Ok!

A great DIY-store with a very broad range of quality-ish goods. Prices tend to be cheaper than Hagebaumarkt (to name one example). Today also visited their Christmas decorations dept. and personally I thought they had a good variety of Xmas lights.

You can find just about everything for your do-it-yourself project.

Unfortunately not a lot of in-store assistance...you can wait very long before you see someone who can help...BUT, this is a great place to shop with a huge selection of everything & good prices... Even to just walk around and do "window-shopping" is a great experience...

We've been today and it's been literally a horrible experience, due to the unbelievable attitude of the staff, they all are unfriendly, aggressive, useless, they basically don't care about the customers and they make sure the clients are fully aware of it. I asked for help because I could not find some product and the employee glared at me in a way that meant "what do you want?!" I work myself in customer care and would never behave this way. They are lucky the selection and the range of products they sell is quite big, otherwise they would have to worry about the future of the company. Awful.

The warehouse workers are nice but their chef is the worst. The one with mustages. Very rude person.
