This was my own mistake. I have not ordered from this place for over a year. Somehow I though this would maybe be different. Grew up loving pizza hut but had so many issues I gave it up. Today wanted to relive the past.. 3 topping large pizza and breadsticks for $25. I didn't realize you would get mainly 3 individuals of each toppings on each slice. As you can see its a cheese pizza that looks like they spilled toppings into the cheese. Never been so disappointed. Have worked in food for so long and id be ashamed of that leaving my store.

Worst experience ever! I wouldn’t waste my money again. These fast food places have it bad with providing bad service and most of these businesses are closing down due to staff and bad customer service. People don’t have to spend their money. They messed up my entire order and only thing they can say is oh bring it back. Like I live around the corner… Next time make sure you check your food. Just ignorant and lazy kids working these days.

I ordered a large pan pizza and specified that it was a pan pizza, and even asked if they had any pan pizzas before starting my order. However, I was given a thin crust pizza. I should've checked before rushing back home. Customer service was good though! I was really just wanting what I asked for :(

Ordered a 6 pc Thai sweet chili wing and a pizza when it was delivered to my house and I opened the wings they looked absolutely disgusting!! They looked old and like they had been cooked and re cooked. They were hard as a rock!! I am definitely disappointed.

I am not sure that ordering extra or less toppings matters if you get charged more for not a noticeable difference between two identical pizza except one had jalapenos and extra toppings. Only difference was the jalapeno but still better than some.

Great/fast service. Tasty food. The staff is so kind and helpful. They answer their phones, unlike Little Caesars down the road. Pizza Hut gained a family of 7 about a week ago!

It was easy to order through the app. The person at the window was nice.

I'm super disappointed in these Cinnabon Mini Rolls 😒. I know they were going to be "mini," but COME ON with these right here. Look NOTHING like the advertised photos, They're not even round 😅😥. I wasn't expecting a huge difference in what we did get, but this is quite a bit worse than I expected. I probably wouldn't even have bothered posting this if it wasn't for the fact that there is barely any icing. And the cheese sticks were just breadsticks, NOT cheesy at ALL, both were SOO dry! 🤷. ( didn't get a chance to take a picture of the "cheesesticks" because my kids were starving when I got home and just ate them and they're the ones that brought it to my attention, saying ' we wanted cheese bread not regular breadsticks'. The 🌟 rating is only for some of the other food, the nice girl in the drive thru and the fact that when I called about it her and the Manager addressed the issue with complete respect and will be making it right on my next visit. Which we will go back to. We just need to make it aware to corporations, when things like this happen because food quality for any restaurant should be the first and most important aspect of the business. And Reviews is the only way to (sometimes) get there attention.

My pizza didn't look appetizing at all. I opened the box to see what it looked like, and the toppings just looked like it was thrown everywhere. I got a pepperoni pizza and added bacon to it. The bacon wasn't even on all the pizzas. Also, cheese was just thrown around, and the tomato sauce was sticking out of the pizza. If I could rate this a 0, I would

Usually good depending on the night or the crew working that night or that day I believe there's a particular shift that actually does their job exceptionally well while there's another portion of the shift that performs lackluster and delivers extremely late.

I’ve been very satisfied with this Pizza Hut. The staff is always friendly, order is accurate and pizza is as expected.
