Creamy Garlic pasta and prawn tails - WOW! Well prepared and yes, it was GOOD! Just thinking of this makes me hungry ;-)

Maltlda and Fortune is super efficient and friendly I just loved been served by them. In actual fact the entire team had been superb in all the years...been a regular they know us by name...keep it up team and to the kitchen staff as well. You all doing a superb job...big up to a superb client service.

Nice one Steers. We paid 75 bucks for a bowl of lettuce. Only 100gram chicken and half a tomato in your large chicken salad.

A wonderful Italian pizza

Orders took way too long, food was arriving before drinks. We were a big crowd of 15 and the service could not keep up. I sent my dessert back with instruction for the chef to use the crust to build himself a house, the crust was an inch thick but the filling barely a few millimetres. Not what I would expect from a Panarotti outlet.

It was great- thanks to the staff and team for assisting us in our fund raiser

This was the first time I had Panarottis in over 10 years. The Mexicana pizza (hot) is amazing and it's the only thing I order. Really great service and amazing pizza.

Favorite pizza

Been to this panarottis a few times and I have always had a good experience. The food is always fresh and served piping hot. The waitrons are also very friendly and always make mention of any specials available. The restaurant itself is always spotless and the tables are always clean. The breakfast pizza is definitely a must have when visiting.

*Updated review* I must say, this Panarottis has upped definitely upped their game since my last visit. Both Management and the waiters are on the ball. We were a large group and the table ordered several pizzas. The pizzas were amazing and the service even more so. I would definitely recommend that you try the following pizzas: Biltong blue cheese and avo Spicy mutton sausage Cheddamelt steak

Good food and friendly staff. This Panarottis has the hectic bustle of the mall, but the food is kept to standards you would expect from this chain and is a welcomed oasis in the middle of all your shopping.

We are regulars at Panarottis Greenstone specifically on Thursday nights for all you can eat pizza. We came out tonight and invited family that are visiting to enjoy it with us only to hear the special was stopped on the 31st Jan. Even though the food is still amazing, we are disappointed and we do feel that you will loose a lot more customers because of this decision. Your staff enjoy the evenings as much as your customers do. So sad that we cannot enjoy this evening any more.

Service was bad. Waited for our pizza and then waited for plates. Had some other waiter come ask to confirm our order. Asked 3 times for the bill.

I had the sweetest teller she said she was Lungelihle. I was hungry and I kept on asking when are they finishing she didn’t get tired of me but kindly told me they about to finish and when done she brought the meal to me 😀. I was so happy.

Was helped by Lungi, with a warm and beautiful smile. I appreciated the care she took in ensuring my food was properly made and on time, she worked well with the kitchen team. She deserves a cashier of the week!

Our favorite takeout food with excellent service. One if our families members have a food allergy and the staff are always careful when dealing with that meal.

Yesterday was my daughter's birthday. We wanted to take her out for the evening, but had forgotten about the curfew. Our best option then became a Steers takeaway. Ours became the last order of the day at Steers, as it was close to closing time. We didn't check the order when we received it, assuming it was correct. When we got home, 8km later, the order was missing the original steers burger combo and the mighty steer burger combo had no might in it (never mind the packaging it all came in). Imagine our disappointment when we opened the package, knowing that we can't go back to claim all that was missing!

Waited 20 minutes for 2 medium chips.. Service was horrible,and had to repeat my order 3 times. Will not go there again

One always gets a variety of chicken packages also very good on one's pocket.

Their packaging is very poor it's like they throw the food in the box with no care, the burger itself was very untidy, even worse ordered with jalapeño slices and that was not even in my order. Very disappointed

Worst meal we've had from any steers. Waited more than 20min for our meal. After the long wait we where served with seriously undercooked food and worst of all the oil tastes like it has been used all month long. Beyond disappointing

After waiting 15 mins I was given the special, Wacky Wednesday, which had been sitting on the counter all this time, and it was ice cold . The reason I stopped at Steers was for hot food. I feel that I was given something that was made ages ago, and left on the counter for whoever's came in next for the special. Not acceptable guys!! Very disappointing.

They do not do the monsterito pizza for online delivery so won't be buying from them again

After last times incident where one of the waiters forgot about my partner and i.. the manager tracked us down and apologized on behalf of his staff. He explained that he is new and was sent to deal with the nonsense that was happening. We were happy with the service we received from the manager and the food was quite delicious. I will be coming back with my group of friends. 🙂🙂

Breakfast at panarottis still stays the best, try the breakfast on pizza

My husband and I went to the Panarottis Greenstone Mall for supper this evening. We sat at the table and no one attended to us I then walked to the front counter where I saw two ladies in black and Assumed they were the managers on duty. I asked the one lady to help us and she then told me that she is doing something she will come take our order just now. There were staff standing infront of the store laughing and joking. We then walked out of the resturant. Very bad service!!!

Bought a bratpack meal for my daughter and the hamburger patty was raw.

We just ordered food from Steers Northmead Square through Uber Eats. Sadly, the chips were barely cooked (and still raw inside) and the beef patties were burnt, dry and overcooked. We could only eat the bread roll. Very disappointing. I have tried for a while to call the store and tell a manager directly but unfortunately we can't even get through as I think they might have taken the phone off the hook. I honestly didnt want to write a review here but I was left with no other choice. This is the worst Steers meal we have ever had!!!

I get food from this shop often and enjoy it. Today i am extremely disappointed for the rib had 3 bones and 900gr chips. The bacon and cheese burger had no bacon i can only hope that the 2 burgers with chips for the homeless person had everything in the bag that i asked for. I will not go back to Steers Northmead soon.

Excellent service and delicious food, Panarottis Greenstone Mall never disappoints. My family and I have been going there for years and recently ordered today using UberEats and the service was wonderful from John the manager on duty, Panarottis Greenstone is awesome! I will continue to support Panarottis Greenstone as they are consistent! We have never had a bad meal or service from here and the staff are always so helpful and friendly!

Truly awful when considering Vegans! I wanted to order a Call & Collect special with a vegan swop, however I was told this is not possible and I should pay the original price. How is that fair? The cash being saved from removing the meat cannot be used for a replacement? I understand that Vegans & Vegetarians aren't common, but they still do exist. And this type of treatment is really unfortunate. Especially provided how delightful the food is.

I ordered Alfredo which came very soggy and I brought to the attention of the female manager and Prince, the kitchen manager. They have handled my complain very constructively and offered alternative on how to rectify the issue which is not common in this part of the world. Keep up the good work and customer-focused attitude guys and I hope your staff will learn the same attitude.

Distrustful portions of food, considering the price tag on the meals. Had to complain twice about the portions of the pizza and the starter. They tried to cheat us when we ordered a monsterito pizza. They gave us a monserito pizza box, with a large pizza inside it. Absolutely appalling. Second complaint was the combo starter for two, that was R70, looking like a meal not even a hamster would enjoy, no sauce/s were given with the meal, it was a DRY and TINY proportion. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!!!

I love their food. The seafood pasta was excellent. Kiddies mac and cheese is so cheesy. I was not happy with their service. The lady who assisted us didn't tell us about the promotion. We asked after she brought our bill and were told we should have asked—great food but not so great atmosphere. Service staff needs training in customer service.
