Nothing fancy about the restaurant itself but the food and service is always great

Peaceful and relaxing place. Very neat, clean and well kept. Friendly service and the owner caters to all requests. Salaah facility just next to the restaurant. The LM chicken is AMAZING! Best I've tasted yet. I give this 1 a 10/10. I suggest booking in advance on the weekend as they tend to get quite busy and have a small seating area. Overall it was a great experience.

Not the best seating arrangement and ambience. It is a home based kind of restaraunt and sure feels that way, however the food is really good. Then again as long as the food is good one can look past the atmosphere of the place in this case. Portuguese style prawns and chicken was really tasty, would eat here again.

Our visit to the Nabila's Place was our very first but certainly not our last. Adequate seating. Service was acceptable. Food ordered was divine.

Ordered a Toasted Cheese and Tomato - processed cheese,no flavour,refried or heated chips and 3 (not sure why) slices of dry bread barely toasted. If you fail at something this simple,definitely can't expect much from the rest of the menu.

This place is absolutely child friendly. Large garden so u can eat comfortably while ur kids run free in a safe environment and u can watch them. Total closed of and controlled gate. so no access to road. Food was lovely. We are praws and chicken. . Service was excellent. I don't go jhb often but this is a great alternative to the the crowded. mall's and fordsburg sqaure. Cant coment on the pricing Out Wonderful julie foi took us out for luch💗

Mozambique cuisine brought to SA! A lovely family run restaurant just outside Bedfordview. The decor is simple and the food freshly prepared & delicious. The menu is not extensive but the must try items will be the prawns & other seafood options. There are also delicious options for starters: pao (traditional Portuguese bread), cod fish cakes & prawn pieces. Seafood rice (paella) must be ordered a day in advance. The cost is below what is charged at most restaurants in Johannesburg. There are dining spaces inside and outside the restaurant. If you are looking for upmarket dining, this is not the place. But for a wholesome delicious meal served by friendly staff, Nabila's is for you!

An unassuming Mozambican family restaurant with incredible prawns (although I've heard great things about their seafood in general). It was just before they closed for December so only got to try the prawns with which were tender and flavourful, whether slathered in lemon butter or their peri peri sauce. The prawn rissoles were creamy and cheesy and came with a hot-but-in-a-good-way dip. You'll drive up to a closed gate, so if it doesn't open on arrival just call them.

The prawns were so scrumptious. The sauce its cooked in is so delicious. Highly recommend. Not a romantic setting, however the food makes up for lack of ambience.

I ordered a number of dishes at Nabila's Kitchen based on the online reviews. And while Nabila seems a lovely woman her cooking unfortunately isn't. I'm not a great cook but I could have cooked any of the multiple dishes we ordered, better. All my guests were dissapointed with the quality of the food, most of which we ended up throwing out.
