Medical clinic

šŸ˜  Firstly I wanted to give something less than 0 if possible. There is no sense of time for the quest diagnostic team who are in charge of the lab works inside the clinic. We write up names in the list and they never bother about the people lining up outside the lab when they spend minimum 25 mins wit... People often mention care, time, clinic, pain, people, patient,

Firstly I wanted to give something less than 0 if possible. There is no sense of time for the quest diagnostic team who are in charge of the lab works inside the clinic. We write up names in the list and they never bother about the people lining up outside the lab when they spend minimum 25 mins with each patient they call. Before they took charge, it used to take 5 to 10 min max and were very process oriented. The billing used to be fast and smooth, but quest is so far away from achieving it. They still ask card and insurance every time we visit and there is no integration between the patient records of mercy and their insurance details. Quest employees suck in every bit of job they do. Employees who are on strict time constraints who came down taking hour permission from their offices end up very very late because of these people who make people wait UNNECESSARILY. After waiting 1 hour even after being 4th in the list, quest or the mercy front desk folks would come and ask to leave and check with quests other branches to do with lab work if they cannot wait, proving they donā€™t have brains and cannot think that we already wasted hours waiting only to be asked to leave if they want. Folks, I only suggest you ask your physician to recommend other lab who can manage this process more smoothly and and are patient friendly and who can respect everybodyā€™s time and priorities.

My name is Kimberly, using my mother-in-laws phone right but 'just here to say ,this is by far the best clinic I've ever taken myself and or my kids too !!! The staff are truly sincere when it comes to helping and or meeting the needs of their patients. I had a huge mental break down and had a couple other problems and with great speed,my doctor helped me get well. I cannot thank the staff, doctors and nurses enough (for even caring enough ) to take action immediately. They're amazing ,kind and truly care for others ā¤ļø they have saved my life and don't even know it and I am forever grateful for these angel's!

I followed Lauren Greenhaw, PA, from her previous office to this one so Iā€™ve been seeing her for approx 8 years. I have always been pleased with her professionalism and compassion- she reviews my chart and discusses options for my treatment, referrals, etc. All medical offices have busy folks that struggle to respond to phone calls quickly or bad days, but Iā€™ve never had an issue that wasnā€™t resolved within 48 hours. For those that had a bad experience, I would suggest it is important to find a provider you connect with, see them consistently so you can develop a relationship, and advocate for yourself.

I wish I could give it 0 stars based on the gross negligence my wife has had to endure at this clinic. I cannot believe the number of issues we have had with this clinic. How in the world they have such good reviews boggles the mind. Patients with major health issues being ignored for a week or longer...that's what you get here. Not even safe to go there. Try somewhere else. Anywhere else. Maybe she just got a bad provider, but wow. This place is dangerous.

I was admitted to the hospital and had to receive a pacemaker. I also have a large hernia under my colostomy and it is very painful. On my last day in the hospital (yesterday) the last person I spoke with to be released was Nurse Practitioner C Noel. She was by far the rudest person I have worked with at Mercy. I went to ER on the 12th for bad adominal pain and was given some pain meds and because a week later I was out she questioned me getting any after being cut on and having a pacemaker added. The pain was by far worse than explained and when I asked her she questioned me as if I was just trying to get pain pills. I understand that some people have agendas with this mine was to help with pain. I havenā€™t ever been treated or lead to feel the way she made me feel. Yes I got ride after and just told her to keep her meds. She kept saying she could give me a little but than hinted around that if I was truly out she would give me more. I told her I had no reason to lie to her and finally after ing back and forth I told her I was done just to get my discharge paperwork and Iā€™m still in pain. I understand that there are laws but donā€™t cut or operate on people if you canā€™t help with pain or fix there issue. Free this I do t care to ever use Mercy again. I have made it a point to share with friends and family and social media my experience so others donā€™t have to be treated the way I was. Very disappointed. Next time Iā€™ll just suffer and not have a procedure so the hospital can save there rudeness!!!!!!

Alina was a ninja while taking my blood. Have a general dislike of needles in my arm and she sank it in my arm so quick and clean I barely felt it. Excellent small talk and was done before I knew it. Did give me some qr code to scan but it didn't work so here I am.

I tried this clinic, 2nd time I tried. Same results both times. You can't get in to talk to Lauren Greenhaw, and she doesn't really answer the portal. This clinic didn't even have anyone to help me after a horrendous allergic reaction to a medication that is viral for my health. It has been 6 days now since I reported what happened, and I still have heard nothing from my doctor. I still don't have the medicine that I need. Gross medical negligence is not good medicine. I am absolutely going back where I came from where at least my doctor cared about me. I get sometimes people are not in office, but where is her nurse? Nobody has returned a single message.

Signed up as a new patient and received an appointment for a physical a month out. 4 days out from the appointment they called me saying I'd need to reschedule and offered me a date a month out beyond that. They're clearly disorganized and don't know how to treat people's time with respect. Don't even bother with them. They'll just waste your time. I'm just glad I figured out how bad they are early on.

Unorganized. Impossible to get ahold of. better off going to med school and getting your own degree than waiting around for someone to help you. Edit to add:nurse I spoke to said my refill request could take up to 2 days (their policy). We are going on day 6.

I used to go there remember crying leaving every visit unhappy. Went to a lower place they treated me well to a degree but I need scans. Make an appointment with what I know is a DR. I didn't get a Dr I got someone mad at me because I didn't put in an official decree I didn't like the old DR. Didn't get scans got 3 months worth of a med I've not used. And a nice paper saying they can just take out money. Probably wouldn't complain if I felt better. Cpstd don't come at me for being honest that humans have emotions. I made an appointment for main care and now I wait for more appointments.

I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment against Dr Hill , regarding the recent medical care I received at your practice. As a patient under your care, I believe it is essential to bring to your attention the issues I have encountered. On Date 31st Oct, I went to Mercy I street with my 2 month old child as he was down with fever. However, during the appointment, I felt neglected and dismissed. Being a primary care provider, you did not feel an urge to atleast see the baby and hear our concern. I know ER is ultimate place however as you are my childā€™s primary care since his birth, I believe that every patient deserves proper attention, care, and a sense of being valued by their healthcare provider. In fact, we have tried to contact over voice message before, but you never came back. Doctor is noble profession and always it has more responsibility over other . Always going with policy is good at certain point but at the end it has negative impact too. Finally I went to ER, and ER doctor asked a single question to me that why should not I reach my primary care before coming to ER as situation could be handled by Primary care provider easily instead of sending to ER. Anyways , I have serious concern against communication and service.
