Contrary to most of the reviews we have had a terrible experience with Linden’s. My future son-in-law bought my daughter’s wedding ring here. He proposed in March 2023 and the ring has been back SIX times now. They had a prong break off within weeks and stones loose in the setting. Each time the ring has been taken back they have “fixed” it. The first time the ring was brought back they tried to charge $40, but my daughter raised a stink and they waived it. The employees have made comments inferring my daughter was doing something wrong, which was causing the problems. My daughter is a college student doing everyday things and nothing that would cause damage to her ring. I will say, Linden’s has paid for the other fixes to the ring. Downside is each time it has been in, the same jeweler works on it. Apparently they only work with one jeweler. I asked about a return and was told someone would get back to me. I haven’t heard a thing. My daughter wants to keep this ring, so that doesn’t matter. But, these are young kids (19 and 20) and I feel they have been taken advantage of and were sold a terrible product. Buyer beware!

I needed a battery replaced in a watch that Battery Outfitters couldn't open. So I called around to find a jeweler. When I called Linden's, I knew that was a place I would like to do business with. Whoever answered the phone made it clear they are there to serve the customer. She was great at answering questions with a friendly and positive attitude. So, I took my watch in and the jeweler at Linden's had it opened and replaced in an instant. I also took a broken gold chain in to see if it could be repaired. Upon examining it, I was told that it is repairable but it would be like putting a band-aid on it. I could see several crimped weakened places in the chain also. I appreciate their honesty. They could have repaired it knowing it wouldn't last, just to get my money. I am glad I have found my new jeweler. I will be back and I highly recommend you check them out.

Linden’s jewelry is the best! We came in to get my nephew’s chain necklace fixed and they were able to easily fix it. They even gave us some replacement ideas if he ever wants a new one. To top it off my husband and I spotted the PERFECT ring for me!! They added to a wish list for us so when we’re ready we can come back and get it. Or maybe my husband can surprise me with it 😉 we highly recommend them!! Amazing service ❤️

Another great small business with care for attention to detail. Personal service from the owner of the company. Don't know any corporations that do that! They preserved some very meaningful pieces of jewelry in unique ways. Very satisfied.

I stopped by to inquire about my deceased mother's wedding rings. I told the representative the specifics based on a current appraisal. She obviously wasn't interested in the rings. Instead of saying just that, she took a metal gauge, placed it on the diamond shank and told me the ring was gold, not platinum. Oftentimes, the shank on a platinum ring is gold. Her disinterested attitude offended me. I don't recommend Linden's and will never go back.

We had a great experience going in for an infinity chain bracelet. Christina walked me through the options, and helped pick a chain and charms that were friendly to my gold allergy, while also being the best option for my lifestyle and work. She was fast helping us and getting my bracelet made and put on and incredibly friendly in the process. Over all the best experience I could’ve hoped for celebrating my birthday. I’ll definitely come back for more in the future.

They are always happy to help! Being new to the area, I walked in needing a watch battery replaced. Since the, I have had numerous watch batteries replaced and a pearl chain necklace shortened, with the extra made into a bracelet. I will continue to be a repeat customer.

The moment I walked into this jewelry store, I fell in love. It's small, simple, but has a great variety of unique jewelry and engagement/wedding rings. This was the third place we went to in search of an engagement ring. The moment I walked up to the display case I found "the one" ring I was searching for. Christy is absolutely amazing. Super sweet, patient, and helpful! I appreciate that she created a file for my boyfriend and I and made notes of my choices (it'll help my boyfriend out since he sometimes is forgetful lol) I will definitely be recommending Linden's!

I love when I find honest businesses - Linden's Custom Jewelry & Repair - especially when they could easily take advantage of you. I brought in my wife's favorite bracelet to have the clasp repaired. On the initial evaluation, the estimated charge was $228.00. It appeared as they would replace the entire clasp. When I received the call to pick up the bracelet, Linden's was able to fix the clasp and only cost $30 for the adjustment. I would have never known that the clasp could be adjusted and they could have gone the expensive route and replaced it - but they did the right thing. Honestly + Integrity = Happy Customers
