
driver
take
our
food
which
was
the
wrong
order!
I
was
very
upset
because
I
have
my
kids
to
feed
and
all
the
employee
could
do
was
apologize
and
then
tell
me
it
would
be
another
20+
minutes
if
I
placed
another
order
because
they
were
very
busy.
I
was
in
too
much
of
a
hurry
to
get
my
kids
properly
fed
to
complain
to
a
manager.
I
told
the
employee
that
I
would
never
be
ordering
from
them
again.
I
did
get
a
refund
as
a
credit
on
the
Doordash
app,
but
I
was
disappointed
at
the
lack
of
customer
service
by
the
employee
at
the
Benicia
wingstop.
I
don't
like
giving
negative
reviews,
but
this
affected
my
family
getting
fed
after
a
very
long
day.
I
would
not
recommend
the
Wingstop
at
Benicia
and
will
never
order
from
there
again.
