Lizzy was the the best, tiny amazing waitress. Very warm and loving personality. The meals were amazing,this is the place to be, lizzy made sure we were taken care of till we left. Her up selling skills are 5star. The restaurant is clean and the staff are amazing

We have never been so impressed by a restaurant in a long while, let alone a fast-food takeout! The food was divine, the chicken was succulent and juicy, the buns, tomato, and lettuce were crisp and fresh, and the sauce was to die for! I must say their prices are fantastic, 2 burgers for the price you'd usually pay for only 1, their garlic rolls are larger than you'd expect, and when last have you bought a buddy coke for only R16?! The staff were so friendly it's unbelievable, the biggest smiles and so much hospitality and punctuality. Well done management! The 10-15 min wait is nothing when I open my meal. Pedro's, you're going to see a lot of me in the future!

The food itself is absolutely amazing and I can't complain about anything there. The only problem however is that the drive thru takes forever. I was stuck in the drive thru for quite some time as people were waiting for their food and felt like I was never going to get out there. If they speed up the drive thru I can give a 5 star rating

Their food is tasty especially BBQ chicken, there is food for everyone. Service is superb with friendly staff and quick. Lot of people goes there.

Had to use another account to post another review and just like before they have blown me away! The food is fresh and super tasty, the service is on point with our friendly and punctual waitress Palesa , but the best part is their unbeatable prices! Where do 2 people eat great food with great portions and coldrinks for R107??? Well done Pedro's!!!

Don Pedro burger is always my go to when I am savagely hungry and the prices are really great! Food seems healthy enough too for fast food and a really eye catching interior makes it feel very fancy! Well done!

I must say, I was not an initial fan, however Pedros have proved to have great food, service and pricing. Value for money and I would certainly recommend. Fist impressions are not always correct. #5 star service indeed

The chicken is delicious. Some of the best I ever had. I always choose lemon and herb but the last time I ordered BBQ and that was fantastic 😁

Bought the two burger and chips combo. Taste is always on point. However, the garnish and sauce is way too much, thus messing up the burger. Drive-through lady who took my order was super friendly and helpful. She really seems to enjoy her job.

Came to eat grilled chicken with the order number 525 and told the lday please make chicken well cooked. And when we start eat chicken inside chicken was full of blood and it wasn't cooked the way I told them to make. The staff took back the chicken again and bring it back with the same story. On the same time another customer next to our table start yelling at the staff for bad food. Definitely will never go back. Had worse experience.

They're not punctual and customer friendly, don't adhere to opening time and let you wait without any explanation or remorse.... Poor customer satisfaction skills from my observations...

This now the second time that I have placed a order and emphatically requested that my order be well done . I even told the cashier I am prepared to wait for my meal to prepared well done. Just for me to arrive home and the fat on the chicken is still visible and the chicken not well cooked. Very disappointed by this type of service 😒. We pay for the meal and I expect to get what I ordered . Pedro's will not see me again.

We are very disappointed with the service of this takeaway restaurant. I waited nearly 30 mins for 2 burgers. It was a special for 2 burgers for R50. When we finally received the burgers we realized we were given only 1 burger made up of only bottom buns. I hope this branch does something about their service delivery and speed and quality of their food. Very disappointed. Will not be going back anytime soon.

Called through at 9am to place and order and while chatting to the cashier ensuring that the order was going be placed correctly, she put the phone down, called second time to place order at 9,20 for 10.20. Several time asked if it will be ready and was told yes, I was there at 10,20 and order was not ready. Manager told me 5 minutes but I waited for 20minutes. I placed a order for 13 chicken burgers and 2 veg burgers and 2x viva meals. Burgers was not done well. Veg burger was packed as chicken burgers. Viva meal chicken was not done full. This was for a function. Called the manager at the store inthe afternoon and was very rudely told that he madethe veg burgers, didn'even give me a chance to speak or hear me. Try to explain that this was in a separate packet and was not mixed with any other burgersbut still was not interested. Staff didn'even want tk hekp to carry my order to the car was just standingand looking until I asked for help. Very disappointed witservice and staff. If you cannot make it to do an order on time say that you can't. The chicken burgers was requested as basting but more it was dry. It was more about making a sale than good food and service.

I made a card payment and it refused to reflect on their machine, but my bank sent me confirmation that the payment did infact go through. A person named Givemore assured that the transaction would be reversed, but it has not. So I paid double the amount for my order. Will never visit again. Very disappointed

Unfortunately got there during loadshedding. Staff were very flustered and getting orders incorrect. Had placed an online order and when I got there was told it wasn't ready. As it was busy I could understand. Asked another lady behind the counter and she picked up a bag that was sitting packed and ready to go that was waiting before I got there. Hopefully under normal working conditions they are better but think the staff need some training for the loadshedding day. Food was still good though.

Very good value for money. Chicken paella incredibly tasty. Just a small complaint. The amount of sauce is inconsistent. First time loads of sauce second time hardly any sauce. Make sure they get your order right.

This is perfect place for my family to dine in. I also loved the service they gave me it was top class. I even asked to see the Manager he us a friendly guy. I enjoyed myself tonight, definitely I am coming back tomorrow for more.
