Absolutely amazing! The staff are extremely friendly. I prefer my pretzel unsalted and they not only remembered but don’t mind the extra work and time it takes to make unsalted pretzels. Perfect lunch or dinner. They are a quick and efficient team!

Amazing service, great selection of options for all tastes. Reasonable prices and large portions. The Devore inside is elecctic and worth the visit in wnd of itself. In the heart of the historic arts district surrounded by other cool attractions.

Awesome place to stop and have a snack! My son loves the pretzel dog. The pretzel sticks are also amazing. Several different dipping sauces to choose from to make them cheesy, spicy or sweet. Great service! Spacious dine-in area.

Back in town visiting family and we checked this place out for the first time earlier today. We had a fantastic experience. The pretzels were hot, fresh, and delicious, and the service was very friendly. Only thing that could be improved is if they were around when I still lived in the area!

The food is good, not great, but good. The service was the same. The pretzels were overly salted and the cheese dip was very salty too. I'd prefer if they bring better restaurants to BH arts district, but Ben's was still yummy. 4 out of 5 stars from me.

This is a great place for a meeting. Plenty of space for a small group. My favorite is the pretzel dog. Actually very good with the red sauce.

I love this place ^-^. It's very soft and taste also very good. me and husband visit at there. I tried to cheese bacon and jalapeno before. But i think cheese bacon is my favorite. My husband tried cheese bacon and pepperoni. He like both.

These pretzels are top notch. Soft and yummy on the top and slightly crisp on the bottom. We tried the pizza but ate it so fast we forgot.the picture. Good stuff, nice sauce. Salt on the pretzel crust. My husband had the hotdog inside of a pretzel sleeve and he thought it was wonderful. It's super affordable for a family to come in here and eat and be merry without breaking the bank. They also have a magnificent hot caramel dip along with several others. Top notch!! Come open one in Holland!!!!

Ben's in Benton Harbor is the best!! We have been here several times and they never disappoint. The pretzels are always hot and taste so good. The customer service is the best I have had in a long time. Always friendly and smiling faces. If you haven't been you need to check them out ASAP!!

You can absolutely smell the dough in the air. I had the pizza and tried the pretzel balls. Both great and the best lemonade!

A wonderful place to go eat with the kids The food is great and friendly service they were training the new guy on the register so he was still learning let's just say that!! But definitely a must try for tourists and anyone new to the area !! Keep up the good work 👍
