The network signal in the bottom rooms is bad, you can't get an iron if you don't pay R20.00(never explained when booking), beds not comfortable, TV in the room not working, you have to pay for a glass to be borrowed to you. In general stay way from this place, it's not worth your hard earned money

Absolutely would not reccomend. There was so much loud noise from the receptionists and this carried on till late in the night. Children screaming, crying. Shower water doesn't drain properly, the water pools up around one's feet. The TV has no remote and has basically no signal. The airconditioner did not work, only worked when we kept our fingers on a button the entire time. Free wifi but no wifi connection. No place to charge one's phone, no two pin plugs anywhere in the rooms or in the lobby. Room smelled like food on entry. On the whole the entire place needs urgent updating and they really do need to be much much more hygienic.

The place is not as indicated on advertisement. I was given an old heater since its winter. But the person who welcomed me, Philani, went out of his way to make me feel at home.

You get what you pay for... We just needed a place to overnight before a early flight. Heater didn't work and there was only 1 xtra blanket for the double bed, the 2 singles had only a thin duvet,but to sleep 4 adults and a child at under R500 I was quite impressed, own shower and toilet aswell.

The pillows are extremely hard. I woke up with a body ache. We had to pay R20 for iron and ironing board. TV is not clear. Wifi has loadshedding of its own.

Very Horrible experience.. To start, ALL 3 OF OUR PHONES WAS STOLEN , CLEANERS SAID THEY FOUND THE DOOR OPEN WHICH WE MOST DEFINITELY DID LOCK! THEY CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT APPARENTLY The TV in my room is not working so as other guests TVs I spoke to. There are no TV remotes as well There is no fridge a kettle and spoons.... NO SIMPLE AMENITIES The fans are not working We don't have reception in our room and no generator in loadshedding. Don't believe the advertisement as well there are 2 branches in a 3 to 6min radius photos advertised is the one in Sunny Road Benoni In my opinion don't go if you are really desperate and have no other way... We went to the one in Park Street.

Braai stand we have to pay R1000, iron R20,ironing board R20. Tv not clear, room smelling paints, no aircon. At 20:00 they don’t want noise, pool area is not kids friendly. I cant recommend someone to book for a holiday here.

Unfortunately I didn't like the stay, the beds feel so cheap and uncomfortable wouldn't recommend.

I just wanne say thank you for a very nice stay over - you really make me feel home. Thanks to receptionist Amanda and Pearl for very giod hospitality and for great service. And thanks to all the cleaner for ALWAYS being kind and keeping rooms very tidy and neat. And Thank you to Joseph for always being kind and has a very positive vibe and working really hard

The service received from Samu was spectacular! Enjoyed the stay even though it was booked on short notice.

We were shown the rooms and I definitely wouldn't recommend them unless you're really tired and just want to sleep. The room they showed us smelt of new paint, there are no aircorns, no fridge or microwave. It is also not child friendly but it is a family room. Definitely not happy with the service or the rooms

There is noise, there is wifi only in some rooms, the bathroom is either small depending on your room or something is broken and the beds are uncomfortable. The staff tend to make a noise in sleep hours.

Room had no windows and when rhere was loadshedding it was completely dark. No 2 pin plug for the fan and guy at the desk was more interested in his phone

Cold water for showering, No blanket for chilly times. There is a broken sliding door leading to the parking lot behind the building, it was making noise whenever someone was opening it- I found this very disturbing . The staff was making noise on the corridors in the early our of the morning. The toilet was never sealed to show it had been disinfected. No value for money at all.

Not the most modern of venues with all the other options available, but it's value for money, safe and secure parking, 7min walk to the mall, 2min drive but safe to walk. Cosy rooms and super friendly staff. Deserve every star🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Un professional my room was booked i had to move to another room and had to pay R250. Extra just because people don't bother to look. I'm very un happy and that u pay for every cup of coffee

We just entered our room, and the toilet was filty, it's was messed, even on top of the pan., We booked a four sleeper, when I phoned to book, I asked if they give us towels, they said yes so we neva carried towels, there was only 2 towels in the room of 4 sleeper. I did ask at reception for more towels, which they neva had to give us, the light was flickering in the room, the reception is telling me to use the lamp shade, which is absolutely dim, until the electriction, comes the next day.

Full of mosquitoes,no comparability, issues with door handle everything is so wrong they need to review a lot ....cause it turns out to be everyone desperate options when proper guest house are fully booked 😒 they don't deserve to be a 3star

Decent, clean rooms worth the money you pay for it.

We booked the hotel for the 16th everything was good how ever on the 17th we where kicked out like dogs the lady Named Amanda was not so welcoming anymore she was very unfriendly with us we told her at 10 we moved out of the rooms then we where at the pool area waiting for our transport she told us to wait outside of the hotel and it looks like she cnt work with anyone there we where asking around to find out if Is it the company policy to kick people out like that and we found out she is not a nice person to deal with coz it's not one person complaining about her most of the people working there are not happy with her may you kindly ask Amanda to work on her attitude to staff and customers. I am sorry I will not visit the hotel again and I will not recommend my family or friends to come to the pace till something is done about Amanda

Room clean only one sheet on the bed tv need to be replaced no remote Need tray with 2 mugs 2 glasses 2 teespoons Kettle and barfridge which is standard in SA. Parking for car was secure.
