Contrary
to
most
of
the
reviews
we
have
had
a
terrible
experience
with
Linden’s.
My
future
son-in-law
bought
my
daughter’s
wedding
ring
here.
He
proposed
in
March
2023
and
the
ring
has
been
back
SIX
times
now.
They
had
a
prong
break
off
within
weeks
and
stones
loose
in
the
setting.
Each
time
the
ring
has
been
taken
back
they
have
“fixed”
it.
The
first
time
the
ring
was
brought
back
they
tried
to
charge
$40,
but
my
daughter
raised
a
stink
and
they
waived
it.
The
employees
have
made
comments
inferring
my
daughter
was
doing
something
wrong,
which
was
causing
the
problems.
My
daughter
is
a
college
student
doing
everyday
things
and
nothing
that
would
cause
damage
to
her
ring.
I
will
say,
Linden’s
has
paid
for
the
other
fixes
to
the
ring.
Downside
is
each
time
it
has
been
in,
the
same
jeweler
works
on
it.
Apparently
they
only
work
with
one
jeweler.
I
asked
about
a
return
and
was
told
someone
would
get
back
to
me.
I
haven’t
heard
a
thing.
My
daughter
wants
to
keep
this
ring,
so
that
doesn’t
matter.
But,
these
are
young
kids
(19
and
20)
and
I
feel
they
have
been
taken
advantage
of
and
were
sold
a
terrible
product.
Buyer
beware!
