This Waffle House is one of the absolutely best Waffles Houses in the state of Arkansas! Everything there is great! It was extremely clean and all employees were working as a team! Kudos to yall! Yall are amazing! Keep up the good work!

Every time I eat here my order is correct , it arrives in a timely manner and my food is so delicious that I crave more as I'm writing this review. The customer service here is exemplary.

Don't bother. Stopped in at 9 tonight on our way home and there were people lined up out the door. Main part of dining room was closed and one of the employees was propped up in a booth on her phone. Three other cars pulled in and left while we were there. If this was the first time this had happened at this location it wouldn't have been so irritating but once again we are forced to go back to Bryant to get food. It's hard to "shop local" when you don't have anything to work with.

This is a great little Waffle House. It’s a bit of a busy noisy environment, and the food is greasy as expected, but it tastes good and the employees are very friendly. If you’re looking for quick service at a reasonable price, you can’t go wrong here. If you’re wanting a more traditional breakfast restaurant with a calmer environment, head a few blocks over to Dan’s.

Waitress and cook were professional. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Food was exactly as it should be. One of my best waffle house experiences ever.

Friendly staff and quick service as usual. We enjoyed our meals and it was fresh and cooked to order without issue. We attend this location often when we want Waffle House as it is closer to us than Bryant and we have never had a bad experience.

Called in and they answered and laid the phone down and complained about people not coming in. After a few minutes I hung up and called back. I was then transferred to a recording explaining that they were not accepting call ins. I understand not being able to take it, but should of handled it better. Bryant took my order and I’ll just go there for now on.

This Waffle House is one of the best I’ve been to. The staff is kind, courteous, and extremely quick to get your order fulfilled. The food was excellent as well, the steak I ordered was cooked to perfection. If you are traveling on I-30 and looking for a great place to eat; mark this on your map.

We really enjoyed the experience, me and my wife met friends for Valentine's day dinner. I would give 5 stars but it was really hard not to leave, after learning the menu items we came for weren't available. They did not have the Seafood tower' this is the item I wanted for 3 weeks. They did not have the (Cake Bag) my wife really had her heart set on it😔. Very disappointing. We still made the best of it and will try it again. It's on the pricey so my wife gave me the pep talk before we entered lol. The salmon was great.

I've tried to eat in this business three times in the last three months... Each time I've walked out empty handed. Either half the restaurant is closed, the entire restaurant is filthy or as always there is never enough staff. The managers here need to be fired. I will no longer waste my time even stopping here. Might as well close the doors if that's the best you can do.

Angus beef tasted rancid. Decent hash browns waffles an bacon were great!

Cleanest I've seen it

Having been to a dozen or more Waffle House restaurants, this one stands out with its consistently high levels of customer service. Authentic greetings upon entry along with attentive table service accompany the restaurant's typical bill of fare. Clean and predictable, you can rely on this WH.

I haven't been to a waffle house in quite awhile, but if I'm on that part of town again anytime I will definitely go back in for a bite. Some of the best service I've gotten in a long time.

Waffle House is a unique experience. You just have to go and see for yourself. But they are all, exactly the same experience where ever you go. Down home food, down home staff, and down home customers. There are few strangers found in a Waffle House. As for the food, order anything, it's all good!

Food itself was very good!! Cook definitely had experience in the kitchen. Service was not terrible but server was nervous for some reason but was a good kid. Definitely still a good location to eat at 4am

I had called my order in to be picked up. My favorite hash browns: scattered, smothered, covered, chunked and diced. I walk in and I'm immediately greeted by the staff. It was all women and they were on top of everything! It was amazing seeing all these wonderful women running the show!! As my hash browns were being finished up I was able to watch the cook and waitresses interact. I didn't understand what the waitress was calling out but the cook sure did! The cook was immediately putting food on the griddle and over the flames, it was impressive!

Flies everywhere tables are not clean. Waitress is nice, the food was good. But cleanliness and flies. Rate that as a 1.

Seems to me like she was more worried about about taking other people's money and helping her other customers but she never came back and brought us our drinks until after we got our food

One of the best Waffle Houses I've ever been to. Wait staff was on point, place was clean and the food was well worth stopping for.

Staff is very rude and not very accommodating. Tried to return the menu to the behind counter area and was borderline threatened, and when we said we weren't ready to order. We were asked to stand outside

After an all night fishing trip I decided I wanted Waffle House for breakfast. It was 5:00 in the morning and it wasn't busy so you would think that the food would have been hot when it came to the table. Nope! Cold food, and every time I ask for something the waitress huffed and puffed at me. Don't think I'll visit this Waffle House again.

Welcome home sailor. I had my first experience with Waffle House in 1972 when I came home from the Navy and appreciated their service to returning Veterans so much that I have given them my business ever since then.

Love the waffle in Benton AR. They have the million dollar club cook!🍳 so you know it's delicious cooked the way you like. 😋

Friendly staff. Plenty of coffee and drink refills. Hash browns and bacon were served crispy as requested. Nice mix of clientele. Farmers, retirees, families, and travelers.

Best breakfast in town

Great and quick service! Their special blueberry waffle is really good. They only have it occasionally so now is a good time to go. My family visits this location frequently and we always have a good experience.
