We had an awesome dinner at this Nandos. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Food looked and tasted delicious.

We ordered food for delivery, it's been almost 2 hours and we still never received our food, when you call the restaurant they never pick up their line!😡It's extremely frustrating, that they have such poor service! This is not what we expected from such a high ranking well known restaurant! Fast forward today 14th November 2021 this is the meal I got from delivery, the chips were laying in the delivery bag cause it leaked! How unhygienic! No extra package no storm outside to cause internal damage to my delivery and I ordered chicken with extra basting could they not add double packaging to not let this happen? Seriously it's frustrating. I've complained to customer care.

I know Nandos beyers park is fairly new but can you guys work on the consistency of your food .There’s a huge difference comparing to Nandos at eastrand Mall.I’m very disappointed by what I got today

Horrible service!!! I placed an order and was told it would be ready in 20min. I waited in my car and after about 15min went back inside. As I was waiting I notice this one employee checking order numbers of whites and indians and making special requests from the kitchen to fast track their orders. As I peeked through their slips they were way behind my order number... I ended up waiting about 35min extra

The chicken was burnt, no extra sauce, roll was very dry! Never see me again at this Nando.

Loved that the staff followed strict Covid protocols when we dined in. Food was served quite quickly even though they were very busy. A bit pricey but was worth it. Food was delicious!

I don't know why I feel this is the only Nandos that still holds the Nandos cooking up to Nandos standards. I would rather drive an extra 20 minutes to get Nandos here, the staff is friendly and boy their food is cooked well, no dry chicken, no dry chips... Please keep it up, I literally have a Nandos 5 minutes away from me but I WILL NEVER Go there anymore. They burn the chicken, who burns chicken? Okay I know there's people that do but Nandos bro? What a waste of money!! Our order didn't have the chips we paid for. The wedges were old and dry! Asked for no onion, got onion even though the slip said no onion. While I waited to collect order one kitchen lady used her mouth to tear the corner off a big packet of chilli spice! I asked her if she didn't have a scissors!! Her reply is she wasn't thinking. Most unhygienic I should have filmed it cos she had it in her mouth a while. 🤮😖 BOKSBURG BRANCH ATLAS Rd, Westwood Centre is awful!! Shame on you Nando's! ☹

The service and food is always so good. They are consistent in delivering well prepared meals. Keep it up, just try to be abit more accommodating when customers request special instructions, this will keep them coming back for more.

Nandos food has really gone down service was good but food pricing is also so out. Didn't enjoy the food. Chicken was so dry. .

I am quiet a regular. This evening was PATHETIC... SMAGILE instead off assisting about a veg option. Not only did she not know her menu she rudely walked away and just send another lady to help. Pathetic!!

Service was great and the food quality and taste amazing. Everything was nice and fresh, they are not stingy with the chips! Overall a very good experience. Definitely one of the top Nando's I will be back! 🤣

Re-fried chips which was dry. Flies flying all over us while we were trying to eat. Paprika flavor chicken was just a cold cup of sauce poured over the smallest piece of chicken I have ever seen. Terrible.

Absolutely no intention to speed things up. Staff all standing around talking with one guys at the till. After 5 minutes one of the guys decides to come open a second till. Don't bother with this place. Go try the new Pedro's or many other chicken shops that have opened and want your business.

Love the personal touch to check the order us prepared correct as per customer b4 handing it over eg. Extra saucy or spicing or with cheese..if not it's fixed THEN handed over. We were treated with respect,and we were given a value for our money ,I love it so much ,I don't mind driving there though I live across Nandos in Lakeside but I prefer where I'll still get that South African vibe and see more South Africans on the front line .

Really an amazing place to eat at. Food is really good and tastes amazing. Alot of different items on the menu to choose from. A wide range of flavours. There chicken is not the only thing that's good. There dessert and drinks are to die for. They have clean bathrooms and amazing service.

Sadly as nice as this Nando's is, it doesn't serve alcohol. Not because they can't obtain a license. It also doesn't have a drive thru. Nando's is supposed to be a Portuguese chicken style restaurant. It should have been sering both wine and beer but it doesn't.

If theres one thing i HATE it is to sit down at a STICKY table in a shop... we have moved 2 times already and it seems ALL the tables are sticky and dirty. Havent even received my food yet, and im already put off this place... 🤢 Ok received food... not really impressed... will stick to our branch in Alberton... Oh and did i mention they gave us "3people" 1 napkin to share... 🤣

We arrived at our hotel after dark and needed a quick and easy meal after a long day of travel. Nando’s was only a few blocks away, and it was the perfect choice. The half chicken was perfectly roasted and it was the spiciness we requested. The only issue was that there was a bit of a wait, but it was busy! After getting the yummy meal, we understand why.

Worst worst worst food I've ever had from a restaurant. As Nando's again fail to deliver quality. My pita had 2 pieces of chicken in, the pita was cold. The chips was cold and not even properly cooked. They didn't even bother to put my drinks in my order with my delivery. Someone at the counter is probably enjoying it. Will never buy from any Nando's again..

ORDERED FOOD AND IT WAS 2 HOURS LATE, PHONED THE DRIVER AND HE SHOUTED AT US! PHONED THE MANAGER AND HE SAID THAT HE WOULD SEND ME A MAIL TO REFUND OUR MONEY, STILL WIATING. HORRRRRRIBLE SERVICE AND THE FOOD WAS ICE COLD, OBVIOUSLY. SHAME ON YOU NANDOS.

I placed a order at 12:50 on Saturday and didn't receive the order until like 2:15 and the consultant I spoke to was not helpful at all

Collected my food last night. There were 3 lines which made no sense as no Manager or staff member explaining where to stand. Finally get inside,, such a mess!!!! Manager just standing there while hia staff is frantic. After waiting for 1 hour. I get helped by a lady, she takes my order nunber and from being all rushed, she started taking her time & speaking to her college's and dancing.. Eventually i asked her if there was a problem as its been about another 15 mins waiting (( please keep in mind i pre booked on the app so food was ready)) I was seriously disappointed with the service received last night. Especially with the Manager just standing there - i would of taken the initiative to walk around and direct people ( customers) to the correct lines, jump in on the front line and assist the staff instead of - sorry we closed to every customer that was late after kitchen closed.

My go to Nandos as it's near home. Love the revamp that's been done inside, makes it look nicer. Staff are friendly. The food is still good, just sometimes my portion size isn't great. I.e. the filling inside the wrap is half what it use to be. Their peri-tato salad is nice too. Other branches stinge on the spices.

Not the best of best, but it is Nandos so you can never go wrong. Seating is limited so large parties may have an issue to sit down. Parking is relatively safe and the store is easily accessible. There's also a Spar close by - so you can kill two birds with one stone.

I cannot even give this fast food outlet a 1 star rating. The service was terrible. I walked out of there without even collecting my order. So disappointed. As this is coming from someone who hardly complains and always try to look at the bright side of everything. Shame on you Nandos. Your employees are causing negative Karma for you.

This is the Worst Nandos outlet ever! After explaining my order clearly to the cashier l was given the wrong food order on my slip and l told her to correct it while l was still at the till. She told me not to worry she would sort it out with the cooking staff. When my order was ready l was given the wrong food and l asked her to sort it out . I was told to wait 15min for my correct order to be ready, but after a whole 30mins of waiting nothing came. When l asked the waiters for my order they told me to keep waiting,then l asked for the manager and the manager told me there is nothing he could do. Even after waiting for nearly an hour in the restaurant, the manager rudely said "what must l do about it". How can the waiters even serve you properly if the manager himself is so Rude? The service is so terrible.

Outside tables were dirty, no one at the door for sanitazation I once experience a bad day at nando's atlas road, one of the customer attendees, I don't know what they call them, people that gave us food after ordering, I bought a take away, when he was giving me my food, some of my food slip off, instead of taking it back, and giving me a new order, in front of my eyes, he puts them together and giving it back to me, I ask why did he do that, he said the food didn't fell down on the floor, That was my biggest turn off, since that day, because everybody was watching, even their manager, if there was one, but nobody said anything, I took it and throw it into the dustbin and leave, At the end I was the loser, because I have already paid for it
