I had a damaged tyre valve, valve was replaced very quickly, exhaust noisy so they checked my exhaust for any leaks. Very professional, excellent service. I called Supa quick in Brentwood Park, I was told to come over, they are not busy when I arrived there I was told I had to wait 2 hours before I could be helped, very unprofessional, wasted my petrol. Having had numerous bad experiences when taking our car to different (supposedly well reputable) service providers, I am in absolute awe of the service we received. Having been told by a different service provider that we needed new control arms, Oom AB inspected the vehicle thoroughly and gave me honest feedback and indentified potential culprits for the sounds I was hearing - it was not the control arms. On suspicion of an old wheel bearing and worn shocks, I was quoted, only to be called and notified that my wheel bearings were still fine - most service providers would have gone ahead and done the job anyway I imagine. Turns out you can by loyalty - with trust. Thank you guys, looking forward to entrusting you guys with our vehicles in the future.
