The
place
was
clean.
The
white
chicken
was
dry,
with
way
too
much
sauce.
The
ribs
were
covered
with
too
much
sauce,
which
covered
a
bitterness,
probably
from
smoking
with
green
wood.
Could
not
tell
chicken
from
ribs
due
to
sauce
and
meat
cut,
sides
were
swapped.
Sides
were
smallish,
cole
slaw
had
too
much
sauce
there
as
well.
There
were
element
missing:
I
could
not
smell
smoke
in
the
parking
lot,
ya
should
always
smell
the
meat
cooking
in
lot,
KC,
Memphis,
and
the
hill
country.
I
lived
in
Texas
12
years
and
Kansas
19,
and
know
the
best
of
Texas.
Sauce
anywhere
but
the
side
is
not
BBQ.
My
fault,
I
should
have
known
to
ask.
Their
menu
was
unique,
meat
only
did
not
indicate
per
pound.
If
ya
gotta
ask,
well,
but
never
had
a
problem
paying
