Customer service is terrible. Hope you don’t need anything from behind the counter. Waited patiently for sweet tea which wasn’t in lobby, at counter, made eye contact with manager as she walked past me 2x offering no help to get me some sweet tea. Doesn’t deserve to be a manager at all

The guy working first window was absolutely amazing! My friend and I were struggling with our words and he was very sweet. He made us feel like we weren’t a burden and he said we were his best order yet. He made us laugh. Great customer service

Order made fast, while still being accurate. Good, clean store, clean exterior. Literally my favorite McDonald’s. Won’t go anywhere else. They hardly ever produce an error for me. When they have, they’ve gone above and beyond to make it right.

Stood waiting in line for 20 mintues before walking out. Wasnt that busy. Only two other couples waiting for their food. One lady tried to ask a question and was ignored by the counter attendant. No one even acknowledged us. Let alone the others there. Floor was nasty. We left went to another place to eat.

This is a very good McDonald's. The drinks always taste great, and their food is cooked right here too. The workers are friendly. As many times as we have been through Benton, and stopped at this location, we have never had an issue, and everything has been real good.

What seems to be the new normal. Overworked and under staffed employees trying their hardest to keep up with all the people that were in the restaurant at that time. I give them all a high-five.

The employees were loud and arguing in the food prep area. I don't like having to use the kiosk to order.

My mocha frap was absolutely amazing, feels different there now because I dated an employee who is very unprofessional to me now and has no sense of respect, and I'm a paying customer.

It's mcdonald's. It ain't like they are a 5 star restaurant. What you doing reading my review you know what you getting. I like these fries when hot and cheeseburgers

Good ambience , good food, nice service but not the cleanest of the locations one would expect Very small seating area but was good for our family though

I took off a few points, only because my growing, 11-year-old son was disappointed to get 9 chicken nuggets in his 10-piece box.... and chaos ensued, and I had to hear him complain and whine for hours. The staff we interacted with were all kind and service was pretty fast.

Almost always gets your order wrong and their tea tastes like it’s been sitting out for days. Also not the best job opportunity.

It's a McDonald's. We had to wait for fries, which I didn't mind, as that meant hot fries. However, the fries we received were only half full.

Food was not so great double quarter pounders was hard and cold. French fries was good.
