I stayed in the hotel for a business meeting and everything was perfect. The hotel is nicely situated on a hill with a nice view. Quality of food war really good: breakfast, lunch and dinner were outstanding. Also the rooms were clean and comfortable. Service was also very friendly. A place to recommend.

Pros: The staff and setting are fantastic. Incredible views. The trails behind the hotel are awesome. The pool is beautiful. Cons: There is only one option at the one restaurant, which is all-you-can-eat buffet. And the food is good, but if you just want something small or light, options are very limited (like pretzel from the bar - if the bar is open, or a cheese sandwich). The hotel seems to only have consideration for guests arriving by car or by their own shuttle bus coming directly from the Frankfurt airport. If you come by train or tram, it's a pretty far walk (uphill, unpaved paths, stairs, cobble stones) with a suitcase. There are no signs directing you to the hotel. So, it's confusing (but doesn't need to be). I met two other guests who arrived by train, (like me) and all three of us had the same exact issues. One woman was in heels, trying to drag her suitcase up the steep hill, but a nice garbage truck driver gave her a lift to the hotel. I ended up hiking through the woods with my suitcase.

The hotel was nice. It was clean and surrounded by trees. Although the location was around 30mins from Frankfurt Airport, there was free shuttle. Food was delicious 🤩 Too bad the AC on our room was not functioning. ☹️ We just opened the window at night. 😂 What I liked also was that you can extend until 4pm with paying a minimum amount. It is good if you are waiting for shuttle and flight.

Awesome hotel. Great place for conferences with multiple big rooms, and other smaller ones that can work like breakout rooms. The hotel is big. As in, big big. Big open spaces, big stairwell, it’s seriously impressive. the rooms are decent, even if the furniture ends up taking too much of the room space. But overall, it’s fine. The restaurant closes at 20 and after that there is absolutely nothing to eat. If I have to present anything to complain, it would be that. The bar offers drinks, but nothing to eat besides pretzels from two days before and something similar to a week old cake. I don’t understand how a guest who checks in late is supposed to grab a quick bite. Oh and the vending machines have haribo. Not necessarily a healthy snack either. I’d suggest to train the bar workers on the art of sandwich making and toast pressing, to mitigate that lack of service. As for the team of the hotel, excellent, excellent people. Super nice, very approachable. I enjoyed my stay very much, even if I had to starve during the night when I checked in. I’m leaving 3 stars because I starved. Depending on the answer/changes I will consider increasing it to 5 because everything else was really excellent.

Been going there for years with work and I can't fault it . Food, rooms , cleanliness and friendliness of staff . Some will argue its isolated but it has good links and for me some great memories .

Stunning view. Relaxing vacation vibes. Very modern architecture. Almost ridiculously large. Friendly staff. The meals are served in a cafeteria-style way. Obviously quite a lot of effort goes into the preparation, but the food looks better than in tastes, in my humble opinion. Room was okay for one person. Spaceship vibes. Nice view onto the pool-like entrance area. Couldn't get the AC running for some reason.

A good place dedicated to business conferences. Situated in natural woods and forest with amazing views and small walks in the woods.

Only issue is the price for room canceling the rest is fantastic

I had an incredible experience at Lufthansa Hotel in Seeheim. The infrastructure for trainings and conferences is truly remarkable, providing an ideal environment. The rooms were immaculate and everything functioned seamlessly. The highlight was the sommelier-led wine tasting event featuring wines from various continents. Additionally, the diverse range of food options catered to different palates from around the world. A truly outstanding stay that exceeded expectations.

Excellent hotel, great dinner & breakfast, great spa, pool, and gym. Good for relaxing, small conferences, or as a basis for traveling.

This is the worst company you could ever choose to fly with. As a frequent flyer, I don’t remember when was the last time my flight WAS NOT delayed.

I've stayed for the weekend and gotta say that it's a pretty nice Hotel, with everything you would expect from a hotel this size/class. The staff was very friendly and attentive at all times, the room was rather small but still fine. The whole hotel was tidy and clean. There was a small incident which I'll describe below but besides that it was a very pleasant stay overall and a very nice location for cycling or hiking around the hotel. You can borrow bikes from the Hotel (altough I haven't tried this). The reason I'm only giving it two stars is that I forgot a piece of clothing in my room and when I followed-up with the hotel on the following day they told me nothing was found in my room which I'm 100% sure is impossible, so either someone from the staff kept it for themlves or they didn't want to go trough the trouble.

Outsranding location overlooking Seeheim and Frankfurt in the distance. This hotel boasts a sofisticated conferencing offering, really top class. Restuarant offers excellent variety for breakfast, lunch and supper. I chose the single room option so this size was perfect for me, toilet with shower and grooming area was sufficient for my needs and was really smart and tidy. Double size bed, television with lots of News channels offered. The view from my 4th floor room was simply stunning. Will definately recommend for anyone visiting Germany. For a South African, all of Europe is generally expensive with the exchange rate but well worth it.

I had a flight Singapore - Frankfurt - Bucharest and not even after 3 days I don’t have any details when will arrive my luggage. I am very disappointed about the poor service and awful support of Lufthansa #ValentNomadTravrllingVlog

The hotel is really nice, the rooms are ok, the people working are kind and supportive but if you arrive at the evening will not be possible to grab something to eat and the people attending the Bar only speak German, no English, no French, no Spanish! Only German

Impressive entrance and location. Beautiful view. Many facilities and Lufthansa like designed rooms. 4 stars only due to the size of the room. Size was sufficient and standard but I have seen larger rooms with some more extras like tea / coffee.

Beautiful hotel on a hilltop overlooking a picturesque village and valley. The receptionists are wonderful and I got a room upgrade without asking. The hotel is massive with beautiful grounds and walking paths that take you through the woods or down to the village below. Parking is free in the parking garage across from the main entrance. There is no room service but the breakfast lunch and dinner buffets are plentiful. I have a dietary restriction and the kitchen staff whipped up a delicious gnocchi within minutes! Some GF options are part of the warm breakfast included with the room and the fabulous location made this the perfect stay.

Second time here, I absolutely love the place. It is fairly remote up in the hills, it's got great paths for nature walks and is very quiet. The facilities are brilliant, the food is really tasty and the whole place is spotless. I definitely recommend it

Nice modern hotel, with all the essential amenities you would expect. We had a great stay here. Staff is friendly and helpful at all times and at the same time easy going. Only downside: no room service, because of Corona. This did not make sense to us, since everything else was offered normally, buffet, bar etc.

Overly Corona panicked. No toiletry. Not even a glass in the room. Fireplace rooms and wine bar closed. My first room smelled and I was told they were having an air filter problem. 2nd room the tv had to be repaired. I was there on a special package and no one bothered to explain any details. Staff seems to do only the bare minimum. This is not what I expected from Lufthansa. Sad.

Nice Hotel but there is a noise when the light is on. Maybe its heated plastic at the lights. But anything else is just exelent!

Excellent venue for our company event. Clean rooms and friendly staff plus great food. We had an amazing bbq there for a team bonding event. Simply marvellous. Also managed several walks around the local area.
