Hello. To be honest we did not sleep well. Never had peace their was people making noice almost the whole night. I don't think I will ever use your lodge ever again. Your cleaners when they start working again they where making noice. I suggest you have pamphlet that people must consider that your place its people to rest in peace. I was disappointed. The beds are comfortable..the bedding doesn't fit..there was no kettle or cups in the room. Had to keep asking for towels.. no duplicate key so room wasn't made up after leaving and returning. Staff needs better training. Pro's the room was clean and aircon works well.

The guest house is beautiful but they sell tea for R10 per cup which is new for me,the towels are toned,may you please improve.

The bathroom needs a shower curtain and the bed linen was dirty. Staff were polite and friendly

Firstly we were booked in a room with leaking toilet then we were moved to another room when we asked about air-conditioning we were told only 850 rooms have air conditioning then we upgraded, R850 room was very beautiful we loved it, the breakfast was the worse I've seen when I'm traveling thus we had to wait 1h30 for it to be prepared

Nice rooms with swimming pool

The WIFI was not working properly, and I could not wash sports on TV. The toilet was uncomfortable. There is a constant light burning in the room. Parking was an issue.

Flooring needs to be tiled at the top tier passage and no wifi

I was so disappointed with the room I was given as I had made a telephonic booking and upon arrival was told that due to renovation i could not get the room i requested for which was understandable however the room that i got was extremely small. The bathroom was so small that it was so difficult maneuver inside. After taking a shower, the entire room got misty and everything was damp. The noise levels from the staff was really disturbing. This is not the service that Zurich promises their customers! Absolutely disappointing and pathetic to say the least. I could have spent that money elsewhere had I known that the room was going to be so disappointing and SMALL ! This definitely was not worth a cent i had spent and i had expected way better. Beyond upset about my stay which I would rate extremely poor and unsatisfactory.

Very bad . My car got bumped into, I've since requested footage from the so called Receptionist on the morning of 20 Feb 2022 , only to get told the owner has got access of . Check out was at 10 I've since requested number of the owner only to get told stories

The front desk staff are friendly and always ready to assist with any issues, rooms are neat and smells good.

Very neat, very secure. A place you can comfortably lay your head for a reasonable amount. The bed that I got though was low quality, made noises with every movement.

Although I haven't used their services. Their driver is rude and cannot follow road rules. Last Tuesday 18 Feb the driver drove the wrong way up the one way past St Francis College. Considering this happened at 14:20 just after school came out, there were children everywhere. When the teachers on duty tasked him to turn around he refused and blocked the road. Unfortunately this is a terrible attitude to have and therefore a terrible form of advertising. I would never use nor recommend anyone use Zurich Garden Lodge Benoni.

Not blessed at all ...the room was not clean from the floor...the was no water in the bathroom...also the bathroom side was dirty...the kitchen is messy ...not coming back thanks

The staff was rude and argumentative, they tried to change prices of rooms in the middle of the night and force more money out of us. The rooms were not clean and the breakfast was appalling, I literally only managed to eat the bread. I would really not recommend that anybody stay there. A terrible experience all in all

The shop have what it takes to be the best it's clean and well good looking prices are affordable in low prices.

The place is so nice bt the room I was in the shower didn't have a glass around when I bath water was all over the floor....Room number 15 is not a good room because those ladies at the reception they were making noise for the whole night ..I didnt sleep,they were laughing out loud,talking on top of their voices,playing tik tok on their phones,calling each other,they were even making calls on the landline on loudspeaker.
