    If the hours start at 5 a.m., maybe they should actually start taking orders at 5. At 10 minutes after, still no answer in the drive through, 6-7 cars deep at that point. Pull around and employees are wiping counters with rags and not a care in the world. Do better people.

    Just wanted to share this: a very nice young man brought the best McDonald's I have had in a long while out to my truck (I mobile ordered). He was very courteous and I really appreciate that.

    This mcdonalds is the worst. I've filed several complaints with their office and never recieved any true customer service from them. If you get what you order, wich is very unlikely, the food is always low quality, cold fries, crusty buns, cold meat, they never add extra onions or pickles, the toys that come in happy meals are always wrong and not what is nationally advertised even on day one of the promotion. Save your money and drive to a location.

    Yesterday I got some hashbrowns Togo and got home they were soaked in geese. Un-eatable. Called manager and said they be replaced the next day. Just went in and they acted like they didn't know me. Immediately began to act Narcissistic and trying to gaslight me but I wasn't having and she the manager tried to get onto me like she didn't believe me and said next time you need to call the manager and tell management about it. I told her yes I did over and over again she gave over the hashbrowns over but begrudgingly. Maybe i should call their corporate and ask them if they are allowed to treat their customers this way.

    We came to get drinks and went through the drive thru. Very busy. Tried to give us the wrong drink, but did ask. Once corrected service was excellent. Very busy at 2 p.m. on a Tuesday afternoon.

    When I placed my mobile order I watched them make the food. One employee sneezed on my food bag. When I told them I wasn't accepting the food they got a attitude & told the manager on duty named Kelly. Had black hair kinda older & all Kelly did was re bag my food. Didn't even have them make it fresh for me. Later after I got home I called to ask if I could just get a refund bc I didn't trust the food. Kelly told me to call in the morning and talk to the gm! Very poor service. Took longer than it should to get the order made with ho many employees that was just walking around!

    Good food, but wait times are long and they only seem to have staff in the kitchen. I had trouble with the McDonald's app and myself and about nine other people were all waiting for someone to help us at the register. The staff were very unhelpful and rude, especially the two ladies who I believe were managers. The only nice person was the gentleman that handed my food to me. I won't be revisiting this location.

    Some of the people here are awesome. The location is terrible at producing food to any kind of acceptable standard however. Consistently old Patties. They should never be thin hard and rubbery. The bun should also not be firm. Everyone makes mistakes, however this is constantly a problem. My fault for going back. You are gambling eating here!

    AYesterday I went there and they locked the door on me because they were " busy " and I just tried to pick up a Doordarsh order and they were rude because I just said cancel the order and then I got another Doordarshan order from mcdonalds and it's so bad at mcdonalds when I was outside trying to get my doordash order I tried calling them and I tapped on the window and I just saw the lady decline the order I never recommend mcdonalds they are so bad and their service is a 0/10

    This is one of the best locations, good service, clean facilities amazing food and a all around great time. I had 🥚 🍞 🥔 & 🥓 was made perfect and exactly 💯 the way I asked. Great people remember to tip em good they work hard for us. They got 🚗, 🏥, 🏡, 👪 to care for. Spread the love and always be kind

    I don’t eat at McDonald’s but my 17 year old daughter does. She has used door dash several times in the past and never had any issues. Tonight however, was another story. She put her order through DD at 10:15. Over the course of an hour the delivery times changed 5 times. Before anyone comes at me, I know this is a DD problem. She asks me if we can just go get the food because the last update said it would be 12:15 before it was delivered and it had already been an hour. We go and there is a line. She can’t go in because the doors are locked. We get to the window and I explain the situation. The manager looks through the bags on the counter that are waiting for DD and tells us the order isn’t there. We explain that the DD app is saying the food is still at the restaurant. She checks again but still doesn’t find it. She then asks us to pull up and she will have the food remade and brought to us. A guy comes up to the window-Houdini, aka Joshua-and asks what all she ordered. She gave him her phone so he could just read the receipt. He attempted to give us his wallet to hold since he was taking her phone. I told him there wasn’t any need for that, but he insisted. I gave it back to the manager as soon as he went to make her food. We pulled up to where we were asked and within 5 minutes he had brought my daughter’s food out to us. The food was hot and she was happy. I have had some seriously bad experiences with this location but tonight, with this crew, was different. They were short handed and the line was long but both the manager and crew member that we dealt with tonight were awesome! It was closing time and they were overworked but still polite and overall just nice people. It was a refreshing change from some of the other people, including managers, that I have dealt with at this location.

    I’m actually surprised they have kept up with technology in terms of their online ordering process and system. Every time I’ve ordered food via their online ordering service, it’s been absolutely perfect! I placed my order online through their Apple IPhone App, it’s indeed been accurate, easy, fast and convenient… at their Benton, Arkansas location. Bonus, dude! The fries have been hot and fresh! The only tricky thing is navigating the app options and menu. So, plan ahead and focus a bit while behind the wheel, and forming in their drive through cars’ queue. I mean, you’re still driving, right?! I simply let them know my online order ID number when I pulled up to the first window. I had received that order number from within the app, upon my order. Payment was fast and easy too. Best part… there resides some really awesome food freebies, discounts, and points earned on previous visits! I signed up for alerts on my iPhone… so when there’s a special coupon, I get pinged immediately. This is awesome for their sales and for me! Check it out, their website and apps… it Rox!

    Visited location on 6/1/23@820pm. Order via the app and checked in at 820 but didn’t receive food until 923. Yes an hour later. One employee refused to make the food because he had to urinate and the lady in the manager shirt was too busy mopping to care less and appeared under the influence. You staff cannot produce quality food or provide FAST service so instead of helping and leading them you decide to mop the floors. Once I got home, I realized this isn’t what I ordered. The food was cold and incorrect and ended up going in the trash after multiple attempts to contact store were made with no answer. Attempted to call this am for a full refund but no answer. I have read the other reviews this am and unfortunately this is standard for this store.

    Every time I come to this mcdonalds, be it 5 pm or 8 pm, the lobby is closed, and the drive thru is 15 cars deep. So you have to sit in the drive-thru for 45 mins for a couple of cold hamburgers while the employees sit and hang out and visit with each other or sit on their phones. I personally think they make you wait that long, so you'll leave because a handful of cars waited 20-30 mins and git frustrated enoug that they left before, even ordering. Good frappes, thou.

    They need employees badly. They are so short staffed. I waited almost 30 minutes to order then had to wait another 17 minutes for the order. Fast food isn’t fast anymore. Management would only take 1 order then make it before taking the next order. Lobby closed. Only 3 people at work on a Saturday night. This location needs help or better management.
