This place it is very good nice location close to the N12 and there is a lake near by ..they can do with improving their surroundings the entrance to the hotel is not that good and there is a looking grass, again they need to increase their channels on the TV ..it is a norm to get 24 hours TV news channels on Hotels rooms, the lighting in the rooms need to be improved ...the linen was clean, the food is good and please the reception of your WIFI improve it .....and can you guys try to make an entry from the N12 ...but your services is upto standard your some of your front desk individual and kitchen staff need some training on handling clientele...But I thank you for your service

Enjoyed the meals and tea eats. Fast friendly staff. Lovely lakeviews and outside sitting. Nice place overall, could do with maintenance needs checks more (shower). Major disappointed by height of mirror in the bathroom. I doubt there are people that tall, so not inclusive and considerate. The nearly usable mirror is opposite the window.

We only used the conference center but the place was nice and clean. I would like to go spend a night there.

Dining hall had flies over food, food was terrible, staff not friendly, got stomach ache and running tummy, it was very bad

Service was bad, rooms not up to standard. It is worse than budget hotels

The place is clean and quiet to relax the nerves after when we come back from work. About food food, i can not comment at this stage but when i compare the system in place with other Hotels I'm not convinced yet.
