The recent refurb has really updated this hotel. Rooms are not very big, but beds are very comfortable, bathrooms are large with a great shower. Staff were perfect with rooms cleaned daily to a high standard, good choice and quality of food at breakfast, where again the staff were excellent. If you want to visit the new town strip or beach it's in a great location too. It's hard to find fault with anything, and I really enjoyed my stay with in room fridge and kettle the icing on the cake.

I would like to pass on my sincere thanks to the staff for the help and assistance they gave to my wife on her recent stay. Unfortunately after only a few days into their holiday my wife’s sister fell and broke her femur. The consideration and help that my wife received was a great comfort to her in a very distressing situation and very much appreciated. She also has nothing but praise for every aspect of this hotel. Couldnt find a fault with this hotel. Excellent staff,plenty of night entertainment, beer is only 2euro for a pint of Estrella? Nice snacks,really cheap. Rooms are perfect, cleaned everyday. We here at a quite busy time and despite people getting up before breakfast!!!,you can come down after dinner,plenty of sunbeds.

Stayed here before and loved it, but after a recent visit, we've noticed a distinct drop in standard's. The food was as always excellent ,the rooms spotless the cleaners and reception staff were lovely but those working behind the bar and the maitre de were miserable not a smile between them we will probably be looking at alternatives for our next visit to Benidorm

There is absolutely nothing negative I can say about the Presidente Hotel. The hotel itself is pure luxury from the restaurant to the hotel room. The staff work constantly to uphold the standards of cleanliness one would expect from a four star hotel. However I really want to commend the reception staff and in particular Laura. Unfortunately my husband had a heart attack whilst staying in the hotel two weeks ago. Laura went above and beyond in helping me navigate what was a very stressful time. The kindness from Laura Amanda and Samuel is something I will never forget and I can’t thank them enough. The Presidente Hotel should be very proud of these staff for the amazing job they do and treating their guests in such a compassionate way when needed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is coming to Benidorm and I hope to return very soon. Thank you.

There's nothing to drink with the evening meal unless pay for the drink, there's no tea or coffee in the room unless you pay extra,there's no glasses in the room we had to buy 2 from the supermarket you also have to pay extra to use the room safe, the hotel itself is not too bad the food is brilliant to suit all tastes. Would l stay here again?.probably not. Our room was over looking the rooftops of old and decapitated restaurants and bars.

Funky elevators. Sometimes in shade at the pool area. Room fine but sometimes missing a soap or shampoo. Food good choices especially the breakfast. I would revisit.

Stayed at Hotel Presidente over Christmas. The hotel looks very nice as you walk into the main reception and the location is absolutely perfect The pool area was very clean and the outdoor pool is heated which is a massive bonus. The pool got cleaned and sunbeds hosed down every night Rooms were small but generally tidy, did find a few dirty tissues under my mattress but we were in Benidorm. I did also have a man trying to get into my room at 3.30am and banging on the door for 15 minutes. He wasn't wearing any clothes and was from the room next door and had got the wrong room. House keeping would also just walk into your room at 9am without any warning Christmas morning I was woken up early by reception calling my phone to tell me I needed to move a towel off my balcony so they could take a picture of the hotel. The half board was a bit of a joke to be honest. Breakfast was 8am - 10am so we were never getting up for breakfast so were doing lunch or evening meal instead. One day neither of us went for breakfast, only one of us went for lunch but then we were told that both of us would have to pay to get into the evening meal. I was trying to explain to the girl in the restaurant (Estefania) but she would not accept it and she was the only member of staff in the hotel that really let the place down. The food was hit and miss in there anyway. Some days it was really nice and other days it was cold. The same girl spoke to us like s**t a couple of days later for sitting on a disabled table by accident so we just decided to eat out every day after that Decent hotel and a lot of people say it's the best in Benidorm. If it is the best in Benidorm then the others can't be great. Considering this is a 4* hotel at times it felt like I was on a school trip rather than in a nice hotel

Holiday was great, hotel very comfortable, staff very helpful & friendly. Food was delicious with a very excellent range to choose from. The restaurant bar had a very good selection of wines to accompany meals. Brilliant location, hotel bar well stocked but we found a Soul bar 3B48 up Calle Ibiza, fantastic place 🎵🎸🎷🎤

Great Hotel, lovely modern rooms and pool area. Refurbished to a high standard, immaculately clean. We've chosen full board again for our second visit to this Hotel and the food selection and quality is of a high standard.

The Hotel President is beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. The waiter and bingo compare are both fantastic staff. Had bacon and cheese baguette with chips and drinks and real bacon - fantastic.

Where to start. Lovely hotel and staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is cleaned every day. The food is nice for the price u pay. The brecfast is very nice.a lot of selection of food 👌swimming pool is very clean. would recommend this to any one .if I did come back here would stay here again. Lovely immaculate hotel.Rooms are very nice and modern. We booked room and breakfast for our stay.Breakfast had all the choices you would expect. Staff are all hard working and very friendly. The hotel reception staff was excellent nothing was too much trouble for them to assist us with. The bar drink and food prices are really reasonable and both well worth a try.(burger and nachos pictured) We would definitely use this hotel again.

Lovely hotel. Most of the staff are really friendly and helpful. Rooms are a good size beds comfy. Pool area lovely and also the food. Drinks in the hotel entertainment room a bit pricey even with discount for guests but then it is open to the public too. Would definitely stay again.

Newly renovated, simple, clean modern. Great service. Beds are comfortable, easy walk to the beach. The shower in the room is amazing. Food is good,, large selection in the buffet.. And best of all the service is great, Cristian was extremely helpful with everything we asked, and he speaks perfect English.

This hotel is well worth the 4 star rating. The room is comfortable and the shower is the best shower I have ever used. We stayed half board the food was good enough but on a few occasion’s the hot food we chose was not hot enough. As a suggestion the management may consider having microwave ovens in the restaurant. Generally the hotel is a very good hotel. The surrounding area is not the most desirable, there are much nicer parts of Benidorm, but to reiterate the hotel is fantastic.

We stayed in the Presidente for 6 nights in April full board. We have stayed here before but this was our first time in a junior suite. The food is excellent, great choices at every meal, staff are very helpful and friendly, location is in the centre of the busy area where there are a lot of bars and discos.The room and balcony were very big , we were a bit disappointed that we didn’t have robes , slippers and proper wine glasses ( there were two paper cups in the bathroom ) .Having paid the extra for a junior suite we would have expected a few luxuries. We have stayed in junior suite’s in other hotels and these little extras are always provided. Also tea , coffee and milk were not replenished every day.. first day on arrival only, after that you must pay for it.

This is a lovely hotel ,room was nice,shower was good ,few things i found strange in a 4*superior hotel,there was no complimentary water in the room on arrival,dont expect it to be replenished but would have been nice after a long day travelling, if you wanted to use the coffee and tea for a week it cost another12 euro, we had our own but used the cups ,we didnt get clean cups for the duration of our hols, food was nice but got a bit repetitive. Could have done with some kind of afternoon entertainment in hotel as we had a quite a bit of rain . Sounds like complaints but really just suggestions .All in all we had a lovely stay .

We have just returned from this wonderful hotel 27th of March 2023. We found this hotel to be absolutely spotless. The rooms had everything we needed including a fridge, bidet, power rain shower, kettle and hair dryer. The food was amazing, they even made a cake for our friends birthday and the entertainment was fantastic. The bar gave discount for anyone staying at the hotel. It is close to all the action yet quiet when doors are closed. Beds were nice and big and very comfortable. Huge thank you to all the staff for making our stay so pleasant. We will be back 😁❤

Had a look at this hotel last night after someone had recommended the hotel. Very impressed when in the lobby and the bar, seen the pool area which was being cleaned. Sat on the terrace at the front and had a drink bar service was very good. Will be looking to book this hotel for our next trip to Benidorm.

The room was spot on cleaned every day staff very friendly and helpful and the food was spot on and it is right there in the heart of everything you need but still quiet enough at night would definitely stay again

Fantastic hotel, 5 -7 min walk from the beach, we had a pool view, so had the sun on balcony most of the day The food was excellent, and there were plenty of choices, the rooms spotless shower was divine. Staff were extremely helpful, and nothing was too much trouble Nightlife approx 10 min walk, will definitely be going back to this hotel next year Forgot to say has a games and TV room ,wifi is free with no problems, and 2 computers which are also free in the library Safe in room costs for 7 days was 20 euros

The location is fantastic and the quality of the Hotel is excellent. The Cabaret bar is probably one of the best around. We've been coming here for a few years now and particularly since the Hotel was refurbished in 2018 we wouldn't go to any other.

Nice hotel, great refurbishment, comfy bed and good storage for clothes. Good selection of food at breakfast and dinner, drink prices really reasonable and staff friendly and efficient

Everthing brilliant about this hotel apart from evening meals. Not enough choice, fod repeated at each station. Food that was available was good just not enough choice. We stayed there 5 night and ate out 3 evenings. If we stopped agian it would be bed and breakfast, this time that wasnt available when we booked.

No water in rooms, you have to buy your own.. Kettle but have to pay £12 if you want coffee/tea for the week. Food selection is very limited, I'm a vegetarian and could only eat salad for the time being there. Rooms ok. Entertainment in the club each night was very good. Misleading as it looked like a spa there and it's somewhere else. Room wasn't very clean on arrival.

Visited this hotel only for the entertainment. Took mum to see Tom Jones. (Sean ) Worst tom we have seen. Thought he would have at least tried to look like him. His elvis was slightly better , but again would have been better if he dressed a bit like him. It was really just a bloke singing his favourite songs. The next act Take That, was excellent, a great entertainer. Really enjoy himself. Loved the video on the background. And he was funny. Well done... would def go back to see him.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. We were half board, and the food was delish. The bar menu was nice, too. We were lucky to get sun loungers every day but go early to get them. Entertainment was excellent. All round good quality for money.

One of the best hotels in Benidorm for me! Absolutely gorgeous in side and very modern. Staff are friendly in every single part of the hotel. The rooms and balcony’s are beautiful. The breakfast was amazing with so much choice. The pool is pleasantly warm and has more than enough seating. The pool bar is also great with offers on from 12-8. I would recommend this hotel to anyone as it’s in the perfect location for all parts of Benidorm. Not much free street parking but I believe there is a car park on site.

Room and hotel very clean, Covid rules very strict, food good, full board limited selection as most only have evening meal , very good free Breakfast menu. Room supposed to be suitable for disabled, but for anyone confined to a wheelchair and not able to use their legs, tough, could not get wheel chair under sink, mirrors so high could not see in them, couldn't see what l was doing with hairdryer, asked for a shower stool, came very quickly, but child size, my husband had to lift me to get me off the toilet, as no disable bars on either side, I would advise anyone in a similar situation to insist on pictures of disabled rooms before they book, Parking right round the back of the hotel with no access directly to hotel. Otherwise the staff were all charming and helpful, very nicely furnished, but if you are really disabled look elsewhere T L Clifford sorry no pictures,

Awesome place to stay in. Not one thing to complain about. Dinner and breakfast with rich choices of food. Staff speaks fluent English. Best bed/mattress you could dream of. The bathroom even had a magnified mirror with led ring light. The sound isolation was also good (there were huge and loud parties at the street all night long but was quiet inside the room).

A well sited hotel not too distant from the main nightlife or beach front. Hotel is of a good quality with well presented rooms. Staff have all been friendly and approachable. If however you are a vegetarian like me be prepared for a disappointing offering or to seek special treatment and ask if chef can prepare something just for you. Whilst this is accommodating it makes you feel as though you are being awkward, surely at least one good vegetarian main could be supplied each meal!

This hotel is the best hotel in Benidorm. The staff are very professional and give service that goes the extra mile. This happens in all areas of the hotel. Nothing is too much trouble for them to help you enjoy your holiday . The food is excellent and served hot. The salad bar has a very large variety to choose from. The hotel is very clean and kept clean all day by the dedicated team of cleaners. Room's are large and again very clean. Everything in the bathroom is changed daily. We have been to this hotel before, and the standards never change. The outside terrace has a large swimming pool with jacuzzis and a pool bar. Also, there is plenty of entertainment as it has its own nightclub, Philippines 10. Excellent hotel run by amazing people. I am looking forward to our visit again in September this year.

Ok in every sense of the word but could so easily be one of the best hotels about if they sorted the food and entertainment.

Don't believe their best price guarantee, it's a lie. I paid considerably more than others staying at the same time. Riviera a better hotel and much nicer experience.

Excellent hotel, spotlessly clean, staff very polite,friendly and helpful. Food very good, plenty of choice . Restaurant had mobility badges on some of the tables closest to food service, very helpful 😊. The rooms were spacious with a balcony, the beds were amazing, nice and high 🥰. Bathroom had walk in shower . The bar area and lounge is large with live music being played in the evening ,the terrace outside is the perfect place for some people watching and is attended by waiters. Food is also served in these areas 🥰.The hotel also has an entertainment venue below the hotel which is accessible from inside the hotel ,from outside the hotel and from the Surprise Attack which is also part of the hotel . Entertainment is first class 🥰 .The large outside pool area ,also with bar serves food as well . The Presidente has a walkway for people with mobility issues and provides an area for scooters. I have in the Presidente before it was renovated and it was lovely then ,the refurb is amazing and I hope to be visiting again soon 🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟

Did not stay in the hotel but had lunch and also went to see the show one night. Both experiences were excellent. The Grestest Showman show was fab, as was the comedian Bright was his sir name. Overall a very good Hotel as far as I could see.

Had a great stay, rooms cleaned every day. Food very good. Pool area great, plenty of entertainment. Drinks very reasonable. Only slight negative is that if you like to go later to eat (both breakfast and dinner) food is scarce and staff are cleaning up. But would highly recommend the hotel and it's in a great location.

We just spent two week's here for my mum and dad's Wedding Anniversary, and had a fab time. Food was out of this world. Rooms where spotless and the location was great. Pool was a little bit cold 😱 But other than this everything was excellent 😊👌
