Was not impressed with the quality of the food. I expect the quality of the food to be as per KFC standard. Especially in these times, I wanted to spoil my family with a meal we could all enjoy and relax together! See picture of wrap, mash was a teaspoon size in watered down sauce! The lady attending to my order was very efficient.

Fast service with a ordering lady at the Drive-thru entrance, taking order on a tablet. This really sped up delivery with no communication problems which often occur between order taker and customer using the stand alone system found at most drive-thru's. Fresh food, could taste it. Well done KFC!

This is unbelievable!! Two pieces of chicken, one slice of tomato ,barely even sauce and lettuce that isn’t even fresh btw ! It doesn’t deceive a star!! Never in my life will I ever buy at this KFC again!!

I stopped to buy a cup of coffee at KFC Northmead. When purchasing the lady at the drive through never asked if I wanted to donate R2 for hope which I usually do. Much to my surprise after paying I noticed an additional R6 was charged. When querying the lady insisted I requested that R6 gets added towards hope which I do recall she never asked. I do not mind the donation however I do mind the fact that I was not asked and the staff insisting that I said so. Could this be a scheme by the staff pocketing the money meant for donations, can this please get looked into

Bongani has a best customer service 👏 👌🏽. Quick thinker and very kind .. he deserve a 5 stars alone. I went to the restaurant and had made a double online order.. the ladies that were assisting me refused to assit with canceling the the faulty order.. and he came to the rescue. Best ever . It didn't even take him 5min to resolve while we waited almost 20min with the ladies that we saying it's impossible and there is nothing they can do..

Their fast food did not include our nuggets ordered, and the one chicken burger turned out to be beef. And it's been years of 'mistakes' by their staff..😔 Not a happy customer. And by the time you realize it, it's 30kms away. How many times must it be reported over years for them to fix their obvious mistakes??

Did a drive thru on a beautiful morning only to have it ruined by a lady called Veli. I'm not familiar with the menu but I'm aware of what I want, tried describing it to her since it showed the breakfast menu and finally she understood what I needed. As I was about to drive off to the next window, she made a very sarcastic comment that made me feel dumb and she was not aware that I'm still at the ordering booth and can hear her through the intercom. I made her aware that I heard her comment and with not a single care in the world nor an apology she carried on with her work. I'm a regular customer as I work in the area and I'm very disappointed with the service I got today. Day ruined.

We had a long day, and decided to stop at KFC. There service was quick and friendly, and they could even supply us with a delicious Very Berry Krusher...wish i could say the same about the one in my home town.

Normally i would give them five stars but their service today was not up to standard....sure they will do better next time.

Service is okay here especially in the drive through, the chicken sometimes lacks crispyness but generally it is good.

I had the Coke Studio Meal for the first time and it was a perfect blend of spice and sweet. I really loved it, can't wait to have it again! My food got served to me in about 10 minutes, I must say I'm impressed with that speed. The ladies were super nice too.

Pathetic service, bad attitudes and theft. Better triple check your order as even after confirming order 3 times we still ended up three items light when we got home. This place will give you bad attitude and a hole in your wallet, but not what you ordered.

Advertising still everywhere about your ghost pepper burger. Yet go into a store and it's unavailable. No assistance at electronic self ordering machines. Walk into a shop to discover an employee socializing with his gf or wife at the entrance. Not the first time I've had a problem at this store.

I pass at northmead mall many times, but always buy my lunch here at kfc northmead. I've never waited for my order. Professional staff and great service as always.

Food is usually always good here, sometimes the service can be subpar. You will end up having to reorder missing items that they didn't hear you ask for. I would recommend fixing the intercom since it seems to be the issue. Overall food is good and the drive through isn't always too busy. 🍲👍

The lady that served us was amazing. Think the best service I've ever had there.

I walked in was greeted politely by the staff. The girl at the pay point was very friendly and efficient. She made a few suggestions and received my food. My burger was fresh and delicious. I would reccomend KFC Northmead anytime. Good job guys keep it up.

I work close by this KFC and it's convenient for me to quickly rush there for Lunch but yooooh the service is so bad 👎 😫 If it's not the speed point not working at drive through and having to be told that you must come inside cause they can't assist you ,then when you get into the store to buy then the drive through is magically working again and they prioritize people at the drive through while you were there and had to come in, oh then the online ordering-you order 30 minutes before lunch time but you still get there and have to wait for them to start preparing your order and they still get your order wrong (what's the point of online ordering anyway) then it's the wrong orders back to back , like whats up with the coke zero always being out of stock ??? Starting to think they seriously have a thing against it .The service we get here is bad. The service 👎 the food 👎 professionalism 👎 maybe they should get a few pointers from KFC Sunward park ...that place understands customer service 💯

I love a mojito and when I ordered one the lady serving me was new and someone shouted at her that she was only supposed to put one pump in now my mojito doesn't really taste like a mojito and it only had 1 mint leaf it also took 5 mins to make a mojito and a coffee toffee

I wasn't impressed with the ice cream that I bought 😕, for some reason it wasn't as it used to be. I used to enjoy my KFC ice cream 🍦 but it wasn't smooth and 'vanilla-ry'... Something's missing!!

The drive through was incredibly slow. But I think that was due to short staff because of Tembisa unrest. It took 15 min to get out order. I am sure it would be better now

I was placing an order. And asked if the restaurant is Halaal. The manager or the person who I was speaking to said that they are MJC Halaal. I was not convinced because the person did not sound very familiar with my question. So I called MJC head office, and they confirmed that KFC Northmead is NOT MJC Approved. Please the staff need to know and understand what Halaal is before saying is it.

Did an order through Mr. D. Ordered two streetwise 2 and one streetwise 3 all with chips. Received no chips. Also ordered 2 zinger boxmasters meals, but received no chips or buddy cokes. Yet have paid for all of it. Will never order from KFC Northmead again! What a ripoff.

The service is friendly, BUT I just don't learn my leason to check if they've incl. my 1.5L Coke with the order! Everutime I just trust they did put it in the back just to be dissapointed again they did not add it BUT it's my slip!!! So Budger King will be my next faithful order place as they don't miss anything on your order!!!!

Not great. Staff don't listen well. When an order is corrected, they actually get upset and miserable and argue back. Even though you're given someone else's order and you want your own order. Also the chicken is very oily, alot more so then other branches.

Kfc in general is not a very accommodating place but this one seems the attitude of service personally is to do what they mandated to do with no niceties

Drive thru service was very slow took 20 mins to get my order , no apologies or explanation from staff about the delay🤨

It was really nice and fresh, you can tell when the crisp is light and the chicken nice and soft, not stringy.

The service is very terrible, they started by serving the online customers and those guys from Uber eats and Mr D-food before they could help us. Took them 50 minutes to prepare a bucket of R200

This KFC has one of the fastest drive-throughs...unlike any I have ever seen. BUT, not everything was spot on. No spoons in the fully loaded box meals for the mash and neither ketchup nor chilli salt in the bag. Altogether a good food outlet that I will definitely visit again.
