Local recommended spot for great burgers! Was pleasantly surprised! Nice little place kind of off the main strip.

We each got burgers and it was hands down the most delicious burger I have had in awhile. I have had the burgers before but they definitely uped the game. The burger was at least a 1/2 lb the bun was crispy on the underside like it should be. The beef had flavor and the condiments were fresh on the burger as well. I got fries which were the thin type and they were equally delicious. It was the place we decided on after a nice end of year hike. The bar was lively but not loud. The bathrooms were clean and very nicely styled better than any bathroom I have ever seen in a bar before. It was a pleasant time and even better food. A must stop if you want a hearty super delicious burger.

Service was WILDLY slow! It wasn't busy and we sat at the bar for 10 minutes without any recognition. The food is good but was it worth being ignored by 3 or more staff members??? NAH!!!! There are other places to go in the area with better service.

My secret little "get away" for a great burger, fries, and beer. My husband and I dine at Chatter Box...AKA... The Box every other weekend. The food is good. The atmosphere is always super comfortable and welcoming ( we are usually the only African Americans in there); the service and staff are always always top-notch. We just get good vibes there.❤❤❤❤

A reasonably good bar off the beaten path. Known for their burgers, we had decided to try some. Overall they were really well done! They’re not afraid to hold back on toppings and can build a pretty large burger. The other appetizers seemed a bit typical, store bought frozen-to-fried. Service wasn’t the fastest, but it was pretty busy for what seemed to be a more limited staff. And they were incredibly friendly and kind. We had fun here!

My favorite local pub. Outstanding burgers, great prices, and friendly staff. I really enjoy how personable the staff is, taking time to make you feel welcomed and taken care of. Pro-tip: Get a big kids grilled cheese, and add a patty. One of the best sandwiches in drivable distance.

I love the televisions being on sports, cozy space, and live vibe). Chatterbox is awesome! I stopped in for lunch and enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant. "Home of the Burger" is located near the art district of Benton Harbor. Very nice vibe and great representation of sports; nice jerseys, signed items, and great history. I enjoyed the Chatterbox Burger ("everything but the kitchen sink"), fries, and pretzel with cheese. The burger did not disappoint. I was grateful for the service and staff. Very friendly! All in all, Chatterbox was delicious! 🔥

Perfect food, perfect waiters, and perfect decor. This place has some of THE BEST BURGERS 5 🌟 fries are phenomenal the fish here is amazing. There is also dome good music! Overall come here for an amazing experience with everything. Also a good place to bring family.

Looking from the outside the impression doesn't make justice to the inside of this small family restaurant. Get over it and go in. You will not regret it. All sandwiches, especially the burgers, are very good. Service quality depends on who is helping you but people are always polite. The patrons are also nice and commonly you see people fraternizing around your table. The french fries are crispy and seasoned to perfection. If you are around the neighborhood and want a quick and delicious burger with fries and a cold beer, look no further.

Burger was very good. Queso tots not so much but that's just my opinion. I prefer the cheese curds. Service was a bit slow, but the food was fresh and still warm. I haven't been in a few years and I'll definitely return.

Really loud for a Thursday evening. Food was good, but have had better. It's a great burger bar! Stay away from the fried cod dinner! Serving staff is the reason to go, informed, helpful and attentive! Owners on premise. Sporty clean interior. Rest rooms are well maintained too!

My group of buddies recently stopped in this great local bar on a recommendation from our charter boat Captain Eric. We had an excellent experience great food & service. Loved their variety of 1/2 pound burgers.

I am from Valparaiso IN. Me and my wife came to Benton Harbor MI. To visit Our Daughter and family. We decided to try Chatterbox bar and grill. I have to say we were blown away. The food is phenomenal and the service is awesome. Our experience dining was 5 🌟. We will definitely be coming here when we visit. This is one of Benton Harbor's jewels.

First time here, but I'll be back. The servers are very nice and have great timing. The burgers are amazing and huge! I had trouble deciding which one to get. I settled on the James Dean burger with 1/2 lb. patty, two kinds of cheese, bacon, cole slaw, and BBQ sauce. Delicious! My friend got the Chatterbox burger and devoured it. Keep it up, Chatterbox! I'll see you again soon.

Joyce the owner and the ladies in the kitchen are absolutely AMAZING! burgers are fresh, and MONSTEROUS! Generous portions across the bored. This place is a diamond in the ruff! Myself and another guy delivered food to them through Vaneerden food service; they couldn’t have been more nice. Highly recommend the Chaterbox.

Great burger! I made mine a double so it was a lb burger, cooked perfectly. The spicy mango margarita was on the sweeter side but overall great place.

I tried the chatter box burger. I thought this burger is signutre. Taste was sooo good. Very big for one person. I dident finished French fries. But i waited sooo much for get food. It's almost hour. I came to there 1 30pm. And I got food 2 30 almost.. Be honest... Taste is average burger. Not that special for wait hour. But once again.... Taste was good. 🙆 Husband: but then they replied to our review with lies not a good look

It was close to closing time when we are there this last time so I’m leave it at that but normally there olive burger is the best in town ! Great place to have some really good bar food ! Great staff with great environment

A nice little restaurant with great food and service. I had the grilled chicken filet sandwich, and my hubby had the Hawaiian chicken sandwich. Both were equally good. Will definitely come back when we're in the area!
