The mall seems to be getting busier with a new gym and the pick and pay being it's anchor host. A new side entrance is better on the North side. I still hate the trek from any entrance to the pick and pay - if I want to shop for groceries and don't want to pass all other shops and hoards of people. ... Some shops remain closed due to ???? Stil room for improvement but ok shop ! Don't go there in load shedding as generator power not available so pretty dark...their safety and management fail !

Was at Gozone Water what an amazing experience the owner and staff are absolutely amazing taking time to explain the process of the water and was willing to help. Water Ice juices they have it all. Was abele to assist me with custom made bottles for the business Thank you Len and Katarn for the great service

Seems there are fewer shops open on Sunday, or we arrived early, loved the Samosas and Donoughts from the indian lady

Not all banks have ATMs in this mall. There's only one ATM per bank and some of them do not allow deposits, made me sad :-(

North mead mall was as expected ,very good. All the banks are there and the anchor companies. More shaded parking I would say is needed.

The mall itself has very little parking. There have been a number of high-jacking's which makes me avoid the mall in general. Security and parking needs to be improved

Overall good. Easy access from all sides. Limited shops and not very busy. Recently renovated and added a gym.

Place is neat and clean, we visited just when the lights went out for loadshedding. Lights takes some time to start up again. Some shops closing doors due to not having lighting or power during loadshedding. Should find what you looking for as a quick errand.

Pick and pay has rude packers that just jams bread in bags with coke bottles 😡and don't dare to tell them otherwise. They are saying one price on shelf but at the till it's a different story.

Love the place all stores in one place and its usually not busy so one feels secure and can do ur shopping without any hassle

One of the best families mall where you can pop in quick and easily and which is not always crowded but it just needs more shops and food restaurants

I had an awful experience. I parked in the underroof parking. Drove right through an OPEN boom, which to me, was new, so I thought it was not operational yet.Took the stairs down and shopped at Pick n Pay. Had trolley full of groceries and the lift was out of order. Took the other lift right on the far end. When I wanted to exit, the boom required a card which I did not have. Needless to say, the two cars behind me were not patient at all. Will not shop there soon again. Get your ducks in a row management!

I work at the mall and I get to experience how slow business has been for most companies. In the mornings, it's very quiet and businesses tend to pick more in the afternoon and weekends seems to be the busiest.

Always parking available. Good selection of shops like things you need clothes, school clothes, shoes, toys, gifts, linens and lingerie, spices, food, keys and alterations, clicks and beautyshop. Atm's and post net even a leather place from luggage to school bags. Don,t forget about PNP Just love my Mall.

The shops are sufficient to cater for most things. It does get crowded at times, showing the popularity of the centre. Parking can be a problem at certain busy times, but then you just have to walk a bit further! On the whole, it is clean, and the shops we went into were great as far as staff friendliness was concerned. Access was also easy.

This mall has never been the greatest but seems filthier and grubbier than ever. Don't feel very safe here either. Could be due to the lack of security.

It's rather small on the inside, empty, not a large variety of stores (its mostly just clothing stores, gyms, or the common store you'll find at most shopping centers), no food court. Not really much of a mall to be honest

I pretty much live here. If I'm not at the picknpay or clicks, I'm up and down between the clothing stores shipping or browsing. There's also a wonderful spice shop that is one of my little happy places, the owner is a sweetheart and her spices are bloody decently priced. (There's also a really good lingerie shop ladies.)

Practical with a variety of stores and services. Good food & coffee at Cafe Mirosta. Also up the Street from home 🙂

Some more food shops or a fruit and veg type of store would be great. Always very clean . Parking is a pleasure. Security visible. Clothing stores are lovely. Convenient centre.

At Mr price 12:21 31st December 23 ,I'm so hurt and disappointed that the manager couldn't help me due to a spot short that was the only one left without a price,was told I must leave my details so that when they get the price I will be called,so i guess had to leave at springs come to noticed Mr price 💔 😢 not worth my petrol, very disappointed and not looking for an apology

Good Mall to visit for all your needs. All the shops that I visited were the people where very friendly and helpful

A great alternative to Northmead square, has a variety of niche little shops.

Small. Works well if you're in a rush and avoiding Covid cues. Especially with the blue chip retail outlets. I mostly recommend Trinegy energy their gym. Awesome facilities and peeps.

Well the Electro gadget store is amazing. Always there to assist you no matter what. Always gives you a warm welcome . Products are well priced and service is 10/10. Keep it up guys.

The mall was clean and security visibility makes one feel safe and free to shop. Postnet in the mall is very professional and staff know their customer needs. Keep it up Northmead Mall management and your team.

It is a destination mall that is not very crowded, with plenty of undercover parking. If you are in a hurry, this mall can get you in and out without hasstle.

There is enough parking space and the center is always clean. It is never crowded.

Why has Northmead Mall taken CUSTOMER parking away, the chained off area remains vacant for the day, and customers cannot get parking. You are chasing customers away,. I see customers confuse Northmead Square and Northmead Mall, and Northmead Mall gets good ratings which is meant for Northmead Square in terms of Banks and Good Parking

This is my favorite shopping center for my monthly and daily essentials for over 10 years. It's spotlessly clean calm and very pleasant. I enjoy shopping here. Keep up the great service, Northmead Mall.

Convenient, easy in and out. Although the open parking is not so safe compared to the undercover parking. There's a good gym situated inside and a few shops.
