Katie was awesome!! She made me feel comfortable and didn’t judge my tarter build up!! We laughed and talked like new friends would. The office although, on the outside very deceiving, was beautifully styled and made me feel comfortable right away. Very clean. The front staff was very bright and cheery and a great start toy new patient experience. What a great dental practice. It actually makes me want to keep my 6 month cleaning appointment

I had went somewhere else a couple of weeks ago and was very disappointed in the service I got. I mainly wanted my teeth cleaned. Instead, I got informed that I needed about $4800 worth of work done to my teeth and no cleaning, as being advised I didn’t need it (my last teeth cleaning was before COVID). Today, I went in for a consultation with Dr. Raines. He listened to what I had to say, addressed my concerns, and confirmed I needed a teeth cleaning by just looking at my front teeth. We came up with a game plan together on what I needed to address with my teeth. I left this time feeling like I mattered and have every confidence that I will be well taken care of here. Looking forward to being a permanent patient!

Lauren was very kind and gentle with my cleaning. Dr. Raines was professional and upbeat and very clear in his explanation. I didn't get her name but the lady at the front desk was very thorough and helpful with my insurance concerns. All in all, A+!

The Raines Family Dental staff are all friendly and they have top of the line technology that made my crown fit pretty close to perfect! They took their time to make sure everything was just right when I had some work done to a tooth! I was concerned about the look of the tooth so they really made sure I was happy!
